Unable to create delivery for sustitute delivery in CRM complaint

Hi,
I have created a complaint with sales item in CRM system.Now I created return request which is distributed to ECC as sales order.Processed Returns delivery. Everything is updated in CRM complaint.
Now i created Substitute delivery request in the same CRM complaint for the replacement. This item is updated in the same sales order in ECC. When I try to create a delivery for this sales order system is not allowed.
Order cannot be delivered (see long text)
Message no. VL461
Diagnosis
Possible reasons include:
The copy conditions specified in Specify copy control for deliveries do not allow the order to be delivered.
The order is blocked for delivery.
The order document is incomplete.
My doubt here is when i check the delivery document type, it's LR(returns delivery) for both the cases( for returns and substitute) since the transaction type is same. Now how could I differentiate since first case is returns delivery and second case is substitute delivery which is going out.

U can manually input LF delivery type in Vl01N screen and do the delivery.

Try the WSH_DELIVERIES_PUB.Create_Update_Delivery API. The API creates a new delivery record or updates an existing delivery record in WSH_NEW_DELIVERIES table. The DELIVERY_ID, NAME and return status of a new delivery are passed as OUT parameters, while the DELIVERY_ID or NAME of an existing delivery for update is passed as an IN parameter.
Pass IN parameter p_action_code value UPDATE ---> incase you want to update existing delivery.
Pass IN parameter p_action_code value CREATE --> incase you want to create a new dleivery.

How to Create Delivery for a delivery detail which is in Released Status 'Y

I am trying to create delivery for a delivery detail which is in Release Status (Release status 'Y'). When I am trying to create trips using the API 'wsh_delivery_details_pub.Autocreate_del_Trip', I am getting this error “Delivery ID XXXXX is not eligible for action Auto-create Trip”.

2960X 15.02(EX5) %AAA-3-ACCT_LOW_MEM_UID_FAIL:AAA unable to create UID for incoming calls due to insufficient processor memory.

Deployed four 2960X switches in a stack. All okay for about one month then tried to web browse for the first time via firefox which partially displayed the page. I assumed this was a browser error. So tried Chrome then IE which both failed. Chrome was a bad display and IE fails to connect.
After this, I could not telnet or ssh. Plugged into the console and immediately started receiving:

I am unable to log in. I have a TAC case logged but the first step to try is a reboot which will be difficult until I can get a maintenance window. I am currently working with TAC
The switches failed about 18 hours later and had to be rebooted to get back up. Now that I have console/telnet access, I can see the memory being depleted mostly by the Auth Manager process at about the same rate as free memory is dropping.

Cannot export video clips from iPhoto to Finder folder. Export fails with message "unable to create video for export: "
The video clips play correctly within iPhoto.
Software: iPhoto version 9.5 on OSX 10.9

Yes. I have 3,184 video clips in this library. I tested Reveal function by randomly selecting individual video clips and in every case the Reveal in Finder function worked correctly. I also tested this on random selections of groups of video clips and, again, the Reveal function worked correctly in every case.
Some more info that may be relevant:
I have multiple iPhoto libraries. My "main" library is very large (~30,000 files) and is located on an external hard drive (2TB WD) which is connected via USB.
The problem reported here is occuring on that "main" library. I have not opened any other iPhoto library since installing the new release.
While the File>Export function does not work, I have been able to simply copy and paste video clips from iPhoto library to a folder on Mac hard drive. It appears that meta data is copying correctly along with the video content.
I am able to import these copied video clips to iMovie. Meta data is imported along with the video content and I'm able to perform iMovie editing functions on those clips without any problems.
In summary, the File>Export function still fails with the message "unable to create video for export." Copying video clips and pasting them to interim folder seems to be a viable workaround enabling me to extract video clips from iPhoto for import to iMovie. I will run additional tests to see if I can find a pattern to the video files that are being rejected by iPhoto Export function.

Hi Kushal,
You can find the BADI name by,
Go to Transaction SE24
Enter the Object Type CL_EXITHANDLER and click on Display.
Double Click on method "GET_INSTANCE".
Put a Break-point on Call method cl_exithandler=>get_class_name_by_interface
Run RSA3 transaction and execute the DataSource.
The execution will stop at the break point.
Check the values of variable 'exit_name', it will give you the BADI name called at that time.

