Unable to download Business Packages...

Hi,
I wanted to download the following business packages:
1)BP for Sales Analysis 60.1
2)BP for Procurement Analysis 60.1
3)BP for Inventory Analysis 60.1
4)BP for Procurement Analysis 60.1
...and use some of the iviews from each of the Business Package. But,for the past couple of days i could not find them in PCP(Portal Content Portfolio).....
I found in one of the document in service.sap.com...which says that these packages maintenance ends on 31-12-2006.
Can anyone help me on this issue....
Thanks & Regards,
P.Navakanth.

Hi Navakanth,
that's correct - all business packages that have gone out of maintenance have been removed from the Portal Content Portfolio. It's also no longer available in the download area on Service Marketplace.
Best regards
Dagmar.

  • Unable to download Business Package 'BI Administration 1.0'

Hello, does anyone know where to find the Business Package 'BI Administration 1.0'????
I've been looking for it on the market place and I haven't found It.
    Thanks,

    HI,
Please check Note 934848 - Collective note: (FAQ) BI Administration Cockpit.
Download the Business Package BI Administration 1.0 from the Portal Content Portfolio on http://sdn.sap.com or from http://service.sap.com/swdc and import it into your SAP NetWeaver 2004s Portal (minimum: Support Package Stack 5). Then assign the roles 'System Administrator' and 'BI Administrator'(or any Administrator role which contain these roles as a subset) to your BI administrator users in the portal.

  • Download Business Package for Recruiter 1.41 but available till 1.40 E-rec

    Hi,
I have to deploy E-rec packages on Portal, our backend is SAP ECC ehp4 with SP 20.
As per recommendation, Business Package for
Recruiting Administrator 1.41 and Business Package for
Recruiter 1.41 needs to deployed to get E-rec functionality, but on service market place under
Portal content folder packages are avalable till 1.40 instead of 1.41.
Request to tell where is the path from where we can download 1.41 packages.
2)I want to clarify one more thing that SAP E-Recruiting (EA-ER) needs to add on
    to get E-rec functionality in Backend(ECC EHP4).

    Hi Deepak,
    Thanks for your reply!!!!
We have to deploy only two packages Business Package Recruting Administrator 1.40 and Business Package for
Recruiter 1.41 and add-on is also required SAP E-Recruiting (PA-ER) in Backend(ECC EHP4) as ERECRUIT
package is already there with SP 6.
Request you to tell i am on the right track or not??

  • Downloading Business Package Business Unit Analyst

    Hi All!..
I'm trying to download from SAP Service Marketplace the Business Unit Analyst Business Package, but when I open the zip that contains the package it only has an SCAN FILE, do any of you know what's happenning here? Do any of you has the actual version of this BPs...??
    Thanks in advance!!!...
    Maria

    Hi Maria,
when you say scan file, do yo mean an file called BPERP4BUA0.sca?  If so that is correct.  In EP6, the archive files you import are SCAs.  Just specify the sca file on the import screen when you go to bring in the BP.
    Hope this helps.

  • Problems with user mapping to download ESS Business Package for EP 6.0

    Hi,
I am trying to download ESS Business Package for EP 6.0 but facing problems inspite of reading the SAP document on downloading Business Package. Here is my problem:
I start to download the package and to map the user ids. I am mapping the SDN user id to a SAP Service Marketplace user id as mentioned in the SDN website. But the download option is not working and gave an error when I clicked on the 'Download' link after user mapping.
It would help me a lot if anyone else who tried to download BPs after user mapping gave their feedback.
Can someone please clarify about the user ids and describe how can I download the ESS Business Package?
    Thanks and Regards

    Hi,
from the description you provide I can't tell what the problem might be, so to determine the cause we need more information on this. Screenshots of the error message would be ideal.
In general, the following needs to be done:
    - you need to be signed in  at SDN with your Service Marektplace s user id
    - the user mapping for the data source 'Service Marketplace' needs to be maintained
Please send the error information to: [email protected]
and we will try to solve it.
    Thanks, Anke

  • Business Package download from SDN

    Hello,
I am trying to download business package from sdn it is giving following error with page cannot be displayed
and displaying my userid and password on the browser.
Can you please suggest me how to proceed further to download BP from SDN
    Regards
    SIVA

You need a SAPNet S-User-Id to download the business packages. If you have an SDN-ID and a SAPService-UserID Like "S000xxxxxxx" (which your SAP-Admin can order for you) you can ask to merge these two IDs and then you are able to download. If you have no connection to a licensed  SAP-System, you cannot download the BPs.

  • Business Packages for CRM 2006s (5.2)

We are on CRM 2006s (5.2) and aside from the Best Practice (BP) for CRM 5.2 (v1.52) where can I download Business Packages for CRM 2006s (5.2)?
    Regards,
    James

Check, if your S-user has a connection to the CRM 5.2 System.
If you have this connection, you should be able to download the BP's.
I had the same problem - and I found out, that our CRM 5.2 System was not visible in my S-user System overview...
I added the system and found the related Business Packages...

    Hi
All software downloads including business packages are available at SMP.
    https://service.sap.com/swdc
You can check the software category list under
SAP Software Distribution Center -> Download -> Installations and Upgrades
Use 'Search for all Categories' option to search for required software.
    Or
SAP Software Distribution Center -> Download -> Installations and Upgrades -> Entery By Application Group. There click the link which is matching with the product you are expecting and navigate inside it to download.
    Check these links as well.

I don't know anything about this BP. Is it SAP VIP as mentioned in the tutorial above? If not, specify the name of BP so that others can help.
