Unable to "Continue" setup. Nothing happens when I press Continue.

Question

I've just plugged in my brand new Airport Express and started running the Airport Utility. I've given the device and network names and passwords but when I hit "Continue" on the Network name & password page of the set up nothing happens. I could hit "continue" all night and still nothing happens.

OK, let's try this:
o Power up the AirPort Express (AX) and let it run a few minutes
o Hold in the reset button on the device until you see the amber light begin to blink more quickly and keep holding another 4-5 seconds when you see this, then release
o Wait 40-45 seconds for the AX light to slowly blink amber and then connect the ethernet cable from the modem to the AX.
Open AirPort Utility - click Manual Setup
Click the *Base Station* tab located just below the row of icons
AX Name = Your choice
AX Password = Your choice...write this down
Confirm Password
Enter check mark next to Remember password
Enter check mark next to Set Time Automatically
Adjust Time Zone
No check mark next to Allow Setup over WAN
No check mark next to Allow setup over Internet
Click the Wireless tab next to the Base Station tab
Wireless Mode = Create a wireless network
Wireless Network Name = Your choice
No check mark next to Allow network to be extended
Radio Mode = 802.11n (802.11b/g compatible)
Radio Channel = Automatic
Wireless Security = WPA2 Personal
Wireless Password = Your choice...write this down
Confirm Password
Check mark next to Remember password
Click the Internet icon
Connect Using = Ethernet
Connection Sharing = Share a public IP address
Click Update and let the AX restart. If you see a message about Double NAT, click "ignore"
The AX should now be providing a wireless network and you should be able to log on to that network with your computer, enter the wireless password and connect to the Internet.
Post back on your results. There is another way to set things up, but it involves some changes to your modem and you will need to know both your user name and password for your service provider to do this. If the setup above will work, you should probably go with that.
