Unable to download video

I am unable to download videos. It seems to be touchy, sometimes I can download but most of the time I can't. I have the space for the videos anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? I have totally reset my iPad, I have unauthorized my laptop, and still I can't download. Apple support also seems extremely clueless.

Nope. The video is restricted. To provide you with any information about how to get around the restriction is copyright infringement.

  • Real player plugin won't work anymore? How do i fix it? Videos will only play when the plugin is turned off and i am unable to download videos?

the download video box does not come up anymore and the videos do not play?

Probably due to the RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin being blocked by Mozilla due to the huge number of crashes it has been causing over the last week and a half, or so.

  • Unable to download videos to external h.d. iMovie

The memory on my computer has maxed out mainly due to the videos in iMovie.
I transferred many of my videos onto an external hard drive. When I connect my camcorder to download the new videos to iMovie on the external hard drive it is directing me to the iMovie on my computer, not the external hard drive. Consequently I can't because the memory is maxed out. How do you direct iMovie to download videos onto the external hard drive?? Thanks for any help you can give me.

MTN has limited this function for downloading videos.
It is not a BlackBerry issue, please contact MTN.

  • Unable to download videos from the music store

    Hi, thanks for the help. I have been using itunes with an Ipod for several years, but recently upgraded to a 60G Video Ipod. I was trying to download a couple of videos from the store last week and recieved an error message. The message was;
"There was an error downloading your purchased music. The disk could not be read from or written to.
Use the Check for Purchased Music command in the advance menu to try later."
Any advice? I have been able to download music with no issues, its just the videos. When I sent an e-mail they blamed my Firewall, but I don't have one on my PC.
    Thanks
    Matt

I was having the same problem and got the exactly same responce from tech support, ( the tech support is a joke) Here is what I finally did to get mine to work, the probleml was with my company firewall,
    These steps worked for me:
    Go under EDIT
    Click on Preferences
    Click on Advance Tab
    Under Itunes Music Location,
Hit Change and write down the locaton incase the new locaton does not work for you.
Under temp hit the New Folder button
Delete the old location ( you might not need to do this )
    Type in new location
    I used the following: C:\TEMP\Itunes
Hit the ok and it will take a few minutes to move all your libary to new location
    Go back to Advance
Click on the Check for Purchased
This worked for me and I hope this helps you out
My personal opinion is that we pay big money for these IPODS and Apple cant even support us .....What a shame!!

  • TS5193 i am unable to download video from olympus e-pl3 usining imovies 10

when i try to download from the olympus camera to imovie 10 all it shows are empty clips and nothing downloads, any suggestions.

Hi, I am back and can see clearly.  I have not experienced the error box while moving the pointer.  I do have some examples for your review.  I will start with what happens when I start a session.  I click on IE and get the error box.  I click on red "X".  Comcast.net is my home page and the Tab is trying to take me there.  The symbol showing that it is running is turning but will not connect.  Next I click on the "X" on the address bar.  This stops the TAB. Now I click on the Refresh and I get my home page without any error box.
    Examples
    1.  The animalrescuesite.com
From e-mail.  I am helping to provide food for animals and it doesn't cost me.  If you are interested I encourage you to go to the site and sign up.  You will get an email each day and it takes less than thirty seconds to do.  When I open there is no error box.  When I click on "click here" I get the error box.  To close I click on the red "X". I then click on purple box "click here to give".  No more error boxes backing out of the site.
From address bar there is no error box on page 2.
    2.  bestwestern.com
From e-mail.  Same as example #1. no error box on page 1.  When I click on "book now" I get error box.  I click on red "X" and then no more error boxes while in the site.  I clicked on each tab.  Also no error boxes while backing out of site.
From address bar there is no error box on page 2.
    3.  Any e-mail with video link.
When I click on the link I get the error box. After I click on the red "X" the video starts.
I hope this helps.   Also I wanted to get your take on me uninstalling the fire fox and when.  I am ready to compose my e-mail to Adobe.  Do you want to see it before I send it.  You might offer an insight that I miss.

  • I am unable to download videos to my iPhone 4s,  I am running iOS 5.1.

Whenever I try to download a video I get a message "this item cannot be downloaded on this network. You must connect to a wifi network or download it to your computer." I am on a wifi network and the item is downloaded to iTunes. Help!

Go into settings - mail - account - and then look for the outgoing server - click in there and there should be a place for you to enter your password - just as you would when you first set up your email account.

