Helllo!
Please try this.
Go to this website, first changing "myconnectserver.com" with the address of your own Adobe Connect server:
myconnectserver.com/common/help/en/support/addindownload.htm
Next, click on the "Download the Windows version" or "Download the Macintosh version" to download the actual Add-in installation file to your computer. If you get the error message at this point, this is because you likely do not have the necessary permissions to save the file to your computer. Try saving to another location, like your desktop, and see if that works.
I hope this helps!

When I try to download Adobe Connect Add-in, message tells me I haven't enuf room on hard-disk, yet I've plenty hard-drive space available.

    Hi,
You could either download the latest version of the Add-In with a standalone installer at http://www.adobe.com/support/connect/downloads-updates.html
Or you could also try using IE/Firefox/Safari when downloading the addin. Google Chrome is known to give issues while downloading the Add-In sometimes.

  • Unable to install adobe connect add-in --- And add-in not detected

In the Adobe Meeting connection test, it tells me that the add-in couldn't be installed on the harddrive, I should check the available HD again. So I installed the add-in manually and rebooted. This is not detected by the Meeting Connection test however... Any ideas? - Thanks in advance!

  • Adobe Connect Add-in Error 9.1 r314

I have been getting an error while trying to save recordings offline.  When the Adobe Connect add-in starts, I get the option to save and then then it crashes.  Listed below are the step I have taken to resolve the issue
    1. Uninstall the Add-in
    2. Delete all folders pertaining to the add-in (macromedia.com folder and #sharedObjects)
    3. Uninstalled flash.
    4. Run "Flash Cleaner" from Adobe
    5. Installed Flash then the Add-In
After this, I still received the same error.  I have tried this about 3 times with no luck. Any help on this would be great. Below are the details that result from the crash.  This is a vista machine.  Error is not profile specific as I have created another profile and attempted to save the recording and received the error.

    Issue
    While trying to make a recording offline you run into an error message;
Adobe Acrobat Connect Add-in 9.3  r52 has encountered a problem and needs to close
(Add in WIN 9,3,34,0/ WIN 9.3.32,0)Add-in will crash when user make the recording offline in Meeting.
    Reason
There seems to be a bug in the 9.3.32.0 Add-in causing it to crash.  This will be fixed shortly.  Only current work around is to install an older Connect Add-In (9.1.299)
    1) Uninstall current Connect Add-in from Add/Remove Programs
    2) Install this add-in from here;
    ftp://breezeext:[email protected]/patches/Addin9.1.299.zip
    Solution
Go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall the current Connect Add-in.  Once completed you need to download Connect Add-in Version 9.1.299

  • Adobe Connect Add- in link doesn't work

I've gone to the download page for the Connect add-in, and when I click on the link to download the software, the browser is brought to a corrupted webpage of data. The add-in does not download.
This is the URL I'm going to -
    http://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/kb/connect-902-add-in.html
On this page, there is a link to download the Connect Add-in for Mac. When using either Firefox or Safari, when the Mac download link is clicked, nothing is downloaded, and the browser displays a corrupt webpage.
Is there an alternate link to download the Add-in for Mac?
    Thanks

    Hi,
I was able to download addin build # 959 from the download link provided on the page: http://www.adobe.com/support/connect/downloads-updates.html. using Safari on Mac.
Anyways this is the GoUrl to download the Mac addin, if the above URL still doesn't work for you: http://www.adobe.com/go/adobeconnect_9_addin_mac
    Thanks

  • Adobe connect add-in install crashes

    Dear all,
We want to deploy the Adobe connect add-in on all our computers but when I tried to install it on a test computer, to check if it works correctly, the setup crashes at the end saying that "the program wasn't installed correctly" like the following picture (sorry it's in french!):
If i use the "Reinstall using recommended settings" the install is done without any errors. However if I connect to a test meeting the plugin isn't detected:
By the way if we use the test connection page, the plugin is installed with success through the Flash download interface (step 4: http://na1cps.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm)
For information here is our standard configuration:
    - Windows 7 x64
    - Internet explorer 8
    - Flash player 11.3
Thanks in advance for your help!
    Regards

The add-in is version 11.2.385 from July 2013. I've tried uninstalling that version and reinstalling an add-in from this page (http://www.adobe.com/support/connect/downloads-updates.html) for Adobe Connect 8. That add-in at least allows me to launch my webcam, but it crashes 10-15 seconds later and Adobe Connect restarts.
With the new add-in (the first one I referred to), the entire Adobe Connect session shuts down when I click to "allow" Adobe Connect to use my webcam. It never starts it at all.
It's crashing with both internal and external cameras. It's more the clicking "allow" that crashes it, I think, because I've tried both. I prefer to use my internal camera on my new Asus laptop.
And WOW, it DOES work as it should when launching in browser. Thank you for that piece of advice.

  • I have been unable to download adobe acrobat pro, which I purchased on a month to month basis almost exactly 1 year ago, since I purchased it. I just received a renewal email and it had a link to download the program and for the first time when I clicked

I have been unable to download adobe acrobat pro, which I purchased on a month to month basis almost exactly 1 year ago, since I purchased it. I just received a renewal email and it had a link to download the program and for the first time when I clicked on the link it actually sent me to a page that had the icon to download now. I clicked on that, but when I went to open the file and start downloading after about 3 minutes into downloading it says an error had occurred. Can anyone help me?

I am a little worried. If you are an existing subscriber why would Adobe need you to download... I wonder if the message is a fake.
I'm not clear, if you've had it for a year, whether you need to download, or you are just following the email?
This page with the icon to download now. Was it a page on adobe.com ?

  • How to uninstall Adobe Connect Add-In (Mac OS X)?

After accedentally instaling this add-in I'd like to remove it. Where is the Adobe Connect Add-In located on a Mac running Lion, or is there a way to properly uninstall it. Thanks!

You should be able to find the add in this location:
    ~/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/www.macromedia.com/bin/connectaddin

  • Where can I download Adobe Connect 8.1.1?

I need to install Adobe Connect 8.1.2 but first I need to upgrade Adobe Connect 8.0 to 8.1.1.
Where can I download Adobe Connect 8.1.1? I have already downloaded Adobe Connect 8.1.2.

You can contact your Oracle Sales rep, and ask them to assist you in getting a copy.
You can open a Service Request with Oracle Support, to request a copy of the software.
You can contact your local Oracle user group to see whether one of the friendly locals has a copy you can borrow.
You can always monitor eBay for the occasional set of CDs. (For example, 8.0.5 for Solaris appeared today.)
However, as far as I know, once it has become obsolete you simply can not download it from an Oracle site.

I am unable to download adobe elements 10 onto my MAC

    Hi Dave,
I'm sorry you are having issues. Maybe this will help.
Installation rules will let you install the software on two computers. If you have only installed it once, you should be able to install it on the other computer. If you have already installed the software twice and you don't have access to your previous computer or you upgraded your computer's hardware, replace a hard drive, upgraded your operating system, or reformatted your drive before deactivating your software, you can ask Adobe Support to help you deactivate the software from the machine. Just have your serial number or Adobe ID ready, and then contact support. Then you can install the software from the link below and enter your serial number to re-activate the software.
