Unable to create Bid Response in SRM7.0

Hi,
I have created a RFX (Bid) and I have assigend multiple vendors as bidders.
I have also updated the Suppliers with Surrogate bidding checkbox.
Now I would like to enter bid responses for the bids. I could not find a link.
Please let me know what we are missing.
We are in SRM7.0 ECC 6.0. we are not using SUS at this moment.

The step by step procedure is as follows:
1. Create an RFx
2. Enter all the mandatory fields.
3. Add bidders
4. Add items
5. Publish the RFx
Now check the status of the RFx ..It should be published( Not in awaiting approval. If it is waiting for approval then the respective person should accept it)
Once the RFx is published:
1. Bidder can use the link which they got to create a response or
2. The purchaser can create a response on behalf of the bidder, provided surrogate bidding is enabled for that particular bidder.
Bidder can create a response only if the start date has reached and submission deadline has not yet been reached.
If the RFx is public then any bidder can create a response for that by registering.

/SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER
/SAPSRM/SUS_BIDDER
Steps:
1.- Purchasing -> Sourcing -> RFxs -> All -> Select RFx document -> click u201CResponses and Awardsu201D button.
2.- Tab u201CResponse Activityu201D -> Select bidder -> click u201CResponse On Behalf->Createu201D button
3.- u201CUser is not authorized for the actionu201D error appears.

Issue was solved deactivating implementation badi BBP_ICC_QUOT_CHANGE.

Change Bid response Status

Hi to all Gurus,
Currently I am using bapi_quotec_create to create bid responses in SRM 6.0. All went well, except that the status is set to Held. I also have the field document_incomplete set to 'X' in table bbp_pdhsd.
May I know how to set the status to bid submitted? Points will be awarded. Thank you!

Thanks for the help. Because I created the bid responses using BAPI_QUOTEC_CREATE, the GUID returned is in char format.
I converted the GUID to raw using GUID_CONVERT so that I can pass it as a parameters into BBP_PD_QUOT_SAVE. However this cause me a program termination. This is the steps i take: call bapi_quotec_create, call bbp_pd_quot_save and then bapi_transaction_commit.
I have yet to try bbp_pb_status_change because I suspect the status "Held" is a result of not inserting the bid invitation history version GUID into the field BI_VERSION_GUID field in table bbp_pdhsb.

Change status of PO created from Bid response

Can anyone let me know - which BADI or IMG Setting can be used to change the PO status to customized user status while creating Purchase Order from Bid Response accepted from a vendor ?

I tried using the SPRO settings for creating status profile with all user defined statuses and then attached this status profile to the transaction type for BUS2201 (PO) but it does not work. PO always shows awaiting approval status.
Do we have to implement a BADI in this case ?? please suggest...something.

Unable to create response to an RFQ

Hi all,
I am working on E-sourcing 5.0.When creating the response to an RFQ,i login as the vendor and aenter the price details and try to submit the response but get the following error "At least one of the items above is invalid. Mouse over the highlighted area for more details." under the QUESTIONS tab.
Has anybody faced this error??Is this a config issue or am i doing something wrong while creating the response to an RFQ.Please help.

The above mentioned error is in RED.Other then this there is no message which actually explains where exactly the info is missing because of which the erroris raised!
Also ,I can see the Plant details for the line item.
You have mentioned I need to enter the Incoterms....Can you tell me where exactly I need to enter the incoterms(as in under which tab)?

Unable to create an encrypted disk image with Disk Utility

Hi:
With our upgrade to Lion a few weeks ago, we're now unable to create an encrypted disk image of any type using Disk Utility any more. This problem occurs on 3 different machines, and is reproducible whether one is using an internal HD or an external FW HD. We can successfully create nonencrypted disk images.

We haven't had any luck with a solution trying various permissions fixes as helpfully suggested by other readers in response to the error message # (-60008 error), so I'm hoping that someone else has run across a solution from the encrypted disk image perspective and that this tag line will generate some help.

SRM 7.0 Unable to create PO - Classic Scenario.

