Unable to configure wfmail.cfg

We have win 2k server with microsoft exchange as mail server..
i am trying to configure the wfmail.cfg as said in workflow guide. I am getting the following error:

Thanks Allison..i could download the patch.
I am still unclear abt the configuration of the mailer. Suppose i have Workflow mailer in System A and mail server in System B.. For connecting the Workflow mailer and the mail server should i have to set the IP Address of the mail server in the accounts parameter in WFMAIL.cfg file or any other parameters to set?
