when i tried to cannect facebook in social i m getting "UNABLE TO CONNECT GATEWAY PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" i restore factory setting but problem not solve my othr apps is working fine (maps ovi store,ovi music) but ovi social is not workinh please help me to solve this issue
What did you do? Plz let me know. I am facing the same problem.

I have the same thing happening on my iPod Touch 5th gen. Been happening for at least a month. I have updated to the most recent version of iOS which hasn't solved the issue. Must be a bug that they didn't get around to resolving yet, a year later. Really annoying to have it pop up when you are in the middle of a game though.

Same here. I have not been able to download anything for the last 1 month. Im asked to verify my billing Info even when downloading Free Apps & afteer doing all the editings and click DONE. I get, Your request is temporarily unable to be processed please try again later. How can one contactl Apple on email??? CanT visit the store coz we dont have one in my country and cant call US bcoz its expensive, yet im not sure if my problem will be resolved on phone. Im really sick of this.

I get an email that the latest episode in my season pass is ready to be downloaded. I clck the email, it opens iTunes then I get the message "Your rrequest is temporaily unable to be processed. Please try again later." This started a few days ago

I forgot the password to my phone yesterday and ended up erasing it from the lost my phone app .. And I restored it and received everything back in place and rentered my Apple ID .. But now I am trying to get a free game from the App Store and it tells me it can not be done at this time try again later .. I tried again later same message .. I turned off my phone and checked my restrictions and those were not enabled .. What should I do next or what is wrong ?

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

I have a Season Pass to several shows. Just now, I got my e-mail notification, clicked on the link, but I get a message that says Unable to process your request, try again later. I figured the store was down for maintence. But I connect just fine otherwise. Any ideas what the message means?

I have recently got an iPhone 4 out of no where it has decided to think that my headphones are in and they are not but does work with headphones in.
Then later on within the same day it after turning my phone on and putting it on charge it comes to the screen stating to connect to iTunes/emergency calls only/no service so I connect it iTunes and it says we are unavailable to continue with your activation at this time. Since last week or 2 weeks ago, some of our users (both Batam and Singapore) here encountered a problem where they are not able to browse the Internet on their BB as they used to.
Example :
I did a test to browse on their BB
www.cnn.com
they will see below error:
“Unable to connect to the selected mobile data service, please try again later.
If the problem persists please contact your administrator “
However if we use ‘Google’ or ‘Yahoo’ search on the BB and entered ‘CNN’ and run a search on it.
We are able to open the CNN website – from the link result search by Yahoo or Google
It’s also applicable to other websites too.

Have been getting same error for over a month now...whilst trying to turn on Genius in upgraded version of iTunes.

Contacted Apple support and followed a few discussions with no solution.
...Flushed DNS
...Re-installed iTunes
...Turned off firewall

The process of AquaDan88 had worked for me (one million thx to him/her for the tips !). Now, I've to say something (maybe usefull for you kevinfromnorman). It is very important that you create a new account (not necessarily in USA. In my case, I'm in Switzerland and I've created a new account (without credit card into the app store in my country). The important thing is how to create this account:
You absolutely MUST follow this Apple process to create your new account (without credit card) since the point 2) of AquaDan88 procedure. Follow carefully what Apple wrote on the page I've put the link here under

Doing this will for sure resolve your problem (as he resolve mine right now).
A last information. For those that already have an second account created, don't try to use your second account in place of create a new one. It is really important to CREATE a new account and not use one already created one ! I've tried with an already existing account yesterday evening and it won't make the deal.
By the way, I'm amazed by the answer you received from the iTunes support kevinfromnorman !!! As soon as you've recover your Genius, answer back to their email with the right solution ! ;-) -

I have a blackberry torch 9800, I don't have a data plan. I use a wifi signal with other phones, but my blackberry doesn't allow me to browse or view apps online. The error "unable to connect to the internet please try again later" appears. The phone has a clear signal of the wifi, i've tried various other hotspots, my other phones work perfectly. The blackberry says it's connected to the wifi, but no internet browsing is possible. What else can I do other than rip the battery out to re-boot?
