Unable to connect to Cubes through OBIEE

Hi,
We have CUBES built on SQL Server. However, while I try connecting through OBIEE, it gives me an error message:
[nQSError:46100] Sax Parser failed with Error Invalid Document Structure.
I created a virtual directory, called XMLA, in IIS which points to msxisapi.dll. The parameters keyed in after Import --> from Multi-Dimensional :
Provider Type: Analysis Services 2000
Essbase Server: http://localhost/XMLA/msxisapi.dll

I have the same issue, but I'm not using a VPN. I can also watch netflix on my Macbook Pro or on my iPad Air. If I try to Airplay netflix from my iPad to the AppleTV (2d gen) it will pop up a message saying an error has occurred, I can though, Airplay through my Macbook but only because I'm using the browser to stream the Netflix content.
Maybe it is the Geographical thing.
Any help is appreciated.

Unable to connect to Netflix through Apple TV (ATV-ui62)

I can connect to Netflix through my iMac but unable to connect via ATV, any suggestions? I've done both hard and soft resets of ATV to no avail and rebooted router. I have a 3rd Generation ATV.

Unable to connect to DB from OBIEE 11G

Hello experts
I have successfully installed OBIEE 11G on my Linux machine.. On Windows machine I have installed the client tool. Both are version 11.1.1.7.0.
I have my Tnsname.ora file saved in both Oracle_Home/network/Admin as well as OBIEE/Oracle_BI1/Network/Admin folder..
Now my DB is on a different linux machine, so my TNSname file has the correct entry for that..
I am able to connect to the DB from my OBIEE server machine through Putty by doing : sqlplus username/password@instance
However, from OBIEE side, I am not able to update rowcounts nor viewing reports..
From RPD side, I am getting errors: The connection has failed,
From report:
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65PState: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. Lets try with these once
First copy the TNSnames.ora and sqlnet.ora files from ur Database following location:C:\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\NETWORK\ADMIN
and paste these two files in ur Obiee installetion following two locations:
D:\MWHOME\Oracle_BI1\network\admin
D:\MWHOME\oracle_common\network\admin

and click account > account setting, click applications, search " Facebook for iPhone " maybe on your list
if you have a " facebook for iphone " on your list, remove it , and try to login through your iphone . that should be work, like i'm failed to login via my blackberry .

I am unable to connect to net on my pc through pc suite after i upgraded it to the latest version. It just displays after trying for few seconds as data pack not availiable.. I even tried with a different model n diff network.. Still does't work.. Any solutions? My model c3-00

Unable To Connect To Oracle through forms

Hi All
I have loaded forms 6i and unable to connect to database.
error:ora:12154 tns no listener
this is the problem i am facing currently
1. i reconfigured the listener and got the test sucessful in my net manager and net configuration assistant.
2.i checked out in the services also
3.i loaded forms in a different drive other than where oracle home directory exists.so i checked out with the tns names.ora file and it is also there in the forms directory.
As i feel this as a peculiar problem.pls do suggest reg the same

Unable to connect to SAP Through LAN

I have installed a new BIW server but i am unable to connect to that sap server thru LAN.
Let me give the IP range of the servers
DEV - 90.0.0.*
PRD - 90.0.0.*
BIW DEV - 90.0.0.* (New BIW server which i am unable to connect)
i am able to connect to DEV and PRD from BIW DEV server. but not vice versa
I tried to ping the BIW IP Address from router machine and i am able to ping.
We have a Router machine. I don't know if i have to add any entry in routtab. I already have p*** in routtab.
Also i am unable to connect to biw dev using router string from external network but able to connect to DEV and PRD.
It will be great if anyone give suggesion to resolve this Issue.

According to the instructions mention in the link, i ran the test everything was fine..
i ran the self test and i got self test OK.
In the biw server Host file i mentioned the IP address and host name of the biw server and DEV and PRD.
Still unable to connect to BIW Server thru LAN.
when i tried saprouter -r command in the router machine, it gives this error
"routab cannot open './saproutab': EXIT PROGRAM!!!
<running without saproutab is no longer supported for security reasons>
Could not open permission table"
Please guide me what else can be done.