L_TO_CREATE_DN function module for creating TO for a delivery

Hi,
I am using L_TO_CREATE_DN function module to create a TO for a delivery and it is working fine as long as the HU, I am picking has quantity less than the delivery quantity or equal to delivery qty. But whenever I try to pick a HU whose qty is little more than the delivery quantity, its throwing an error. Also, there is tolerance set on the delivery line item (and the qty I want to pick is within the tolerances). When I am trying to do it manually using LT03, it throws a popup about conversion error and is creating the TO taking the rouding into account. Here is the example of the above scenario.
Delivery Qty = 1300 LB (pounds, base unit of measure)
Alternate Unit of measure for this material is Roll (RL)
I am trying to pick a HU which is 1350 LB.
Manual Case : When I use LT03 it throws a popup (saying conversion error) and accepts only
0.963 RL which is equal to 1300 LB and creates a TO. when I see the delivery after creating the TO, the picked qty is 1300LB.
Function Module : When I use the function module, it does throw me the same popup but does not create the TO. Rather it throws an error "Available quantity in bin is zero".

Unable to reverse PGR for return delivery (RL).

Prerequisites:
WM managed storage location w/o HU and SU
Document flow
1. Sales order
2. ODB
3. TO
4. PGI
5. Invoice
6. Return sales order in reference to invoice from step 5
7. Return delivery RL
8. TO: Materials put away from interim 904 storage type to warehouse storage type
9. PGR
10. VL09: Reversing goods movement (step 9) for RL delivery (step 7)
In step 10 I am getting error:
Message no. L9009: Storage bin PL1 904 8200000192 does not exist (check your entry).
I have made work around:
1. LS01N: Creation storage bin (904/8200000192)
2. VL09: now it is OK
3. LT10: from WH storage type to 904/8200000192
4. Delivery status (Picking) is not refreshed (like in LT0G)
It works but in my opinion it is another scenario for this.
My question is how to reverse PGR for RL return delivery (without work around I described)?

thank you very much for you response. As I wrote, now I have no problems with L9009 message (I was blind not to notice such obvious settings in V_T321 and V_T333)
Before i wrote this message I have double checked this configuration. But I have did not notice bad setting. Now VL09 works OK.
The open problem is that delivery still has picking/WM status not refreshed.
I've made nearly the same settings that you proposed. I am a little bit confused that you wrote:
if I do not enter '1' in RBLVS I get error message L9005
RBLVS is a "RefMvtType WM" and you set it to 656. You probably mean BSLVS - Special stock indic.
I have following settings:
LGNUM;RBLVS;BSLVS;KZBEW;SOBKZ;BSSKZ;LGREF;BWLVS

In my case BSLVS='' (but our cases are little bit different)

I have made work around with deleting delivery/delivery items.
As we noticed standard SAP system is not set to manage the reversal of return delivery with WM

As per business requirement I have to create additional delivery document for an existing delivery document and both the delivery documents should be displayed in the document flow. i.e.
PO -> Delivery 1 -> Delivery 2 . . .
Is this possible ? If yes, please help.

Hi Anil,
I believe there is no such concept in the LE Shipping module.
You can have several deliveries from an original document (PO or Sales Order), but there is no such thing as a delivery for delivery. None of my Consulting customers has ever requested anything like this.

Genesys CTI Driver-Unable to create Driver for GplusVoice

I have a 8.0.0.4 and Genesys 7.5 integration. We are receiving the following error messages in our CommSessionMgr and Scomm Logs when we attempt to make a connection from Siebel to the Genesys CTI Server. There are no firewall ports blocking any traffic between Siebel and Genesys and then are on the same subnet and VLAN. Also, we can establish a basic connection to the Genesys T-Server without Siebel in place. We think that it may be a configuration issue somewhere but we are not sure where to look. I was just wondering if anyone on this board had any basic ideas to troubleshoot this issue besides looking through the log files and the Comm Drivers and Profiles section etc.

Hi all,
Today I faced the similar problem and I found that it is due to I had joined in domain for my server so that the installation could not create users.
I changed the domain to local( example : WORKGROUP) and the installation could continue. After that you can join your server to domain again

I followed the manual on how to run the sample jsp programs with Weblogic. The manual says that the Weblogic server should be started first and the succeeding steps, somehow repeats that we should start the examplesServer as well. So did that even if the default app server is already running which is using port 7001 already. So as I expected, I got this error when running the examplesServer:

Are you sure that there is a server process listening on that port number? I think you will get a "Connection refused" message if there is no sever listening on the port you are trying to open. Have a look at ServerSocket
