Unable to clear bundle errors

Question

In ZCC when I look at the Message Summary on the Home screen, I have a list of bundles that are reporting errors. So, I click on the hyperlink with the number of errors to see the list of bundles with errors. I attempt to acknowledge all messages, however the "Number of errors not acknowleged" remains, therefore these bundles continue to appear in my error list. When I click to Refresh the events for the message log, I am getting: "No Items Available" as if there are no errors.
How can I get these errors that don't exist to clear?
