Unable to connect and launch Adobe Muse
Getting error message when starting muse . when I sign in with my acocunt I can the following uploaded message.
Can get into the cloud. Muse is installed no other options avaialble.

Please utilize any available uninstallers that are located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once all of the available uninstallers have been run you will then want to rerun the CC Cleaner Tool. The CC Cleaner Tool is designed to be used after running the uninstallers. Without running the uninstallers first then a complete removal may not be possible. -
Cannot install and use Adobe Muse CC

My Name is Lizeth Torres. My username is [email protected], and I purchased adobe creative cloud membership last year in October 1, I been using the software but today I wanted to launch Adobe Muse and I did not find the software in my pc, however, I used it last year and it was working perfectly. It seems that the update 2014.3 of this software is not working but I do not know what to do. The software does not appear on my programs but it shows in the creative cloud app that is been updated. Please Try to launch it from Creative Cloud Application.
In the Apps tab of creative cloud please click on "Muse CC 2012.3". This should launch Muse CC 2014.3.
Later you can Pin it to Task Bar.
If it do not launch please try to uninstall and re-install Muse with in Creative cloud.

My ipod 4G won't connect to my wifi at home with new router. Says "unable to connect" and won't give me any other options. Have tried resetting network connections. I don't want to lose anything. Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router

If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Can't delete or edit a Mail account that is unable to connect and it keeps notifying me and asking for password. Macbook Pro with Yosemite. If I highlight the account and go to Mailboxes, "Edit smart mailbox" is greyed out. Delete the mailbox is an option, but the mailbox just doesn't go away and no error message displayed. Tried Mail/Preferences/Accounts, highlighting account and using minus sign, it tells me the account is shared by other applications and gives me an option to go to Internet Accounts. At Internet Accounts, the only mail account showing is iCloud. Meanwhile, the pesky Mail icon is jumping around the bottom of my screen.
Can anyone help?Did you ever find a fix for this? Mine is doing exactly the same thing, even with 2.01 - I hoped that might fix it. I'd rather not have to reset and erase the whole phone.

My Firefox automatically updated to Firefox 8. Since doing so, when I open the browser the screen displays a box saying 'Unable to connect' and says the same for any website. My internet connection is fine. I uninstalled and installed Firefox again, but problem persists. Please help as this is really frustrating me :(

Why can't I launch Adobe Muse? Adobe application manager says installation complete but I do not see the program in my applications folder.

I keep receive this error message when I try to open any InDesign files:
"We're sorry, but we're not able to connect to the Adobe Server right now. Please click here to troubleshoot any connectivity problems. If this problem persists please contact Customer Support" etc
I don't know why I can't connect to the Adobe server and am not savvy enough to be able to adjust the hosts servers as it suggests.

For the last 2 days I have been working on this and I am completely stuck.
This morning I thought of another way to test the 'unable to connect' error.
I decided to copy this same file into Netbeans IDE and I NOW get the same Error Message ' Unable to Connect'
when running index.php from Netbeans.
Somehow, my settings are not correctly configured anymore.

I believe that this is a rather simple fix that I am somehow not seeing.
Maybe some can spot some mistake.

At one point I was on the phone with a member of the Adobe Technical Support Team.
They connect to my desktop (only) remotely. I am very cautious about this.
Could something have been inadvertently changed when they did this ?
They do need to connect through a PORT - yes ?
This is very frustrating and I am loosing days of work.

I love Adobe products but this should not be such a huge obstacle.
When I called Technical support (after much troubleshooting individually and on this forum)
the fellow told me that the ONLY support FTP - not LOCALHOST.
This makes no sense. People develop 'locally' then put it ftp it in the production stage.

