Unable to download the photoshop trial

hey, im just wondering whether or not to purchase photoshop for my art, and i wanted to try it out, but I seem to be unable to download it.
i get to this page https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/photoshop?promoid=IICUB but chrome does not being downloading anything, i have tried firefox as well.
i just get an external protocol request which doesnt do anything

  • I can't download the Photoshop Trial!!

    I just bought my computer few days ago, is a Macbook Pro and I want to download the Photoshop trial. Since yesterday, I'm trying and trying but when I download the Creative Cloud App (and I don't understand WHY I have to download this first...) is super mega slow, it takes super long for it do be even before the half! Then it freezes and I have to close it. Even the little window will not disappear after closing it so, I have to restart my computer -.-  But at the beginning the Error 201 was appearing but I can't find the answer to fix that.
    Please help me, like I don't want to ruin my new computer for just trying to download the trail. Don't know what's going on..

  • I downloaded the photoshop trial but i get a message that licencing expired

    I downloaded the photoshop trial yesterday and when I tried to start the program today I get a message box saying that the license expired.   A few months ago I trialed illustrator but had a hard time using the program so I wanted to try photoshop.  Can anyone help me get into the program.

  • Currently sharing a laptop, but won't let me download the Photoshop trial?

    I share a laptop with my family and have my own account on the laptop. I wanted to download the Photoshop CC trial to see whether it's hard to use - although, when I did go to download the trial it wouldn't let me and would only let me update the software. It's fustrating because there's no way which I can even use the trial now because I'm guessing one of my family members had already downloaded a trial which now prevents me from downloading it. Is there anything I could do? or should I just carry on using another software like Gimp.

    What operating system?  Does your user account have Admin rights?  If Windows, can you access the Control Panel > Programs and features and see if Photoshop is already installed?  Can you ask the other users if they have used Photoshop?

  • Like a recent enquirer, I am unable to download the free trial of Lightroom 5. The download/installation gets bogged down trying to connect to server.

    I am Windows 8. When downloading the free trial of LR5 i get a message that my SmartScreen cannot be accessed. I click "Run Anyways". The file downloads and when I execute it, the installation/download remains hung up trying to reach servers. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.

  • I downloaded Creative Cloud, but why can't I download the Photoshop trial?

    I downloaded Creative Cloud, but when I click to download Photoshop trial under the Apps, I'm getting the message "Unable to extract files.  Please Retry to download again or contact customer support (EX20)".
    Can anyone help?  Every time I click retry I just get the same failure message.

    What browser are you using?
    Do you have a software firewall?
    Are you running any anti-virus, or anti-malware software?
    What are your security settings?
    Note: Barry's question on OS might well handle some of those.

    Hi thanks for the help but when I tried using the mac link for Photoshop it gave me this error message when I clicked on it.

  • I have downloaded the Photoshop trial in CC when it gets to the updating stage it fails with error code 49

    It told me to retry or contact support - I have retried several times & it keeps coming back to error code (49)

    Generally, this error is caused by something running on the computer which may be locking files that are trying to be updated. First, try simply restarting the computer to close running applications and unlock all files. If that does not allow the update to complete, try disabling all applications which run in the background. Disable startup items, services | Windows or Start in Safe Boot mode | Mac OS X

    It keeps saying something isn't found but i've installed it all..

    Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, install again. Make sure to do this with sufficient user privileges and security stuff turned off.

    Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

  • I am now using a different MacBook Pro, and want to install my CC, I have done that and downloaded the Photoshop App but its a trial version. How do I get the full version of the apps?

    I had a new MacBook Pro that was damaged and I am now using a different MacBook pro as my primary computer (running yosemite 10.10.1).
    I did uninstall the Creative Cloud off the old MacBook before I stopped using it.
    I have downloaded the Creative Cloud and signed in using my adobe username and password, but when I went to download the Photoshop App it is only giving me the TRIAL VERSION.
    How do I make sure that the apps are the full version that I have already paid for? (I do know that my subscription is still current)
