Unable to download tv show
I am trying to download a tv show on my iPad from iTunes but it shows the episode as "grey" and unable to purchase.
In my experience, iTunes support has been terrible. All I get is some autoresponder telling me to try all the things I've already tried.
* Get newest iTunes
* Store > Check for purchases
* Restart iTunes/computer
The email responses are fast, but useless.

I have been trying to download Prison Break "The Message" and a couple of episodes of Heroes recently. When the file downloads and the file begins processing the file then begins downloading from the start again or comes up with an error message such as "network connection error" or the "file is corrupt" any ideas on how to resolve this? I have tried this using different connections. taken down the firewall. Can anyone help its driving me mad?
You can try reporting the problem to the iTunes Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of their web page. But they don't support using the US iTunes Store from outside of the US, so they may not respond. Worth a try, though; if it's a problem with the shows themselves, they may be able to help you sort it out.

I am having issues downloading tv shows since updating to iOS 7
Ever since I updated my iPad mini to the iOS 7 software I have been unable to download tv shows from the App Store. Sometimes it acts like it is going to download, but will not completely finish and then when I go to watch the show it freezes and I have to start all over again. Is anyone else having this issue? Or has anyone had this issue and had it resolved? Thanks.

I am unable to download apps because my iOs is not up to date. No update shows up in my General settings, how do I update my iPad?
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).
Tip 2 - If you are updating using wifi, locate your iPad close to your router so you don't get a wifi dropout (can cause update corruption).

I bought a Mac Book Pro retina display, Serial Number C02J*****2, on 8/11/2012. Unfortunately, I am unable to download updates from the App store.Whenever I tried to download updates, it shows me an error message, "we could not complete your request. there is an error in the App Store. Try again later (100). Your Apple ID has been disabled, contact iTune support". However,the problem still persists even after my password has been successfully reset. What is is the error in the app store? I really need help to resolve this issue.
Moreover,I also need help how to update to the mountain lion free of charge as my Mac pro is four(4) days old.

I am trying to download UCbrowser which is fine on my iPhone 5C but unable to download on my iPad2, It shows on cloud but I couldn't download, I tried to change date but still no go, It says "you've already purchased this so this will be downloaded now" but never downloads
Close the App Store app, reset your iPad and then try again.
To close the App Store, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
Im not able to download movies and music purchased from my iTunes on my iPad iOS 6.1. The download begings to show and once the dowload appears 100% done, I get a message "unable to download". please help
You have to have an internet connection, either wireless or through a computer with iTunes. When you choose Software Update you can only update to the latest version for your iPod Touch, iOS 6.1.6

Are you sure that your iPad is connected to WiFi? It may be using cellular data.
Go to Settings > WiFi and see if you are connected. -

At least if I'm losing my mind I'll have some company; I'm getting the same page as prom. Sun tries to tell me it's my browser settings, and I keep asking them how my settings can cause them to generate a page like that, then they tell me that as far as they're concerned, the issue is closed.

2 days back I purchased movie hunger games on my iPad 2 32g and I paid and got the reciept ,when I tried to tap to download it shows error sign and says 'delete pictures and videos ... To start I barely have much stored still I took my pictures and deleted some serials which I had purchased . Still it doesn't work .
iTunes shud pay and refund money o me or fix the problem . Last year it happened with movie ' Jane ayre which I purchased could never download .How much free space do you have on your iPad : Settings > General > About > Available ? If you've bought the HD version then (if I'm looking at the correct version of the film) it appears to be 5.2 gig that you will need, if it's SD then you will need 2.13 gig.

Like i said before, I used to be connected with firefox. I had problems with my local carrier-charter- one day and they did something and every since then, I am unable to download or use firefox. When I try it says "proxy server is refusing connections. Can you please help with this so I am able to use firefox. Thanks
In Firefox 3.6.4 and later the default connection settings have been changed to "Use the system proxy settings".
You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"

Unable to download file from FileDownload UI Element - Java Web Dynpro
Hello Experts,
I am facing a strange issue.Scenario is:
I created an java web Dynpro application (Please note that it is just a standalone WD app, not integrated in portal) with just one FileUpload UI Element ,one FileDownload UI element and one button (for triggering an action).
I browse a file (e.g. text,pdf,doc etc.) and click on button. It uploads the file and when I click on download, there are two cases:
1) Simply click on download does not downloads the file and shows error: "Unable to download <file name> from <server name>. Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." Though it is opening the file,showing the content.
2) I opened that portal URL in a new tab in same session and logged in with a portal user. Now if I click on download link of same WD app opened in different tab of same session, it downloads the file without any error.
I am using portal 7.0
Can somebody point what's going wrong with case 1?

I did not gave any authentication of WD app as it is anonymous app. There is no parameter set in application properties.
As I run the app, it is showing the initial screen with UI elemtns and till upload works fine,.It has to be an anonymous app, so cannot ask for credential from user.
