Unable to connect to adobe servers on CC

Hey I payed for CC a couple nights ago and have yet to be able to download and install any of the programs.  I have followed all the trouble shooting directions on the site but I still get the Download Error - Unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check connectivity etc...  I'm clearly on the internet posting this, I have disable ALL firewalls, I deleted the host activate lines and checked the certificate.  Still nothing.  I desperately need to get this fixed so I can get my school work done.  What else can I do?

    Today I opened creative cloud and the apps section says that it is unable to connect to the internet. I got the message saying that it couldn't reach the adobe servers. I have also checked the status of the adobe servers to see if they were down but they weren't. This has never happened before and that section has worked without any problems a couple of days ago. I have checked my connection. firewall, and have uninstalled and reinstalled creative cloud. Please help?

  • Adobe Connection Manager unable to connect to Adobe Servers

    Hello,
    I have found many threads for that topic, but non helped me solve my issue.
    I haven't been using my application in quite a few months. A few weeks ago I started again and always get the message that my membership could not be verified because it cannot connect to the Adobe Servers. I started the Application Manager and get the same message there.

    I tried to connect my laptop directly with the LAN cable to the modem, still no success
    I don't use any Proxies.
    I disabled my firewall and Antivirus, Spyware, etc. applications, still it says it cannot connect.
    I tried to download the Desktop Application, but also get the message it cannot connect to the servers.
    I really do not know what to check anymore. I have no problems with secure sites or anything else I am using.
    Any suggestions what else could be the problem?
    Side note: It says to set the clock correctly. What time yone does it check against? My Windows is German, he CC is German, I am in Germany and use the correct timezone. I often use the US formatting of numbers and date formats, because I need it hat way for work. I tried it with both US and German settings, though. Makes no difference.

    If connected to corporate network then contact your IT department to see if Firewall or Proxy server is blocking the activation.

  • I am unable to connect to Adobe servers in order to verify licenses and access Photoshop.

    I was an idiot and did not update my payment plan after my wallet was lost, resulting in being unable to use the photoshop software. When I did update my payment plan, I received a pending $1 charge, and the inability to access the software still. Any help?

  • Deactivate but no connection to Adobe servers

    I want to upgrade my OS on my desktop and need to deactivate PS CS4 before I format the disk but when I try to deactivate PS answers "Unable to connect to Adobe servers" which is strange since I have internet connection and can surf here and write this in Adobe forums
    I have also disabled the firewall but no change.
    How do I solve this?

    Thanks Bill, but that seems incorrect. Called first Technical and after your post also the Customer Support and they said the same thing. They cannot deactivate. The advice was to just go ahead with the upgrade without removing PS and then if I run into some problems when I reinstall I can contact them again.
    I am thinking "why is there then an option to deactivate if it not works". Seems unnecessary.
    Will do the upgrade later today hope it works

    DW CS5 on Windows 7 Ulitmate
    For some reason I cannot connect to the Adobe servers.
    I have perfect connection to the internet with Windows firewall turned off. I managed to connect some time ago but now I cannot. I have logged in on the website of Live.
    Anything specific I can check for?

    I just got photoshop cc and lightroom but  when I open creative cloud and go to apps it says that I couldn't connect to the adobe servers.It asks me to check the firewall and my internet connection and I have done that but nothing happened. I tried to delete the opm file but that didn't do anything either... what is the problem?

  • Can't connect to Adobe Servers behind Sonicwall TZ 200

    Since being behind a Sonicwall TZ 200 I can no longer connect to the Adobe servers. We have opened port 80, 443 and it was also suggested that we open ports 1935 and 8080 which we did but we still aren't able to make a connection. If we connect this Mac to a hot spot we can connect fine so we know it's the Sonicwall causing the issue.
    This is a Mac running OS X with no antivirus/firewall on and no proxy settings.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks for the link John. I have actually read through that thread and a couple of links within it linking to the Adobe troubleshooting page and another thread. Still no success though. Adobe can't seem to figure it out either. I can't imagine what the issue is a Sonicwall is a widely used security appliance/router and our network isn't complex.

    I am unable to connect with BlackBerry Apps World and when I try to purchase an App, I keep getting error code 31200! I've tried to wipe my tablet and I created my BlackBerry I'd on my computer! Now I can't get on with my Bold 9700 either! Unable to access payment information even on my computer and I'm beginning to think getting another BlackBerry wasn't such a great idea.     Well,I don,t  have to return this Playbook after all! I'm so glad I called Tech support at 8776448410 and I got ahold of Spencer in Costa Rica and this guy knows what he is doing! So here is the solution..............
    First, wipe your device after backing up your data to BlackBerry Desktop Software if you can. This does work, but you will lose your data you haven't backed up to another location.
    Next, get connected to a Wifi source so when your BlackBerry tablet reboots and comes back up in its original startup mode, you can download necessary updates. Once this is done and you have gone through the tutorials to get you familiar with your Playbook, you will need to open BlackBerry Appworld and in thebsearch box at the top right, enter "BlackBerry I'D" if you haven't seen a screen prompting you to do so before this. 
    Click the "Create BlackBerry ID" icon and start with a new email address.  I recommend. Hotmail since are easiest to link to your Tablet . Fill in with a verifiable email address and secure password. Write it down if you have to. Younwill be taken to another page where younput in your payment information so you can buy Apps. You can use a credit card or PayPal. Fill in your info and when done, click "done' or 'save" and you will be taken back to the BlackBerry I'D Login page. Read-enter your info again exactly as the first time and you will have successfully created a BlackBerry ID! 
    The one thing that threw me is your login username. If you put in your old email address and you tried using that before, the BlackBerry Appworld system sill boot you back out to your login page with an explanation of errors or an error code! I did inform BlackBerry they need to have a knowledge base of codes to assist their customers with! Also, I recommended that BlackBerry create a click to chat live service to help direct traffic. Now that my BlackBerry Playbook is up and running, I'm glad I didn't return it!

    Very frustrating. I haven't been able to connect to my servers, check email or conduct business due to this issue. According to HostGator, this is a Verizon issue that is supposedly being worked on. How long does this take?? I'm about to call Time Warner

    Hello,
    I have a cloud account through my company (Dentsply Implants). I just accessed Adobe Acrobat and installed it. When I try and use the Adobe cloud provided link to license the product (Adobe Acrobat.com) I am unable to.
    When I try within IE8 to page doesn't open;
    When I try in Google Chrome, I am caught in a 'hourglass/blank screen with Adobe.com' perpetual loop; and
    When I try in Firefox I get the screen listed below
    I can log into my cloud account, and I had tried re-installing the software, but it loads to 35% and stops.
    The software that did load on my computer is an unregistered 'trial' version.
    How can we resolve this.
    The IT people from my company looked into this last friday and they stopped when we got the below Firefox screen, but I see it's the same today.

    This is my second time getting this message. I downloaded Creative Cloud in the past and it never worked. I just tried again same thing.

    Edge Animate, Dreameweaver, Flash and others don't ... whats the difference?
    I am behind a corporate firewall - but it would help if I knew why these APPs are failing, what do they need that the others obviously don't?
