  • I am unable to download the Create Cloud desktop app

Please help,   I am unable to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app.  When downloading the exe file, it gets stuck trying to connect to the server.
T have exhausted all troubleshooting steps:
    1.  I have tested to make sure I am connected to the internet
    2.  I can access secure sites
    3.  I have checked my host files.  there are no entries that referece activate.adobe.com
    4. I have checked the GlobalSign Root CA certificate
I have turned off all firewalls and antivirus and still get stuck trying to connect to the server

  • Code signing cert error using Digicert - Unable to build a valid certificate chain for the signer

Steps to fix this error on code signing adobe air using .p12 cert from Digicert - Unable to build a valid certificate chain for the signer
    a. Open Firefox and browse to https://www.digicert.com/digicert-root-certificates.htm
    b. On the middle of the page, download -
DigiCert Assured ID Code Signing CA-1
    Valid until: 10/Feb/2026
    Serial #: 07:F4:73:6F:AF:EF:40:8A:1F:66:40:F2:65:D1:0A:C1
    Thumbprint: B170A10819BEA936905D719E643399783E1F4567
    Download
    c. Install the cert in Firefox
    d. Once done, export again the code signing cert from digicert, through (click Firefox -> Preferences -> View Certificates -> HIghlight the digicert code signing cert -> click Backup)
    e. Done, the newly exported file should now have the valid certificate chain and that should fix the error "Unable to build a valid certificate chain for the signer"
Even though this is from Digicert, this should also work for other Certificate Authority providers assuming you download your provider's root cert for code signing.

  • Error message, unable to download App Store purchase

Made some purchases on the App Store, all downloaded successfully, but I'm unable to download SnapHeal from MacPhun; I got the message, "There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later."
I tried downloading several times, went to Community Support, closest thread was headed, iTunes Store: "An unknown error occurred (-9808)" My error message did not include a reference number, but I followed instructions about setting the correct date & time and adjusting certificate settings, then restarting. I also repaired disc permissions, zapped the PRAM and restarted my iMac.
I'm still unable to download the purchase.

Thanks Eric, I'll work on the troubleshooting and contact link right now, below your message three other links look very promising:
    Error Message 403
Error message when buying new apps
Whenever i purchase or download an app on the app store , it always gives me this error message " unable to purchase at this time, please try again later"

  • I get a mesage when trying to download or update apps. "Unable to Download"

I am trying to update and download new apps.  I get a error message - Unable to download Application -  "app name" could not be downloaded at this time.
I went into my internet and added - http://www. apple.com certificate.  I also tried process again with pop up and firewall off and still get message.  Now I did keep everything the same and went off my wifi and downloaded one app and the others still give me the same message.
    Anyone help?

If you are receiving a message that your iTunes account has been disabled and resetting your password does not resolve the issue, then you will need to contact iTunes Store Customer Support via http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

  • Enterprise PKI - Unable to download, error AIA and OCSP

I just added a subordinate CA to my environment and am trying to get these two errors worked out.  The AIA location that points to my subCA's cert errors in pkiview.msc stating it is unable to download.  I have checked the folder and it contains
the certificate and CRL.  I also found that I am unable to download the cert by typing in the web address:
    http://subCA.domain.com/CertEnroll/subCA.domain.com_subCA.crt
I'm not sure what I'm missing in my config that will get this to work.  Both servers are running 2008 R2 Enterprise.
I am also getting an error message regarding my OCSP server.  I am pointing OCSP to my Root CA, but there is an error regarding that location on my subCA; no error on Root.
    Thank in advance.

Here is the output from the verify command.  It looks like it is complaining about my OCSP certificate.  I did modify the output a little to hide my actual domain information, so it may look a little weird.

  • Unable to install SAP Passport certificate

I'm getting exactly the same problem that Nancy Ruff was in thread 439036, "Not able to install SAP Passport certificate". That is, every time I try to download the certificate I get to the error page asking to set the flag to allow ActiveX controls to run. A 'partial' certificate is installed, but it doesn't work properly and has to be removed each time.
I'm running IE6 SP2 and have checked all the settings indicated (as Nancy did) and they are all OK.
Unfortunately, her solution was to remove NTuser.DAT and log in again (to recreate it). I can't do this as it will lose all other registry settings, so I need to find out what the problem actually is.
    Can anyone help?
    Derek Dongray.

    Hi,
If you are unable to configure SAP passport certificate due to ActiveX issues, I recommend you download and install Internet Explorer ActiveX update. This works for Windows XP and Vista also (If you have IE 7 too). See the website below:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912945
Reward if the issue is resolved

  • N73 Probs, unable to download games, themes and ph...

