Unable to download document from HTTPS site in ADF

Hi ADF Experts,
I have a critical issue in ADF application. While clicking on hyperlink for download a document ,i am getting following error:
"unable to download home from "<HTTPS SITE NAME>"  The link is having HTTPS.
This problem is occurring in i.e 8, It's working fine in i.e 9.
Please suggest me with some solution.

have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling Nokia Browser from http://download.browser.ovi.com ? also try the same with Opera at http://m.opera.com Also check that you are fully up to date with your phone firmware by using Nokia Suite to check for any firmware updates.

  • TWAIN32 Driver - Unable to download it from Adobe site (Please help!)

    Hi,
    I have just bought a canon MX885 printer and i am unable to scan directly into photoshop.
    I have been guided to the adobe website as a source for the downloads. However the download does not start.
    I have disabled connecting to CS Live for my CS5 package as it slows down my computer. Could this have anything to do with it?
    Could anyone here please guide me to another link please. My magazine is due in a few days.

    If you're unable to just click the above link and have the zip file download and open for you, you have system problems.  I just verified that I could download and open this zip file no problem.
    What OS do you have?
    I'd start by checking whatever security software you have installed to see if the download of zip files is disabled somehow.  It is not a given that security software must block what you really want to do!

    - In the print dialog box, under 'Comments and forms' select Documents and Markups'
    - Click ok to print

    Could you provide the corresponding credential to access them?

    Reset the device:
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
    If that doesn't help, restart your internet modem and router then try downloading books.

  • Cannot download statements from financial sites

    Since downloading Adobe Reader's latest version, I am unable to download statements from internet banking/credit card sites.  They require Adobe Reader. 
    I have uninstalled, reinstalled, gone back to older version that used to work to no avail. One bank told me to use Foxfire rather than IE, but that has not helped.  All I get is a pop-up message:
             "! There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader.  If it is running, please exit and try again.  (523:523)"
    Exiting and restarting the program does not help.
    Someone suggested I have a problem with a Windows 8 driver, however this problem has persisted since my hard drive crashed and I had to install new hardware & software.
    It's interesting that many other (non-financial) sites allow me to download PDF documents using different non-Adobe software.
    Anyone else experiencing this?

    Does that website provide you with a direct link to the PDF (rather than a php or javascript)?  If so, try downloading the PDF to your local disk, then open it from there.

  • Not able to open office documents from SharePoint site using Forms auth on a Mac with Office 2011

    of a SharePoint question so I'm going to try here as well.
    We just discovered an issue where a user logs into a SharePoint site using Forms based authentication.  When clicking on an Office file they get
    'Sorry, this site hasn't been shared with you' message:
    The user can download the file and can also open the file within the browser (Office Web apps).  This SharePoint site is on a Web app that uses mixed authentication (forms for external partners) and Windows/Kerberos for internal employees.
     When logging into this same site as an internal user I am able to open the file just fine.
    I checked the 'Microsoft Document Connection' settings and selected and deselected 'Enable Basic Authentication' and neither helped.  
    I also tried to add the site URL under 'Microsoft Document Connection' -> Add connection -> Connect to a SharePoint site.  When I put the site URL in and click 'Connect', I get an error saying that 'Only connection to SharePoint or OneDrive
    servers are supported' message.  If I try the same thing as an internal user using Windows/Kerberos authentication I am able to connect to the site just fine.
    Any ideas??

    As you are using Form Based authentication to open the documents from SharePoint site, I recommend to check the things below:
    Make sure that the user has permission to view the documents in the site.
    Please select "Sign me in automatically" when you sign in the login page.

    I got the following error messages when downloading patches on my sunUC clients:
    # smpatch download -i 118833-36
    Error: Unable to download document : "xml/motd.xml"
    Cannot connect to retrieve xml/motd.xml: Bad Request
    Unable to display any message of the day notices from Sun Microsystems. Refer to the log file for additional information.
    118833-36 has been validated.
    I looked at all the log files in /var/sadm/spool and couldn't find anything related to the error messages.
    The patch 118833-36 was downloaded and installed fine.

  • Unable to download doc from icloud to mac

    Can anyone help with document download?  I can see my docs on icloud on my mac, but am unable to download them, even after selecting the doc, choosing 'download', and replying 'save' to the prompt "do you want to save this file" I cannot find files anywhere on my mac.  I had success moving files from my mac, via icloud, to my ipad.  Would like to go both ways.

