Unable to deactivate and activate Adobe Creative Suite

Hi,
I was unable to deactivate my latest installation of Creative Suite because my hard drive crashed. Now, with a new hard drive, I am unable to activate my copy of the product because I have reached the activation limit.
I need help with deactivating the copy which was on the spoilt hard drive.
I have tried many times and failed to contact Adobe via live chat, because I am never able to get through with an available agent. Also, I cannot seem to find any Adobe Customer Care email address, or any number to call (I live in Singapore), or any other portal by which I can reach Adobe.
I have had this dragging for weeks and I am getting quite impatient about this matter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to use the web chat. TRhere is no way around it, as annoying as it may be.

I've been hunting for them ever since, but I can't look for them myself for very long at a time. Today I finally found them, but now I can't seem to contact tech support. What happened? I don't want to delete my old files because I need the setup to remain unchanged, because I don't do well with changes. I think all I should need is to have someone located the license file on drive E: and move it to wherever it is needed on the SSD drive, but I don't know what to look for.

Tech support is not normally available on weekends. You should contact them as soon as the weekend passes and pick up where you left off with them.

My laptop has recently crashed and I had the hard drive replaced. Because I could not deactivate my copy of Adobe Creative Suite 3 prior to the breakdown, I am now unable to activate it as it is indicated that I have used up my activation limit.

Too late to re-activate Adobe creative suite. Can it be fixed?

Have I done a catastrophic mistake by being too late to re-activate my Adobe creative suite?
I have had computer problems. When I in the end bought a new computer and tried to install Adobe, the re-activation time had run out.
I did have a possibility to re-activate it off course, but didnt do it immidiately, since I was about to re-install everything in the new computer, and then problems arouse that delayed everything ...and then suddenly it was to late.
I will contact support by phone tomorrow. But if someone can ease my pain, by hinting that it is possible to re-activate it, I will get some sleep tonight...
I would be grateful for some help on this..

Macbook and original Adobe Creative Suite (CS1)

Will the original Adobe Creative Suite and all plugins, intended for powerpc, run okay on an intel mac? I realize that it would have to run with the rosetta emulation, and thus slower if at all, but will this performance be equal to that of an iBook g4 1.33ghz 12inch? Many thanks in advance if anyone has any experience on trying to do this. CS1 still does great for what I need it to do, and I don't care to go spend a huge amount of money on CS3.

No problem. If it is just Photoshop you are worried about, there are many alternatives, and many of them very cheap or otherwise affordable.
Photoshop Elements is arguably the most popular prosumer photo editing software. You might also check out Pixelmator, as it's cheaper and does many of the same things as PS Elements (and more, in some cases).
There is also GIMP, which I think is completely free.
Please be aware that Elements and Pixelmator do not support CMYK editing, so if you are doing print work it's best to stick to the 'real' Photoshop. I cannot speak for GIMP, as I have never used it.
Of course, if you need InDesign or the other CS apps, then all this is moot.
There is definitely a version of Photoshop CS4 out there in beta form. Screenshots have made their way to the Internet, so I don't think you will have to wait TOO much longer, whatever you decide .

How do I install and activate my Creative Suite 6 Production Premium on a second device?

I successfully installed my Creative Suite 6 Production Premium product on my Mac, but now I need a copy on my home pc. I cant find instructions anywhere as to how to do this. A clear step by step guide would be useful.

How can i install and activate my Creative suite 2 Standard on my new computer??

My old computer was to slow after many years. Before I dumped it I removed the whole Creative Suite from the computor. Now it is inpossible to activate the program via internet or by telefone. trying to activate I get the message: "Activation Server Unavailable" and it didn´t work to avtivate by phone (tried several times, following the the steps accurately).
It´s a shame that a big company suddenly can make my very expensive and, for me nessesary program, totally worhtless after decemer 13 2012!!

They didn't. Adobe decommissioned the CS2 activation server last year.
They also made available non-activation versions of CS2 for existing CS2 customers to download.
Just re-download and re-install (no need for activation with CS2 any more).

You will need your serial number for this. If you registered the software then you might find it stored in your Adobe account online. Otherwise you will need to find that disc.

If it is a Creative Suite that is licensed for a PC then it is not licensed to run on Mac - you need a Mac version and licensing to go with it. In any case, you can not run the same suite on both platforms. If it happens to be CS6 then you can swap for the Mac platform version but that will require giving up the PC version.

Unable to activated due to limited license access has been installed at PC. Actually our PC having problem on hard disk spoilt and we have replace with new hard disk for it. When we want do activation on it can not allow me to activated for it.

How do I de-activate Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard from my hard drive that crashed?

My internal hard drive on my Macbook crashed yesterday. I'm currently waiting for a new hard drive to come from Newegg (WD 500 GB). The guy at Apple told me I will need to de-activate CS5.5 so that I can re-install it on my new hard drive since I'm not going to recover anything from the one that crashed. How do I deactivate the version that I bought only a week ago so that I can install it once my new hard drive comes?

You can't, but it may not matter.
First off, you get two activations before there's a problem. Secondly, there may well be enough information on that machine that Adobe's servers will recognize it as the same machine and not hit you with a new activation.
How do I know? I just went through the same thing. Harddrive crashed and I had to reinstall everything. CS5 and CS5.5 both activated successfully and I had already used my two activations since I have them on my laptop as well.
In short, don't sweat it. Even if you get an activation denied message, you'll get a phone number to call. You can explain the problem and they'll reset the activation counter for you.

Unable to deactivate and activate acrobat 8

i had a licensed acrobat 8 running on my old pc. It is also registered with adobe. I deactivated it. I downloaded and installed acrobat 8 on the new machine. It did not accept the serial number. So, I installed the trail version. After installation was complete, I tried to activate the full version using the deactivated serial number. I keep getting the error message "Invalid Serial Number."

My old mac is being replaced with a new mac and unfortunately, it seems like I will have to repurchase the programs I was using.
I have a disc for Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0, and purchased an upgrade years ago for Elements 6.0. The download for the version 6.0 is no longer available. I contacted support and they informed me that my only option was to purchase an upgrade.

No, sorry. There was an Australian site that had the PSE 6 trial for a while, but that wouldn't help you either, since back then you couldn't enter a serial number into the trial version. If you didn't save your original installation media, I'm afraid you're stuck. Neither Adobe nor ProDesign make PSE 6 available as a download, probably since it would be more trouble for them than it's worth, since hardly anyone bought downloads back then and serial numbers from the disc version won't work in a download for PSE 6 and vice versa, so they'd have dozens of people complaining that there was something wrong.