What apps are you trying to download? If you are unable to purchase apps from Ovi store you need to have a look at this thread /t5/Ovi-com-Ovi-Store-Ovi-Share-and/I-am-not-able-to-download-paid-application-from-Ovi-Store/m-p/10...

  • "unable to download" message

    Dear All
i want to Distributing Enterprise Apps for IPAD Wirelessly but we get “unable to download” message
iam using the help link :  http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#featuredarticles/FA_Wireless_Enterprise_ App_Distribution/Introduction/Introduction.html
and i check for these Troubleshooting Wireless App Distribution
If wireless app distribution fails with an “unable to download” message, check the following:
Make sure the app is signed correctly. Test it by installing it on a device using iPhone Configuration Utility.
Make sure the URL to the app (.ipa) file (in the manifest file) is correct and the app file is accessible to web users.
Make sure the link to the manifest file is correct and that the manifest file is accessible to web users.
but still the same error can any one help me ?

That seems like an unusual issue.  I would make sure you update to iOS 4.3.5, hopefully if your devices are on the latest build they will take the apps.  Otherwise it sounds like an issue with your digital certificate, and I would try to create a new certificate through apple.

  • Unable to Download App (Enterprise Signed)

The enterprise signed distribution app that I recently created with DPS App Builder will not install remotely (via link).
The link opens the HTML page. Asks me if I would like to install the app, then nothing.
I click the home button and can see the app install progress dial complete, then:
Error message "Unable to Download App: "name of app" could not be installed at this time".
I have tried on several iPads connected to different networks and always receive the same message.
However, I was able to install via iTunes with the device connected to the computer.

    HI,
There was a change to the way in which you are allowed to deliver apps, I think you need SSL certificates installed on the web server to be able to install from a URL.
I was in the same scenario as you are, and used Charles Proxy to see the errors coming from the device when i tried to install.

  • Obtaining a printed MCP certificate

I was in a friends office the other day and noticed that he had an actual MCP certificate on display.  I became an MCP in 2011 but never received a printed MCP certificate.   How can I get a printed MCP certificate?
I've tried to visit the MCP site but it only puts me into Microsoft Learning and there are not related options there. I've also visited the Certiport site but that only provides copies of each exam's certifications.

Several years ago, Microsoft mailed to you a printed certificate along with other goodies (such as a wallet card) when you got a new certification. But now they no longer send this welcome package. If you want a printed certificate, you need to either
download the PDF or XPS file and print it yourself, or pay to have it sent to you (If I recall correctly, it costs somewhere around $10). Both options can be accessed from the MCP portal (www.microsoft.com/mcp)
after you login with the liveId that is associated with your MCP.

  • Unable to download Flex Builder 3.0.2 Professional Eclipse Plug-in Trial

Since yesterday I am unable to download the Flex Builder plugin for eclipse, having tried all the combinations of Language/OS available for this product, browsers and two different PCs at my home.
    http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=flex_eclipse
Using the link above the case is always the same no matter what browser/computer. After the "Download" button is pressed the website "freezes" for about 30 seconds, then it refreshes and soon an email message arrives with the title
"Helpful links and resources for your Flex Builder 3 Professional Trial".
Furthermore when I visit a link provided in the email Getting Started - Flex 3 Getting Started - Adobe Learning Resources, all the hyperlinks such as Watch, Full Tutorial, Download Project, PHP and Java will simply redirect me to the very same page (i.e. the one provided in this sentence).
I'd appreciate any help given on this matter, thanks.

Moving this discussion to the Flex Builder plug-in forum.

  • Unable to download new songs from iTunes

I have iTunes 7.6.2 and when I plug in my iPod I get 'syncing' then 'its ok to disconnect' message and I'm unable to download new songs I just bought. I tried this on 2 computers and the same results. One is running XP Pro SP1 and one is running Vista SP1 and the same issue with both pc's.
    Any suggestions?

iOS 6 (which runs on the iPhone 5) requires iTunes 10.7, which requires OS X 10.6.8 or higher.
Upgrade OS X on your Mac.

  • Unable to download FF on new computer

I have a new computer with Windows 7, and I am unable to download FF at all. It acts like it's downloading, but I am repeatedly getting the message the download has been interrupted. I have already tried downloading the localized version from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/?q=English%20(US), and I got the same message.

'''[http://encyclopedia2.thefreedictionary.com/Linux+Safe+Mode Starting The Computer In Safe Mode; Free Online Encyclopedia]'''
If need, go to another computer. '''[http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ Download Firefox Full Installer For All languages And Systems]''' {web link} to a thumb drive. Then install it when you get home.