Hello, always that i close and then try to open adobe muse, i got an error that says that i need the "Application Manager" to launch it, so i went to download it. After i entered in the page that it provides ( www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_es ) it says that if i'm an already member of creative cloud that i should follow a ling that it's there, wich redirects me to download the creative cloud app. . Ok so i download it and installed, and then it works at the first time, but when i close Adobe Muse the error happens again, so i went directly to download the application manager, but when i'm installing it another error pops up and says that it can't be installed, that i should download Adobe Support Advisor ... ... ok so i went to download it, but i just went to find out that the application has been discontinued ... i had this problem since i installed Adobe Muse, so, i just uninstalled Creative Cloud and then re-install it (took me around 30 mins. or so) ... but i don't want to do that everytime i need to use adobe muse, those errors shouldn't happen i was so excited because i got adobe muse ... here are some screens

I installed creative cloud again and it worked, but when i close muse everything starts to happen again ... the only solution for now is that i have to uninstall creative cloud and then re install it, or it wont let me use adobe muse. I downloaded an old version but, can't work with newest proyects so, it's not useful at all because i can't continue the projects in the updated one -
I keep getting the same errors with the damn Creative Cloud application on my Windows 7 machine, which IS connected to a LAN and IS actively connected to the internet at the time the error routinely appears in the midst of tasks. I have checked root certificates, manually checked my hosts file and run the tests outlined above to both Adobe addresses.
In fact, the error kept occuring while I was on an over 3-1/2 hour call with a very through and nice representative from Adobe who had remote screen access at the time (through Adobe connect) and could see the error repeatedly occuring!
Her comment, "This just happens sometimes with this application and there's not a patch for it yet", The problem I was having with Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop CC was so severe that I had to do a SYSTEM RESTORE which then started affecting other Adobe applications because Windows had erased part of the programs (or all of some programs) but Adobe's software saw them as still installed, that she had me uninstall ALL Adobe Creative Cloud applications using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and reinstall everyting from SCRATCH. She and I had tried numerous other ways to repair the problems I was having with updates not installing correctly AND constant program freezing, etc. before this taking this extreme step.
I'm a professional programmer / software / web designer, so I had tried for hours correct the issues the previous night and had tried once overnight to reach someone in Adobe support only to be told of over an hour wait time by the automation and not offered a callback.
Anyway, despite her best assistance this afternoon (and double confirmation that everything tested correctly), it has taken, so far, well over six hours to reinstall only a portion of what I need for my work and on a deadline because the application keeps reporting "No Internet Connection" and I have programs cued to install unattended. I am now way behind schedule on some design projects which MUST BE COMPLETED by deadline and require Adobe's software to be installed and function correctly.
Adding to this, Windows Explorer has repeatedly crashed after installing the damn Creative Cloud application and works normally when it's removed and "cleaned" ... and I've seen so many problems with the install system, etc. that I have to wonder what in the hell the company was thinking when this approach was launched?
I generally have liked -- and indeed loved -- some of Adobe's products in the past, but the recent experience has certainly been costly in time and disappointing.
Many other software manufacters integrate suites, perform updates and confirm licenses without such a buggy, time intensive and unreliable process -- including my own company.
Aside from complaining at this point, I wish somebody from Adobe would provide alternative install methods and / or a fullproof fix for this bug and some of the other installation bugs many of us experience. Any thoughts, advice, knowing that not only I -- but also the Adobe Support Staff Person accessing my computer LIVE -- tried the various "fixes"?Branching this to a new discussion as the previous discussion was related to the inability to connect and download the installation software.
Rob it does sound like you are facing some connection and stability difficulties. Do you manage your network youself? I am a bit concerned by the fact that you have stated that you periodically loose Internet connection while completing certain tasks. Does this affect your ability to utilize the already installed Adobe Creative software?
I would also recommend reviewing your installation logs to determine if any errors occured during the installation process. I have tried to do all of the tips that you have on your website for troubleshooting and nothing seems to work. I know it is not my Internet connection because my roommates can get on Firefox without a problem and my Internet Explorer opens just fine.

If your iPad is defective and is still under warranty, you can take it to an Apple Authorized Repair Center and get it fixed. If you are worried about a defective replacement, then a repair may be a better way to go. <Apple Authorized Repair Centers>
Personally, I would prefer getting a replacement. You read about many defects here in this forum, but they only represent a tiny percentage of all iPads sold.
