Unable to complete purchase

Bought an in-app game, but after purchase, the app keeping popping error "Unable to complete your purchase". The CSO at apple sent me a solution to disable Parental Control, without even asking if it was enabled. He is not helping me. Can anybody help please?

Try calling their customer service line. I had that same issues all morning. I gave up and picked up the phone. I was able to place my order with no problem over the phone.

  • IPhoto Book - unable to complete purchase

    I successfully completed the compilation and purchase of a nice iPhoto book for a relative's wedding last week. Now I've finished making a second one and for some reason I'm unable to complete the purchase. It uploads all the pictures and compiles the book, then keeps taking me to a pop-up which says "your account information has changed". I have verified my account information four times and it then keeps circling back to "Buy Book" and starting the process from scratch all over again but won't give me the ability to complete the transaction.
    Beyond frustrated!!

    do not jsut verify your informtation - go to your Apple store account and re-enter all of it and save it ad then ry again
    also preview your book prior to ordering -

  • HT204053 When I try to make a purchase at the Itunes store I will frequently get an error msg,that says unable to complete purchase, contact store support. why does this happen?

    From my Iphone 4S, I have trouble making purchases and will frequently get an error message that says, "Unaable to complete purchase at this time.  Contact Itunes Store Support to complete this purchase."  The strange thing is that it will sometimes go through without any problem but 1 out of 3 times this happens.  Any sugguestions?  My phone's completely updated.

    The App Store isn't allowing me to purchase apps and is coming up with a message saying "your purchase could not be completed" what's happening and how can I fix it?

    Could be any number of things. What user trobleshooting have you tried? Restart (power off/on) reset, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. See if it works after the phone restarts. Next is a restore from a backup (make sure you made a current one), then restore as a new device, which deletes all data from your device. If it doesn't work after all that, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar at the local Apple store, it is probably a hardware issue.
    I have seen something similar which is generally diagnosed as a hardware issue.

    It just needs to rebuild the database. You do have your iPhoto library backed up to an external source just in case?
    And how do I rebuild it?
    Hold down the Option + Command keys then launch iPhoto.
    Select the first option.

    I've connected to a computer, signed in to my itunes account, reverified my billing information and still I keep getting this error.  Any help?

  • Apple TV and iTunes unable to complete purchase

    Ever since updates to iOS8, Yosemite i keep getting "Account temporararly unavailable please try again later" on my Apple TV and frequently on my Mac. If I reset the Apple TV, router and reboot the computer then I can usually, that is usually, make a purchase on the computer. It is getting VERY frustrating as I get almost all of my TV through iTunes.
    My account is in order and using my debit card.
    Any suggestions to mitigate this issue?

    I would suspect that your AirPort Express (AX) is not properly extending the AirPort Extreme base station (AEBS). I would suspect that your Apple TV and iPhones are connected to the AX's wireless network while the laptop is connected to the AEBS's wireless network.
    If you are going to use WDS, you must configure the AEBS to act as a WDS main base station. Then you must configure the AX to act as a WDS remote. The AX must be placed in a location where it can get a good quality RF signal from the AEBS.
    The AX must be configured to use the same SSID (network name), channel and wireless encryption type/level/password as the AEBS.

    Thank you for providing the details of the issue you are experiencing with the in-app purchase for GarageBand.
    The first thing I recommend is quitting and relaunching the applications on your iPhone:
    Double-click the Home button.
    Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
    Swipe the app up to close it.

    If you are still seeing the same issue after quitting and relaunching the GarageBand app, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
    Restarting your device
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
    Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
    Resetting your device
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
