"Unable to convert to Robohelp" information message
Hello,
I'm trying to open in RHv7 a project .hpj created in RHx5.
I take the following question
and applying yes I take the follwoing information:
Unable to convert to Robohelp. The "........\general.rtf" file is missing.
However, the file is present in the location specified.
Finally I cannot open this project.
Any ideas what might go wrong?
If you create a new project you can import a HLP file as part of the project's creation. It has been a long while since I've used RH for Word in anger but I don't believe you can import a HLP file however once the project has been created. You can and should be able to import your RTF files without any issue. Can you please provide us with some additional information as to what you are getting. A screen shop would be a good idea. You can add these via the forum's web interface by using the camera icon (see below).

Bought a new iPad2 with wi-fi access. I am at home on my wi-fi network using iPad. Trying to add my Hotmail account to the iPad so I can retrieve my e-mail messages. When I try to add the Hotmail e-mail account to the iPad, I select Windows Live Hotmail on the iPad. I then enter my Hotmail e-mail address and Hotmail password in the iPad. I have learned that Hotmail does not have a support phone number that you can call, only a search area that is of no help. I am able to log onto my Hotmail e-mail account no problem on my regular computer. I was able to program my wife's Comcast.net e-mail into the iPad no problem and bring up her e-mail on the iPad. I can not get past the "Unable to verify Hotmail Account Information" message on the iPad. Frustrated, want to be able to retrieve my Hotmail e-mail messages from my iPad, please help! Thank you.
My hotmail was working properly until one month ago , then I do not what happens ... My mistake has been to cancel that account and try to re-load it... I am blocked at "unable to verify account details".

I also try to ask securiry code to mocrosoft and put it instead of hotmail password when creating new Ipad account but nothing.
I try to go everywhere on microsfot pages and on my mail account setting but I can not find any help from there. From PC is working
I try to choose "other" from the list of account and insert there hotmail account, both indicated adsHOTMAIL or OUTLOOK, but in this case it tells me "username or password for POP3.live.com are uncorrect.... what is POP3.live.com??
I already try everything find in the net here and elsewhere ... I have hotmail account since years can not thik to change it .... Some other help?? Some indication I have not yet try?
Why does not appear OUTLOOOK from the choice of default account in the "add account section"????!??!???? -
Please inform me why I am unable to convert my PDFs to Word Documents anymore. I've been signed up and paid forever now and no problems until today, Please inform me of what the problem is? Thanks bunches! :- @(

I keep getting this error message: ITunes was unable to load data class information from Synch Services. Reconnect or try again later. What does that mean? Can I fix it? or do I have to wait for the next update?

I get this message when i try to sync and download my iphone, ITUNES was unable to load data class information from sync services, reconnect or try again later. this has happened twice. i have not downloaded by phone in several months. the first time i got this message i did not understand i and left my phone plug in for 12 hrs and it never did anything. today. when i got the message i just unplugged it.

My iPad won't sink with my computer. I continually receive this message: "iTunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later." I have tried this over a number of days and receive the same message. Any suggestions??

I recently updated my iTunes to the most recent version and I am receiving an error message when starting up iTunes: iTunes was unable to load data class information from sync services. Reconnect or try again later. (Does anyone know what this means and if it is going to cause me issues?)

Should I uninstall/reinstall itunes and if so should it be all the programmes associated with Apple or just iTunesSee this thread for more people having the same issue.

I purchased some songs to download to my ipod and keep getting the following message: iTunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services.
The songs have transferred okay to my ipad and iphone with no issue.
ipod has sw update 6.1.6.
Have tried the various suggestions regarding this issue on the site, but without success.
Are there any other suggestions?
I am using Windows 7.
