UNABLE TO Connect to a Trial SAP HANA Instance via the Eclipse IDE

As per the procedure explained on SAP HANA Cloud Platform
Go to Window Open Perspective Other , select SAP HANA Administration Console and choose OK.
From the Systems context menu, choose Add Cloud System.
in my eclipse id unable to find SYSTEM context menu..
Would anyone help to resolve what to type in Instance no and why my system context menu different from the one in tutorial

As described in the Prerequisites section, you need to install SAP HANA Cloud Platform Tools for Connecting to SAP HANA Systems: SAP HANA Cloud Platform Documentation, then use Add Cloud System.

According to your description, you want to connect SSRS to SAP HANA. Right?
In Reporting Services, it just works on helping us create, deploy, and manage reports. We can only connect to a data source to retrieve data. It is not supported connecting to another report tool. Also we are not sure if reports

Best practices says plug the USB cable into the computer, then plug the 30 pin connector into the iPhone.
If everything is working correctly, you should be able to plug the iPhone in at any time. Before or after opening iTunes.
Depending on what settings are selected in iTunes, the program may or may not automatically open when you connect the device.

Here is a detail about environment and server.
I have my application deployed at a linux machine ip 127.1.2.28 and crystal server is installed at an other machine ip 127.1.2.43.

Hi,
Few things to note:
1. Are you using Java Admin launchpad or the .NET one and if its Java then is it deployed on the same machine as this custom java application?
2. Looks like this app is running off JBOSS and JBOSS is unsupported for Enterprise Web application Deployments.
3. You can trace on the CMS and see if its actually getting the request from the application.

What is the make & model of your modem?
You pretty much stated the correct wiring. There should be an Ethernet cable connected between the modem and the WAN (circle of dots) port on the AirPort Express base station.
Anytime you change networking hardware it is always a good idea to perform a complete power recycle of that hardware. Check out the following AirPort User Tip for details. Please post back your results.

Unable to launch a project in project pro 2010 via the icon in project server 2010 project center. Nothing happens. The pull down "open" menu doesn't do anything either. Can't open the schedule in project pro in read-only or edit mode.
This is happens to a handful of project managers. Can't find a common thread.

Hi Brian - the latest 'weight on my shoulders' was vacation :) - so just catching up - first day back. We do have a fix coming in August CU for a problem that sounds very similar - but we would need to see your data to confirm if this is the case
or not. So the choices at the moment are to wait until we release the week after next, or open a support incident - but we would likely need assistance from your DBA to either run some queries or get us a copy of the DBs.

Unable to connect to JAVA from SAP

Hi
My requirement is ABAP program should call java program through JCO. So i have created RFC destination in SAP machine.
I have created the java and ABAP programs also for the same.
After setting every thing I have executed a function module in ABAP which calls the java program.
This call is executing successfully once or twice out of 10 attempts of execution of the ABAP program.
I am getting below error
"Bean Y_TEST_RFCnot found on host XXXXXXX, ProgId =XXXX:
Can some one tell me why it is failing most of the times?

I am already using unicode property. As i mentioned we are able to connect to RFC destination from ABAP program, but this connection is not consistent. Please check my server class (RFCServer_proj extends JCO.Server)constructor below.

Here I am creating connection pool of 20 and server instances also 20. Intially I used single server instance.... after increasing the instances to 20 then my days become somewhat good. Connection is successful for every RFC call.
But is it correct way of doing?
I have used SAP server name as gateway host, gateway service as "sapgw00".
Do i need to set any thing in RFC destination?

regarding your odbc issue, you can connect to hcp via odbc in the developer edition as well.
first tunnel into hcp using the command line tool. ensure that your proxy settings are correct.
then copy your DEV_ user name & password to enter into the odbc administrator.

Can't create SAP HANA Cloud server in eclipse

Hi,
I have an issue creating a server with SAP HANA Cloud Platform runtime in eclipse. I've created one a few days ago but today I couldn't republish my application and all menu entries were disabled.
So I deleted the server and want to add it again. Now I get the following error:
Erroneous HTTP response: HTTP/1.0 503 Service Unavailable for URL: https://hanatrial.ondemand.com
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Can you help please? I'm unable to connect to my hp photosmart 5524 from my ipad2. It just can't locate the printer wirelessly! The printer works fine from the laptop, no connection issues! When I try to print from ipad, it can't locate the printer after 'printer search'

Major problem is related to proxy as discussed above.
Check my proxy setting as am also using the PC out of corporate proxy.
Check for the Luno version details check the tools site.

SAP HANA Studio SP8 - The required sapjco3.dll version is too high

Hi all,
I recently updated my HANA Studio from SP7 to SP8 and recieve now the following popup message every time I start the IDE:
The problem is, that the SAPJCO3 version is the last one (3.0.11) I can find in service marketplace and the dll file has indeed the 720.612 version. So the question is, where I can find the newer dll? Or is this a bug in the HANA Studio SP8, which has a dependency to a jco version, which is not released yet?

the problem is, that the version in Program Files/Java/sapjco3 is also used by other IDE's I used, e.g. Eclipse with installed SAP HANA Cloud Platform Tools, so the remove it from the PATH variable is not the optimal solution in my case.
Do you know, where I can found the new version of JCo in the HANA Studio folder? I assume, somewhere in the plugins folder?
I would try to replace the old dll with a new one, this should then make the trick.

I cannot see how your travel can prevent you turning on wireless.
Did you do a full power cycle of both computer and phone?
Sorry but for phones I have no clue.. but I did find it failed to connect at times and you need to clear out all the old names.. full power off and on again and things suddenly start working.
Laptop can be same.. but apple has specific hardware testing available.
Look at doing tests.. or take them to an apple store and get both tested.
Is there other device still working fine on the home wifi.. have you power cycled that as well.