    I am trying, unsuccessfully, to use the 'brower solution'.  I am on icloud.com/iwork, I see all my documents, when I select one, I'm given an option of format (pages, pdf, word) I make that selection, then the box says "preparing file"  The next box says "you have chosen to open "my document name" which is a WORD document from: http:// ______iwork  would you like to save this file?  When I choose "save file" nothing happens, can't seem to find file on my mac anywhere.  Any more advice?  Thanks!   It seems odd that I can easily drag and drop documents from my mac onto the icloud panel and they are quickly transferred and visible on my ios devices right away.

    Got the following error message when launched the Update Manager Client GUI:
    Error: Unable to download document : "collection/default" Cannot connect to retrieve collection/default: Internal Server Error.
    I have just installed Sun Update Manager Proxy server and Sun Update Manager Client software in two sun servers. I configured the client to get update from the Update Manager Proxy server. I haven't register the Proxy server yet.
    I have verified that Update Manager Proxy server is up and running by browsing the url of the Update Manager Proxy server.
    I wonder if the error is because the Proxy server has no updates yet or it is because it is not registered yet.

    Furthermore: I also tried the following on the client:
    # smpatch analyze
    and got the following error message

  • Move Documents from a site to a sub site with SharePoint on Office 365

    Good Morning,
    I am trying to configure my Content Organizer Rules to send documents uploaded in one site (e.g. contoso.sharepoint.com/DropOffLibrary) to a library in a sub site (e.g. contoso.sharepoint.com/testSite/destintionLibrary). I have turned on the Content Organizer
    for both sites, checked the setting that "<label for="ctl00_PlaceHolderMain_enableCrossRoutingSection_crossRoutingCheckBox">Allow rules to specify another site as a target location", and </label>ensured the content type was
    on the Drop Off Library and the destination library. The Content Type was a custom type that included custom columns.
    I created a rule based upon one of those columns that sent the document to the correct library (site) based upon the choice made. The column did not accept any value except the choices provided. When I try to enter the destination for the document,
    the sub-sites are not listed as options to select and neither are the libraries contained within them. When I enter in the URL for the targeted library, the message "A valid target path must be selected." appears. If I create the same rule,
    targeting the local library, it works.
    Any ideas on why this is not working for me?

    In order to route documents from one site to another, please make sure you have set up a send to location in Records Management in SharePoint admin center for the destination site.

  • Cannot open document from SharePoint site

    Hi All,
    Randomly, I got this error when I trying to open a document from SharePoint sites like 'https://sharepoint.partners.extranet.***.com/'. When issue happend, all document cannot be opened from this
    site. Here is the Error message snapshot:
    'sorry, we cannot open 'https://..... ' because the server isn't responding'
    Notes:
    1) The issue only happend to this site and it's children sites.
    2) If you click the button 'Try Again', the issue will be fixed, but later (several hours/days), the same issue happend again.
    3) When issue happenend, other accounts can still open the files. The same account can open docs as well from other machines. But the issue is not related to this account and this machine because I can repro the issue from other machines.
    The issue happend more than 1 year, if you can share something insight that will very helpful. Thank you!

    Please add the URL of the SharePoint site to the list of trusted sites in your browser and check if that helps.

Unfortunately, I am unable to download updates from the App store.Whenever I tried to download updates, it shows me an error message, "we could not complete your request. there is an error in the App Store. Try again later (100). Your Apple ID has been disabled, contact iTune support". However,the problem still persists even after my password has been successfully reset. What is is the error in the app store? I really need help to resolve this issue.
    Moreover,I also need help how to update to the mountain lion free of charge as my Mac pro is four(4) days old.

    N.B. I'M not exactly sure the operating system is "Mac OS X v10.7.x". However, I do know for sure it's Mac OS X v10.7.4

  • Getting error while opening Excel document from SharePoint site

    Hello All,
    I am getting following error while opening Excel document from SharePoint site.
    This issue appears when we open Excel document from Windows>> Run using below mentioned command:
    Excel.exe "{File Name}"
    If once I go to Excel back stage and browse for the SharePoint location, then this problem disappears.
    I have a work around for this issue but main problem is that i do not have any work around when i need to open Exel document using Excel COM interop in C#.
