I have purchased Michael Dobbs' The Buddha of Brewer Street, however I am unable to download it, getting the following message :- We're sorry this book can't be downloaded. Please contact Nokia support for help.

If you want to un-install this application longpress on it to reveal further options. It usually asks you to put phone on charge to allow download to proceed. No current issues in (UK) via WLAN connection:

I tried downloading them a few times unsuccessfully. Now, whenever I try to download this is the message I get:
"Sorry, Too many download attempts: 5. You were allowed to download only 5 times. If you have any questions, please contact Digital River Customer Service at [email protected]"
I have only received an automated responese from CustomerServices which was not helpful.Try an alternative download resource...

I just bought a 2nd ipad and want to download books purchased with my first ipad without being "double charged". Is there a way to do this?
If you are syncing with a computer and transferring your purchases there you can sync the 2nd iPad with the computer and transfer all of them (quickest method). If you are using the same Apple ID on the 2nd iPad you can download them again without being charged.

Hi, i am unable to download previous purchased ringtones since upgrading to IOS7 and changing to a new computer. My music etc has downloaded its just the ringtones. if i select on this phone when connected to ITunes i can see them in the list, but they are greyed out with a little circle next to them.

Sparkie62I don't understand. Are you saying the CD will not play on any of your CD drives? What happens when you try? Have your tried the CD in a non-computer CD player, such as a car player?

I changed to ipad air 2 and am unable to download books from overdrive. I am connected to wifi and have tried every option on the overdrive site. It closes everytime I try to download a file.
Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
If that doesn't help, restart your internet modem and router then try downloading books. -

I recently purchased a book through Blackwells, and I received the link to download the book. I opened it, but it said I needed Adobe Digtal Editions installed. After installing it and authorising my computer with my Adobe ID, I then went back to the download link and attempted to download it.
I get the following message;

I'm unable to download books from the iCloud that I previously purchased.
The books appear in iBooks with a cloud in the upper right, but after they "download" the icon just appears again and I can't open the book. I did a "reset all" which didn't fix it. I tried logging into the iCloud again, but that didn't do it. This is a replacement iPad mini from the apple store because the speaker went out on the previous one. I did back up everything in iCloud before going in to get the replacement. I also just got the book to download on my iPhone!? What can I do to get the book back on my iPad mini?

Are you having problems with any other downloads at all? Can you download previously purchased apps, new apps, songs, .... any problems with those?
Have you tried signing out of your Apple ID and see if that will "refresh" your account? Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad, and sign in again.

Unable to download newly purchased music
The last two albums I have purchased on iTunes have refused to download. I keep getting errors stating that the song is unable to download at this time. I have tried rebooting, resetting network settings and a full restore( which is annoying in itself)
This is starting to get extremely frustrating. Being an iPhone owner for 5 years now I have experienced just about every problem you can think of but this one has got me considering other products. Apple prides itself on ease of use but nothing lately has been easy to use. Please help.I have a brand new 4S and it gives me that same message (unable to download at this time" with new purchases and old ones I synced up from an old phone. Did you guys figure it out yet? What is exactly is the problem?
If you are signed into the Mac App Store with the same Apple ID that purchased them then they should be listed under the Purchases tab and be available for download unless they are already on the computer then it will say "Downloaded". In that case they will most likely be in your Applications folder. If not use Spotlight to find them. -

1. You don't have an active internet connection.
2. You are not signed in to Nokia Store with your Nokia account.
Both should be met before you can download an application from the Store. If your phone complied to these two preconditions and you are still unable to download any application, try to check if there's an update available for the Nokia Store itself. Once you go to Nokia Store, it will notify you if there's an update for the client or not. You can also use Nokia Suite to check for an update.
If there's none, try to re-install the software of the phone using Nokia Suite, too. You can download it from here: http://www.nokia.com/global/support/nokia-suite/ -

Did you have a backup of your iPhone in iTunes or iCloud? If so, you can restore the new iPhone with that information. What happens when you try to sync with your iMac? Do you get an error message? Here are a couple of troubleshooting resources for you:
