Unable to connect to Norton Liveupdate - please help

I have a MBP and recently downloaded Norton internet security and updated my subscription. From my home internet connection, every time I access the Liveupdate page, after a while I get the "error connecting" message. But earlier in the week while in Malaysia, I was able to connect and update everything. Back now in Singapore I get the same error message. Is there any specific setting I should look at with my ISP (am with Starhub) to access the Liveupdate service ? Thank you for your kind help !

Norton products are no longer supported. Considering how secure Mac OS X is, its a complete waste of CPU resources and money to buy anything else to do what NU used to do for the Mac.

Are you still facing the same error ? If yes, are you getting this error everytime you are trying to export ?
Please try again and check.
This is basically a compilation error , where files are not converted into proper format correctly.

My ipod touch ios version 6.1.3 will not allow me to connect to my wifi. I tried rebooting my wifi router, refreshing my ipod, resseting the networks and manually logging into my wifi. Sometimes it will go through for a brief moment, but the wifi connection will ultimately disconnect. Each time i try to connect to my wifi afterwards a small pop up will say "Unable to join the network". Please help. it's really annoying and frustrating.

I've restored my ipod both to a backup and back to factory. I know the password is correct,
the router is the newest version (and it's plugged in and on), my ipod is updated, i've turned my wifi settings on and off, i've turned the ipod off and on. No luck yet. I've been working on it for hours now. About ready to sleep on it...maybe some luck will find me tomorrow...

I recently recieved my blackberry storm in the mail excited to use the wifi. I set it up including entering the correct security code a number of time for the "wep" security options and it recognizes the network. I believe it's connecting also, but when I open my browser the message of "Unable to connect to the internet,please try again." pops up. I have a verizon account with a data plan, but due to not wanting to use up my data plan I switched it off as only to rely on my wifi. What can I do? I've updated everything and tried so many things. Our wifi has never done this to any other device. PLEASE HELP!

No it doesn't. Sometimes it make a sound that it should when connecting but that is it. Never actually charges or syncs. And it is a brand new cord.

I cleared the following data from my Chrome browser
I disabled my entire firewall
I ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, with my browser closed. I chose option 3 followed by option 1. This screenshot is just for reference.
After all of that, I re-installed Creative Cloud with a brand-new download of the installer. It installed fine, no errors and auto-launched. Made sure my firewall was disabled before signing in.

EUREKA, I found the solution to my problem in a Discussion initiated by gingertodd on July 27, 2011 entitled "Safari in Lion hijacked by malware." The solution was provided by Badunit who recommended force quitting Safari and then reopening it while holding down the Shift key. It worked instantly, and I subsequently was able to open Safari normally by just clicking on its icon in the Dock. THANK YOU BADUNIT!

Hi All,
Please advice, when I open the discoverer(10g) in the web version(IE8,firefox3.5.5) I got the error like below
"Unable to connect Discoverer server: null Please contact your Oracle Application Server Administrator"
I have clear the temporary cache and cookies in the JAVA and also in the browsers but still am having this error.

If you always get this error, then I don't know the answer. However, I see this message if I try to open a second Discoverer Plus session from the same browser session (either the same connection dialog, or on another tab of the same session). You can have multiple sessions of Discoverer , but they must be opened from completely separate browser sessions, or different browsers.

a lot of people have posted about this and i have seen one weird thing fix this. people said they where going into date and time under settings and changing the date to some time in the future and then going to the itunes store and it would give them an error that there date and time was wrong. then all you need to do is go back and set the date and time right and go back to the itunes store and try again.
Im not sure why this did the trick but a bunch of people said that this helped them out..... Weird i know

I have a blackberry torch 9800, I don't have a data plan. I use a wifi signal with other phones, but my blackberry doesn't allow me to browse or view apps online. The error "unable to connect to the internet please try again later" appears. The phone has a clear signal of the wifi, i've tried various other hotspots, my other phones work perfectly. The blackberry says it's connected to the wifi, but no internet browsing is possible. What else can I do other than rip the battery out to re-boot?