Hello,
We are able to successfully create the below scenario.
PR in ECC --> Get PR in SRM --> Start Collective processing -> Transfer to Central System (SC is created for the PR @ this time) --> Create RFx --> Rfx Response --> Create PO. (PO is created in ERP, Classic Scenario)
We are able to get the PR & we are able to create SC successfully and the PR/ SC is available in Sourcing cocpit.
Able to create RFx --> Rfx Response.
Now once the RFx Response is Accepted --> We go for creating PO.
Classic Scenario.
The error is due to pricing - debugged and checked as mentioned in my earlier message.
IPC pricing is switched off and the BADI for simple pricing is activated.
Error : " Message A BBP_PD 396 cannot be processed in plugin mode HTTP "
But this is due to pricing is what i guess.
Error is raised in FM "BBP_PDPRC_UPDATE".
Kindly Suggest.

Please check and run the following reports (se38): BBP_CND_CUSTOMIZING_CHECK & RSVMCRT_HEALTH_CHECK and post back the results.
Note for BBP_CND_CUSTOMIZING_CHECK also run 'Simulation of Pricing with Manual Price' (scroll down after executing the report initially).
Also the badi information you activated tells us a lot. Although i take it that you executed and read everything that's included in the transaction information. The following sentence gives a prety doubtfull feeling for the CPPR scenario to work for your configuration:
SAP recommends using this BAdI only in exceptional cases and only after checking thoroughly if it is compatible with the Business Scenarios used.
Note: From what i've just read IPC has to be disabled, certain badi's etc. need to be disabled. And VMC (sap basis) has to be configured. Please view: [http://help.sap.com/SCENARIOS_BUS2008/helpdata/EN/9C/F90B7CB34A4889935D1733C6756D5B/content.htm]
Could you also please check and provide whether 'normal' SRM classic scenarios like: SC -> PO do run within your system. Also the error and information you have provided is very little.

Unable to create Invoice against a Project based Purchase Order

We have a scenario, wherein there is Purchase Order created against a NETWORK ACTIVITY of a PROJECT. We have created a Invoice with ref to this PO. Now we want to cancel this Invoice by creating the Credit Memo against this PO. But, while trying to create the Credit Memo, we end with the following error message:
"Budget for WBS element XXXX/12:7777-XX-X1-Y1-Z1 was exceeded by XXXX EUR in document item 003 Ntwk actvty XXXXXXXXXXXX 00110.
Hence unable to create the Credit Memo. Desperately looking for your response to solved this.............

Unable to deserialize HTTP response content - SharePoint Designer Call Web Service Workflow Activity

I am creating a workflow using SharePoint Designer 2013 and I'm using the call HTTP web service action.
The web service call works (it is for a text messaging service, and I get the text message to my phone) however the workflow stops at this point with internal status "suspended" and gives the error message below when clicking on the "i"
icon.
I have tried setting the Accept and Content-Type request headers to "application/json; odata=verbose" (minus the quote marks) as other posts suggested but this doesn't make a difference (e.g. here: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsapps/en-US/f0b18411-87d1-466b-aab0-1a0093605ed4/workflow-cannot-read-json-after-latest-sp15-patches?forum=sharepointdevelopment).
I tried adding in the Content-Length header too but that made no difference.
I tested calling another web service (https://sharepointurl/_api/contextinfo) and this works fine.
Is there any way to get the workflow to accept this XML as the response? I don't actually really need anything out of the response content, but I do need the workflow to carry on after this step and carry out other activities after this call.

Unable to create "filename.cdr". (Input/output error)

I am trying to create an ISO from a CD. I've tried using Disk Utility, with all different settings, and Terminal. Additionally, I attempted to make the ISO using an array of third party CD-rippers on a PC. Every platform and method has yielded this error message:
Unable to create "filename.cdr". (Input/output error) after several seconds of processing.
I am stuck. The only thing I can think of is that the CD is read-only, though I don't know how to modify my approach in response to this. Can it still be done with a read-only disk? If so, any help in this would be appreciated.
Beyond that, the disk's format is ISO 9660 (Rockridge). I don't know of any other details to provide, but gladly will if anyone can come up with any.

Fixed values of dynamic attributes are not displayed for bid response

I have created a bid with dynamic attributes and have weighted the options with fixed values. I publish the Rfx (bid) and all is ok. The problem is that the fixed values are not displaying when doing a bid response.
We are using SRM 7.0

No. Not yet. I think it is a bug. You should create an OSS message to SAP and ask them to pay special attention to the following code block:
Class: /SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_DODM_DYNATTR

At the end of the method, look for code context:
IF lv_object_type = c_qte.
*Set the Fixed Values Table to Invisible
