Unable to connect to iClouds on iOS7

When I tapped into Setting--iClouds, it asked me to agree with the new terms, and after I tapped OK, it kept saying "unable to connect to iClouds".
This has affected Mail, Photo Stream and many other apps that link to iClouds account.
How can I correct this issue?

Try going to the bottom of the Music tab in the iTunes store app on your phone and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select the UK

    After upgrading my iPhone 4S 16GB I could not connect into iCloud? how can I solve that? my whole contacts in that? please someone help me

    The same thing is happening here with my 16 GB wifi only iPad 2, and this is my first update in perhaps a year. The IOS7 update makes it to "Updating iCloud settings..." and goes no further.  After a while the install fails (I guess) and I have to start over.  Always ends the same way, black screen, nothing happening.  Start over, same result.  BTW I DO NOT USE iCLOUD ANYWAY

    I currently upgraded my phone and am trying to take the pictures off of my old iPhone 4 to my new iPhone 5. I was told that once they disconnect my iPhone 4 that I will basically be able to use it as if it were an iPod... Normally that would be fine because I could connect through iCloud but for some reason I am unable to connect. It is telling me that it is unable to connect to the Internet. All I want to do is transfer my pictures from my old phone to my new phone.

    Are you trying to sign into iCloud in Settings>iCloud when you get this error?  If so, you might try turning off wifi to see if you can connect over the cellular data network.

    I upgraded my old iphone 4s to an iPhone 6+ last Sunday (12/28). I've been trying to restore my settings and whatnot thru the icloud restore, and have been unsuccessful.     After installing Mavericks on a MacBookPro late 2008 everything goes fine but iBooks:
    After opening iBooks my fulll iTunes library has been moved (approx. 300 books). but i’m unable to connect to my Apple-account. Clicking the menu-item ( .../Store/..) nothing happens. As a result all my categories are lost (which I had on iTunes/iPad/iPhone) and I’m unable to open books I already purchased.
    Internet connection is establishes, iTunes-Store etc works fine.
    There is a process „bookstoreagent“ wasting 100% CPU-time and console says every second

    Solved for me!
    Here is how it goes:
    1. Make a change to any one of the 10 setting that can be manipulated under the "Get info" window for the "VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5" certificate but leave the "When using this certificate: Always Trust"-setting unchanged.
    2. Close the "Get info" window (password required).
    3. Again open the "Get info" window for ""VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5" certificate.
    4. Now change the setting of  "When using this certificate: ..." to "Use System Defaults" (the 10 other setting should all show "no value specified").
    5. Close the "Get info" window (password required).
    Bingo! - Now it should be possible to log into iBookstore right away!

    Hi, im trying to backup some pictures from my pc. I was unable to install iCloud directly from Apple because of an apparent network issue, so I chose to outsource. once i finally had iCloud installed (v 3.0?) i attempted to log in with my current apple ID and im just getting the error " you cant sign in because of a server error"
    my PC requires a total reset and id like to back up my things.
    Any help would be greatly appriciated.

    I'm getting the same - which is annoying.
    I had to restore from backup twice to get it to recognise my WiFi connection, and now when i need to change my appleID because my apps are stored on a different on than default, it's like "The terms have changed"... but it won't let me view them, or even change the appleID so that I can access them.
    I'm hoping it's just the servers being busy.
    Edit: Now I just restarted my home WIFI to see if that would do it, and it can't connect to my mail-servers on hotmail, which it actually could do after the update but before trying to change the appleID. Wonderful!
    I'm just going to turn off my Iphone until tomorrow and see what happens overnight.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

  • IPhoto was unable to connect to iCloud Photos

    I have iPhoto 7.5.1 on Mavericks 10.9.2 on an iMac. To try to fix another iPhoto issue (Home Sharing not showing iPhoto albums - a Fetching... permissions issue I thought), I created another admin, logged in as the new admin deleted my admin, saved the folder, and restored my admin user.
    Everything was fine, but now I cannot set up any photo streams or shared photo streams in iPhoto. I go to System Settings and enable Photos for my iCloud/Apple ID account and it does a "setup" and the Photos box is checked.
    But when I'm in iPhoto -> Preferences -> iCloud and try to set up iCloud sharing, it starts enabling and then stops with this. When it does this, it also unchecks the Photos item in System Settings.
    And the same process when I want to share a photo in iCloud, go through the setup again in a separate window with a Use iCloud button, but clicking the button shows the Enabling iCloud Photos... dialog like above but NO error message and no iCloud area appearing under SHARED and the setup window just stays there. And I can repeate that over and over and no error message but no iCloud (although it UNCHECKS the Photos item in System Settings like above)! And then I clicked No Thanks, and all my existing shared streams disappeared.
    What can I do to enable iCloud in iPhoto?

    I just got a new computer - used, but clean.  I brought everything onto it from time machine.  But every time I use mail, it asks for my icloud password.  At least twice.  I am not sure how to get it to stay signed in.  Any ideas?

    Try deleting the account restarting, adding it back and trying again.

    I would remove the email account from mail and then set it up again.
    If your are able to long I via owa though without the auto fill, then we already know the user name and password are correct.

    I think Apple now requires that Java apps be signed by a developer to run, so there might be some Gatekeeper issues going on.
    Uninstall the Java app and Java according to the developers and Oracles direction.
    Then install Java again and the Java app again and if it won't run, then control or right click on the app and say "open" this will allow it through Gatekeeper.
    Another option is to be methodical and go through this list of fixes until something works.

  • IPhone 5 unable to connect to internet or use web-based apps like Facebook or Tumblr

    About two days ago, shortly after using my iPhone 5 to upload a picture of my son eating a donut to Facebook, I seem to have lost all ability to connect to the internet or update content on web-based apps like Facebook or Tumblr.  I tried to restore my iPhone in iTunes on my computer but could not do that without first turning of "Find My iPhone," in the iCloud section of my settings.  When asked to enter my password to turn off this feature the phone is "unable to connect to iCloud."  It doesn't seem to matter if I'm connected to WiFi or using my cell data - I'm getting a strong signal in either case, but the phone is unable to connect to anything.  I CAN make phone calls and send texts but that's just about it.
    I recently updated to IOS 8.1.1 but it worked fine for several days before this problem started.  Any ideas?

    I reset my network settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings) and rejoined my network, and that seemed to fix it. Apps are working on wifi and on data, and I can once again send imessages. Since I couldn't find a similar post very easily, I wanted to post this for whoever needs help with this problem ;D