Connect BSO cube through EPMA

Hi All,
I have a requirement to deploy a BSO cube from EPMA. I already have this particular cube in EAS and now I need to connect it through EPMA so that we can update members among multiple apps at a time and deploy them instead of manually updating each app in Essbase.
Is there a wizard or utility, where we can convert the existing outline from Essbase in to ads file format and to load it back into EPMA for the deployment? please let me know..

Are there any specific concerns or issues by building BSO cubes thorugh EPMA?
we often copy a hierarchy of metadata for a dimension from one application in to other 2 application in EAS. So, we thought enabling these BSO cubes from EPMA should help so that we can keep those apps in sync directly instead of manually coping them everyday into the apps in EAS.
In EPMA, lets say in the Master library I have
Entity(level2)
100(level1)
100-10(level0)
100-20 (level0)
and in the applkication library i.e for BSO, I need to have
Entity(level1)
100-10(level0)
100-20(level0)
and I do not want 100 in app library.
Is there a way to keep them in sync automatic instead of manually synchronizing them?

Unable to connect to internet through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth

It seems like Sept 9, 2012 at 1:07AM was the last known time at which my ipad connected to the Internet eother through known wi-fi networks - two at work and one at home. I also tether my iphone (through ATT's network) to my ipad. I am also unable to do that as well. My Mac and iphone connect to all these networks without difficulty. I followed troubleshooting instructions on Apple troubleshooting page to no avail. Basically the ipad is useless to me without the internet. I am not going to update or reconfigure the routers at home or work because all the other computers, my daughter's and husband's work fine. It's just the ipad that has stopped communication with the outer world.

Unable to connect to network through repeater

Hi
I Cannot join network through the wireless repeater. My Iphone 4 works fine next to the router but when I walk downstairs it disconnects. It can 'see' the repeater as the signal goes to full before disconnecting. I have tried resetting networks ect but this does not help. Everytime I put the password in it says 'unable to join network' but works fine if I go near the main router or switch the repeater off.
It used to work fine untill I got sky on demand. when I connected this through the repeater it seems to have kicked my phone out?? i have since removed the on demand but still cant get my iphone to work. My girlfriends Galaxy also doesn't get signal through the repeater either. Any help please

Hi folks.
I have paired my KRZR K1 to my Macbook. In order for me to use bluetooth and connect to internet on the Macbook I need to input some info on the Macbook. Through reading he different forums I have inputted the following info:
Tel #: WAP.CINGULAR
ACCT Name [email protected]
Password CINGULAR1
I then try to connect and gives me an Internet Connect error box on my Macbook that says, "A modem error occurred. Please verify your settings and try again."
I have a Media Net plan with unlimited data as part of the plan.
What am I doing wrong?
Also when I first paired the phone to the Macbook in the final step it asked for a CID but I left it black. Is that my problem? Was I supposed to put something in there? Should I re-pair with any other specific information to get this to work?

Unable to connect to printer through wireless connect

Folks,
I hope someone can help me.
I have a Dell 3110cn printer on my wired network, works great with both MacBook (with Leopard) and windows through wired network.
Problem begins when my MacBook (with Leopard) is connected to my wireless network then it will not even ping the printer ip address. I am able to access other shared folders on my wireless network.
Please guide me if I am doing something wrong. Wireless router is a Dlink DI-524 with WEP 64bit encryption.

Please ignore this question, the problem was in a setting within the printer.
I always thought that it was the leopard wireless problem to blame.

Mavericks Bluetooth unable to connect to Internet through Bluetooth pan

Im trying to connect my MacBookPro running Mavericks to the Internet through a personal hotspot on my iPhone. This works fine with my wife's MBP running Mountain Lion, but I can't get a connection to the Internet. Diagnostics shows that I have a good connection to the phone and ISP, but Internet and server are red.
Any suggestions?
