Hi gurus,
I ran into an GTS block for inbound delivery which states 'Unable to determine factor for converting from UoM DR to UoM L.' Actually the PO linked to this inbound delivery was transferred succesfully.
Per above error log, I checked product master, conversion rate for DR and L was maintained. Could you shed lights where should I maintain for above error log?

Hello Ryan,
There is one bug recently detected in the contex of IBD transfer, the problem is that the conversion factor isn't taken into account during the interface mapping in ERP side, SAP will provide a Note for this issue. To be more sure that you run into the exact same issue, please check wether cvqdp_flt in item of the inbound delivery is empty(/SAPSLL/CUIT-CVQDP_FLT).

When I check on the the group ORA_C30_DBA, TESTSAP\Administrator is the member of group
I tried to change the name of the group to
ORA_C30_DBA1 and it successfully passed the phase of error. However the drop database phase seems like disabled and it tells to manually drop the database.
Can I proceed with this method and finally drop the database manually ?. Have any one done like this.

Recommended Workflow for Converting from .avi to .m4v

I would like to take an edited .avi file and prepare it for playing on both iPods and in QuickTime/iTunes. I downloaded the trial version of PE7 to see if I could use it for this. From what I understand and have tried out, I can create an h.264 (MPEG-4, part 10) .mp4 file using PE7. What is the best way to convert this to the .m4v format? My OS is Windows Vista Ultimate. I tried using iTunes to convert it, but the resulting file did not play smoothly. I also tried downloading MPEG Streamclip and found I could not play the .mp4 file smoothly.
Am I sacrificing quality by starting with a tool that cannot export to .m4v, namely PE7?

I'm doing this for a podcast, so I need to have one file that will work for everyone who has iTunes or an iPod to include in the rss feed as an enclosure. I don't want to maintain two feeds.
So I think I'm going to try QuickTime Pro and hope that solves my woes.
I'm wondering now if I should still buy PE7 for editing. I like the product and have spent some time with it now. Of course, I wish I could do everything just in PE7 but don't think that's possible at this point.
So I still have a question about the workflow if anyone can help. Just to clarify, if I import .avi files into PE7 and do some editing, then can I just export to .avi and then open the new .avi file in QuickTime? Is that the workflow I would use? I'm assuming that QuickTime Pro can de-interlace the video, change the pixel aspect ratio, and allow me to make other adjustments to reduce the file size. I would export from QuickTime as .mp4 and hope that .mp4 files that QuickTime renders will work in the latest version of the QuickTime player. Otherwise, I'll have to export to .m4v, which I don't think can be used by other players???
Anyway, I think I'm on the road to a solution. Hopefully, QuickTime Pro won't have similar issues.

Tools for converting from Designer 1.x to 6?

I am about to work for a client that would like to convert their data model from Oracle Designer version 1.3 to version 6. They, of course, have both logical and physical models defined in the tool. They do not use Designer to create triggers or stored procedures, but they do store business rules in the repository (I'm not sure where. . .). The business rules serve as documentation for business analysts.
Is Oracle Designer upwardly compatible from version 1? That is, will I be able to open the version 1 model with version 6 software? If not, are there tools that I might use to perform the transition?

For a technical migration from designer 1 to designer 6.0, there is extensive documentation in the 6.0 product how to do this. Your repostitory information will be available in designer 6 once you upgraded. If you used Headstart for designer 1.3.2, take a look at the Headstart migration issues for migration your template package (info can be found on OTN,(http://technet.oracle.com/products/headstart/)
. If you want to migrate your business logic, you might want to take a look at the CDM RuleFrame option (whitepapers available on the website), a powerfull way to model and implement business logic in the server (with transaction level validation, no more mutating table problems etc.)

Instructions for converting from POP3 to IMAP in Outlook 2010

I have been using Outlook a POP3 Google Apps (Gmail) account for a long time. I have never used IMAP but am intrigued by the synchronization that accompanies IMAP. Since I often use my email from the Gmail web app away from my Outlook installation,
IMAP seems like the way to go. So I would like to convert my existing POP3 account to an IMAP account.
1- Can you point me to step-by-step instructions on how to do this?
2 - Will all my PST folders and email automatically sync to the Gmail servers?
3 - what problems can I expect to encounter and how do I avoid them?

No, you cannot "convert" an account from POP3 to IMAP.
You'll need to remove the current POP3 account (this will not delete any data) and then add the IMAP account. This will create an additional folder set which is required for the synching of the IMAP account (it will mimic the folder structure of the
IMAP account).
If there are messages in your local folder which are not on the IMAP server, you can move them manually to a folder in the IMAP account.
Before you start to reorganize your data, it is recommended that you start with a good backup of your Outlook data so that you can easily restore it in case something goes wrong. For instructions see;

Perhaps it was a display model at one time in the store and someone registered the OS in their name. I would return to the store with the Mac and show them the stranger's name that appears in the Mac App Store when you try to update Lion. Perhaps it is even an employee. Anyway, they need to set this right by you. A new Mac should not have someone else's Apple ID registered into it. That registration sent the unique identifier to Apple for this Mac and registered it to the person's Apple ID. Not cool.

Unable to print using PDF Converter from Photoshop

For years I have been able to select "Adobe PDF Converter" in my print dialogue box...resulting in the creation of a PDF file. Although the choice to use this printer driver is still an option, it won't generate a file. It gives me an error box, with no explanation as to what the error might be. Any ideas?
I'm using Photoshop CS3, and Windows Vista.

What version of Acrobat? Only Acrobat 9 is certified for Vista. Older versions do not cope with some of the driver and security stuff on Vista and therefore may not work correctly or not at all.

Hi Ramji,
What you're saying doesn't make much sense to me. The currencies must be different, otherwise you wouldn't be seeing that error.
If you have some knowledge of ABAP, or if you have a developer available, you can debug to hopefully find the cause of the problem, since that error message is only used in 2 places.
Set a break-point in these two places:
In Function Module /SAPSLL/LCLIC_VALUE_CHECK, around line 40
In program /SAPSLL/LLCLIC_INTACTF61, around line 505
Now repeat the transaction, and see what is being passed for conversion (currencies and Exchange Rate Type). That should give you some clues - perhaps you can share with us?

How to fix error 35: Unable to determine UUID

I am having some issues with *long* boot times and Time machine errors on my iMac. I tried disk repair and hardware test, but they did not find anything. In fact, I have a bootcamp partition that is running fine, so it is unlikely to be a hardware issue.
The above is the only error I seem to see, could this be causing the problem? Is there a way to fix it?

Hi Kate,
You are not on the right track; MD14 and 15 will choose the PLANNED ORDER population for the conversion. In planned orders there's NO PURCHASING ORGANIZATION DATA (normally)!
So even if you managed to put the field on the screen, it will not do anything that makes sense.

Simply do the following:
Data : l_temp(3) type c, " CHar
l_sum type i. " Integer
* To move char to integer
L_temp = '1234'.
move l_temp to l_sum.
* To move integer to char
clear : l_temp, l_sum.
l_sum = '23433'.
move l_sum to l_temp.
