Unable to download new OS X Mavericks. Please help!
I currently have software version 10.6.8. All of my software is up to date, but when I try to go and download the new OS X Mavericks, it doesn't do anything. I've tried pressing the install button multiple times and nothing happens. I honestly have no idea why it won't download. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

No doubt you are aware, but if you rely on any older PowerPC apps in your workflow they will no longer work in Mavericks as Rosetta (which enabled that function) is no longer part of the OS - you may be faced with upgrading or replacing them.

Also, it's worth noting that Mavericks will not perform very well on less than 4gb of RAM.

Hi,
I am unable to download Photoshop 13. I have bought it and have an activation code but the download just isn't happening.
It starts to run, so I click 'Open/Run' when it appears on the bottom downloads bar, then nothing happens.
Even when I go in the downloads folder on my pc and select the download itself in there, nothing happens.
I have plenty of memory on my laptop as most of my stuff is on my external hardrive.
Norton antivirus keeps telling me it is safe so it isn't being blocked by an antivirus program.
I am really confused, please help.

TWAIN32 Driver - Unable to download it from Adobe site (Please help!)

I have just bought a canon MX885 printer and i am unable to scan directly into photoshop.
I have been guided to the adobe website as a source for the downloads. However the download does not start.
I have disabled connecting to CS Live for my CS5 package as it slows down my computer. Could this have anything to do with it?
Could anyone here please guide me to another link please. My magazine is due in a few days.

If you're unable to just click the above link and have the zip file download and open for you, you have system problems. I just verified that I could download and open this zip file no problem.
What OS do you have?
I'd start by checking whatever security software you have installed to see if the download of zip files is disabled somehow. It is not a given that security software must block what you really want to do!

Unable to download new songs from iTunes
I have iTunes 7.6.2 and when I plug in my iPod I get 'syncing' then 'its ok to disconnect' message and I'm unable to download new songs I just bought. I tried this on 2 computers and the same results. One is running XP Pro SP1 and one is running Vista SP1 and the same issue with both pc's.
Any suggestions?iOS 6 (which runs on the iPhone 5) requires iTunes 10.7, which requires OS X 10.6.8 or higher.

After Ios 8 upgrade I am unable to download new apps?
After the upgrade to iOs 8 I am unable to download new apps from the iOs App Store.
I have attempted to download the "Instapaper" App this mornig several times and have been unsuccessful.
I launch the App Store and find the Instapaper App, click on the +Free button, which then turns into the download button , I click on the download button and the spinning icon appears for a short period of time and then it reverts back to the +Free button. I have repeated this 10+ times and get the same results.Change App Store

just downloaded itunes when u try to open library keeps coming up itunes library itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of itunes,please help !!!

Not all content types are available in all countries, and unfortunately where you are you will only have apps, podcasts, iTunes U and free books - the full list of what is available where is shown on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3599 . As the terms of use of the stores state that you can only use your own country's store, you also can't get music or films from Apple from other country's stores.
Are there other music and/or film purchase download sites that you can use in the UAE ? For music you can also copy your own CDs and sync them to the iPad -

Upgrading to Snow Leopard
You can purchase Snow Leopard through the Apple Store: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard - Apple Store (U.S.). The price is $19.99 plus tax. You will be sent physical media by mail after placing your order.
After you install Snow Leopard you will have to download and install the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1 to update Snow Leopard to 10.6.8 and give you access to the App Store. Access to the App Store enables you to download Mavericks if your computer meets the requirements.

Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mavericks, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
You can purchase Lion at the Online Apple Store. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax. It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.

Bluetooth shuttted down after I updated to Mavericks, please help me !
I am 70 Years old and worked very happy with my iMac (21,5“ mid 2010, 3,2 GHz Intel Core 3)
until I updated him from SnowLeopard 10.6.8 to Mavericks 10.9.2.
2 Days all was OK. Next Morning-Start he needs (until now) 3 minutes to show me a SCREEN only milky white. After that he starts like ever with all ICONS in about 1 minute. (together 4 min.)
..But I must notice, that I cannot make anything, because the „BLUETOOTH APPLE WIRELESS KEYBOARD and the APPLE MAGIC MOUSE“ doesn't work anything like before.
I could nothing do, I must drop my APPLE only out.

I taked my Logitech-Bluetooth-Mouse from the WIN-Laptop, dropped it in USB from iMAC...and in one second I could work only with this MOUSE...I buyd the Logitech COMBO K520 and all was OK now with my lovely APPLE iMAC to work with him...But without APPLE KEYBOARD and MAGIC MOUSE...and with a 4 min. -START until now.

CS3 is too old to run on a new Macintosh laptop, sorry. You'll have to purchase CS6 or a Creative Cloud subscription.
