Unable to create Subscriber

Hi
I am using ODI 11g (11.1.1.3) to create subscriber for journalising.
I have 2 MSSql database. 1: Old and 2: New. i have done the following:
1. Used 'Global' context to link to the tables of new database
2. Reversed the tables as datastores.
When i tried to create a subscriber for Simple Journalising, it creates the SNP_SUBSCRIBERS in the old database. I had used the old database for my other interfaces.
I tried by making a new Context and grouped the logical schema of new databse to this context. Even in all my interfaces (for new databse) i am using this newly created context.
Still, the SNP_SUBSCRIBERS get created in old database.
Can anybody help??

Gavin Lilley  posted the solution... read it care fully...
I copied the same... and explaining more...
1 - On the remote server (Subscriber server) run the following sql statement
SELECT CONVERT(char(20), SERVERPROPERTY('servername'));
and take the out put which your Servername if it is default instance, servername\instancename if it is named instance and use the
ouput while configuring alias in step2..
2 - On local server (Publication server) , create an alias to the remote using the name from the above
You can create the Alias using "SQL SERVER Configuration Manger"....
Start/All programs/sql server 2005/SQL SERVER Configuration Manger/SQL Server Native Client Configuration/Aliases

3 - On local server(Publication server), Edit the hosts file to resolve the remoter host name to the remote ip
Host file location is C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\
4 - Create the subscriber