  • Unable to download videos

I have tried unsuccessfully to download 1080p videos from my Panasonic HDC-HS900 to FCPx via several converters with the following stats:
Codex: Apple ProRes 422 HQ .mov, Size: 1920-1080  Bitrate: medium quality, Frame Rate: 29.97.
When I ht the convert button in FCPx I get the following message: "No importable Files - None of the selected files or folders can be imported.  Change the selection and try again."  Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.  Thought I'd try one other program before going back and finding the answers to your questions.  After doing more research I found Pavtube MTS/M@TS Converter for Mac to be specifically related to my problem.  I downloaded a 30 second MTS video from my Panasonic HDC-HS900 to this converter.  I used the following settings which all my research recommended:
VIDEO Apple ProRes 422 MOV, 1920-1080, bitrate medium quality, frame rate 29.97,
AUDIO Codex Linear-PCM, Sample Rate 44100, Bitrate 352800, Channels 5.1.
After the conversion I opened up Final Cut Prox and attempted to load the newly converted video.
Same old message:  "No importable Files - None of the selected files or folders can be imported.  Change the selection and try again."  This problem is driving me crazy.

  • FF Desktop-36.01-Unable To Download Videos or Screenshot using Addons

    Upgraded to 36.01 last night.
Tried using DownloadHelper for YouTube downloading and Awesome Screenshots for screenshots.
Plugins work, but once the process for downloading/saving to hard drive occurs nothing is downloaded/saved.
I have completed a FF Refresh and reloaded both plugins, same issue.
I have restarted the computer and issue remains.

Hi Funkyecat, would you mind starting a new question with your system information? Also, if JavaScript is truly disabled it will be reported to you on about half the sites on the web. Are you seeing it everywhere?
    To start a new question:
    https://support.mozilla.org/questions/new/desktop/websites
If the suggested articles are not useful, keep scrolling down to continue with the new question form.
Also just for the record, you can enable/disable JavaScript globally in Firefox using this approach:
    (1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
    (2) In the search box above the list, type or paste '''javas''' and pause while the list is filtered
    (3) If the '''javascript.enabled''' preference is bolded and user set to false, double-click it to toggle it back to true. If it was already true, the problem lies elsewhere.

  • Problems downloading video from camera

I am unable to download video of more than two minute duration from my Panasonic DMZ-FZ5. While photos download, video snippets ranging from 2 - 30 minutes stubbornly remain on the same memory card. I now have three memory cards (all reputable brands - Kingston) filled with video which will not transfer to iphoto 5 library. Any solutions?
    Thanks.

Connect the camera, turn it on, look for the icon on the desktop, open it, find the movie files, drag them to the desktop, open iPhoto go file -> import to library?
    Regards
    TD

  • Cannot download videos from YOUTUBE since you ugraded Firefox.

Since your recent upgrade to Firefox 5, I am unable to download Videos into RealPlayer through Firefox. I can with I.E. however I absolutely detest I.E.
How can I FIX this problem? I do NOT want to change my Browser...I love FireFox!

It notified me that it was not going to be compatible with Real Video so I skipped the update and somehow it ended up taking place anyway. Can we go back to the days when the Portable Version of Firefox wasn't automatically updatable? Nothing worse than getting a version forced on you that breaks compatibility. Why exactly do I need Firefox 5 anyway? I would much prefer an update that goes - "We have a new version. Go to our site to get it if you think you might want it" rather than one that comes down from one click of the mouse.

  • What would cause my computer to not be able to "all of a sudden" not be able to download videos?

I've always been able to download videos from You Tube, using it's You Tube Downloader HD. However, yesterday when I tried I would get an error saying I couldn't download the HQ version  and did I want to try the AVI normal version.. If I click on Yes, it said unable to download the AVI normal did I want to try the 240p version. When I click on yes it says unable to download video.
I updated the You Tube downloader, did two system restores and still not able to download any videos.
I've never had any problems before and haven't downloaded/installed any new software.
Does anyone have any suggestions on why this happened all of a sudden, or, where might I start looking to find a a solution?
    Any info appreciated.

You do not need to purchase anything.  TextEdit is already pre-installed on all Macs.

  • With latest version of Flashplayer - unable to download streaming video with realplayer

The latest version of Adobe flashplayer (11.5)  was loaded today (nov 9, 2012).  As a result, using either IE9 or Firefox, I was unable to download streaming videos using Realplayer, where it was set up by "Download the Video".  I had no trouble with Flashplayer 11.4, although I had the same problem with Flashplayer 11.3.

Good comments by Hicks. While I an not as anti-iMovie '08 as many others appear to be, I really agree with both his assessment of the product and some of his distribution ideas. However, rather than the simple 2-tier product recommendation he presented, I would personally like to see a renamed version of the current iMovie '08 product be distributed as a free application to users and keep all of the DV based editors as a part of the current 3-tier iLife (which can be purchased by users who wish more editing/plug-in compatibility at a moderate price but are not willing to invest the money or time to use of FCE), FCE "prosumer", and FCE/Studio true profession editing packages purchased according to individual user needs.
As we have seen in the past, innovations introduced by FCE frequently filter their way down to lower level software as enhancements over time. In addition, we have also seen a number of the new iMovie '08 developments being adapted to other applications as the means and processes are developed to do so. Frankly, I am curious to see where all these new innovations may lead given the opportunity for further development.
