Unable to connect iPad 3to Samsung HDTV

I have connected my iPad 3 to my Samsung HDTV model LE40A457 via the Apple HDMI Adaptor and HDMI cable but am unable to play anything from the iPad on the tv, which ever source I select....... Where am I going wrong?

Well, I connect my iPad to a Samsung with no difficulties. Generally speaking, it's a very nice TV. It was highly rated by consumer reports. However, I digress.
Have you tried a different HDMI cable? The adapter may also be bad. I believe your local Apple Store can check it out for you. And it would be cheaper than buying a new television.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Unable to connect iPad Mini to Wifi as of this morning

My ipad mini stopped connecting to Wi-fi just this morning. My regular iPad 3 and iPhone 5 and other devices are all able to connect. I downloaded the latest software update (6.0.2) and I am still unable to connect the ipad mini to wifi. It has been reset, restored, etc etc etc and still is not working. I've tried everything I could think of and find for the past few hours. The 6.0.2 update was supposed to fix it as per the description, but it did not. Note that everything was working fine until this morning and nothing changed - no app downloads, nothing with the wifi, etc.
My iPad Mini still will not connect to Wi-fi. Any suggestions?

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Unable to connect IPAD w/ Retina display to CenturyLink wi-fi

The Ipad recognizes and shows the network, but will not connect when I type the password. The password has been verified. Do I need to try some other method of connecting?

I am trying to connect the Ipad to a new network other than the one I usually use.password/username is correct,I see the network sign going round & round trying to connect but it doesnt seem to connect.Even tried to reset network.Any thing else I need to do?

In the case of public wifi, like Starbucks, the wifi may have too many users which means signal will be very poor.

Unable to connect ipad to office WiFi

I purchased an Ipad4 for business, and have had no problem for the first 6 months. Recently my ipad will no longer pick up the office Wifi. I receive the message "Unable to join the network". I have tried rebooting the ipad, and letting it run out of juice for a complete reboot. I have checked my connections with Safari, and everthing appears in order.
I have done nothing to the WiFi connection and office server.
Any suggestions?

Connecting to a Samsung HDTV

I have my mbp connected using full dvi to hdmi cable. But the Samsung screen does not correspond to what my mbp screen is showing. My mbp desktop is completely pushed off the Samsung screen way over to the left where you can barely see the edges of it.
If i click and drag items to the extreme right of my mbp they show up on the samsung. but then obviously i cannot work with those items any longer as they are not accessible on my mbp screen.
Samsung does not offer overscan. i tried fit to screen and that did not work. mbp display is currently set to 1920 x 1080.
Any ideas
