I purchased a song on iTunes specifically to create a ringtone, but when I tried to do this, it said "this song can no longer be made into a ringtone". Can they not tell you this before you purchase the song?? Yes. You must install anti virus software in Windows. Microsoft has a free good anti virus program for download. It is Security Essentials and is available on the microsoft site.

Hi, I recently left my computer on my car and drove into heavy traffic. After several hundred cars ran it over, I noted than I was unable to access my previously purchased copy of Photoshop Elements 10. How can I download a replacement copy?

It's true. I was loaded down like a mule, approaching my car, needing a free hand, and thinking "I'll just set this on the roof for a moment..."
I drove about 1/2 mile and turned left into rush-hour traffic. No sound, no horns, no frantic hand gestures from fellow drivers, and no sinking feeling whatsoever for several minutes. And then like that sudden stop at the end of long fall, it hit me. I quickly turned around as though haste may matter - and it did. Had five more minutes passed, there'd have been nothing larger than a grain-of-sand-sized evidence that my computer had once existed. For the next 30 minutes, I dodged many hundreds of cars in my firm commitment to gather every last one of the 2,653 pieces that I would need for a successful reassembling.
At some point during my repair attempt, I noted that I was unable to access my previously purchased copies of Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10.
And since Dell.com's record of this purchase was apparently destroyed that day as well, I'm at a loss. Unless... "Ok, maybe I actually registered this purchase at Adobe.com... But that would be weird as I never do such things in the name of maintaining privacy at every chance I encounter... But, I'll try... yep, 'Forgot your password,' Click... of, 'Follow this link,' Click... Minor rush that it might work... Hope fading fast... Gone!"
When the only proof of purchase I can present is my promise that I did once purchase, is it possible for me to download these two programs without having to re-purchase?
I lost a lot of things that day... money, work, memories, la la la. Apparently I've now lost my dignity as well as I plead with some faceless corporation for a freebie.
Does anyone at Adobe have a heart? If so, I would invest my gratitude towards your benefit for the remainder of my years.

I am unable to download i tunes. After seemingly installing and looking like it was going to run, I got an error message that process could not be completed due to "system has not been modified". Help!

OK, can anyone explain how am I supposed to deal with this reply from apple? (I used a report a problem of a song purchase to ask why I can no longer access USA content)

Unable to download apps after purchase-in-app

I've been trying to download apps but its unable after i purchased lives in "two dots" app. Then i couldnt able to download any apps because appstore sent me the error message abt the billing. Eventhough i tried and tried to use the same billing method and address (like the last time i used) but it was decliend though my bank account still have balance. Then i try to use another account to download still cannot and it pop up with unable to download app at thiis time message again!
Further more, i found support help and answered in Apple website not work for me. And it ve been nearly a month since this problem happens. thanks its ip5s.

You're either going to have to enter another payment method or contact Apple Support to get this resolved.

Unable to download Mountain Lion after purchase in App store.

After purchasing Mountain Lion in App store, I have been unable to successfully download a copy.
It was not interrupted, it just stops.
Every attempt (including the first) fails at 142 MB, with the meaningless "unable to download" error. In the console log I find this:
7/31/13 2:32:56.894 PM storeagent: ISStoreURLOperation: Expected bytes (4437341116) did not match actual (142374555)! Setting error. (See 9215068)
indicating the error. The file was expected to be 4.4 GB (yes), but does not match actual 142 MB...?
I have found references to this error, but no real fix. I have tried every "fix" suggested; Safe boot, guest user login, deleting temp files, hidden files, app store files, debug mode in app store, repairing permissions, changing ethernet ports, changing DNS (loved that one), and others.
I finally erased the hard drive with zeroes, re-installed 10.7, software updated to 10.7.5 and immediately attempted download - it still fails.
I also have no virus software or little snitch, or anything else that would prevent downloads. I have been able to download free and purchased software from the app store (xcode, pages, ibooks author) - that are more than 142MB.
So this is not an ISP, modem, or some other thing preventing me from downloading using the app store. It is a problem *only* with downloading Mountain Lion.
This seems like an Apple problem. Anybody have a real fix?

Are you quite sure? Check your model identifier. If you have the first model released, then it cannot run anything past Lion. Be sure you meet ALL the requirements.

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? Make sure you enter your new Id in settings/message, settings/facetime. ANy content that you downloaded with the old ID is forever linked to that old ID and if you have apps that were downloaded with the old ID and you want to update them you can only do that with the old ID. You could delete those apps and downlad them again ( and pay for them if they are not free apps)

Your question/statement makes no sense.
"Unable to download purchased audiobook. The book says it was downloaded" What book is saying this? Is the audiobook talking to you?
"Can't get to spot from iTunes to insert password" This makes no sense to me either.
If you are trying to download a previously purchased audiobook, you can't do that. You get one download of an Audiobook and then you must purchase it again if you delete it or do not have it in your iTunes library to sync back to the iPd.
If you can't find the audiobook, look in the More Tab of the Music App.
