Unable to email photos, have confirmed email. PS11

THe box with the email in it remains in the bottom corner & will not open up so that i can send it. will not open, will not close, must shut down computer to get out please help!

I can't tell you exactly how to fix this, but I had the same problem. I had it on PSE 11. My IT go-to guys could not fix it, so I figured it must be an Elements problem and installed PSE 12 without any change. Next I tried the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I didn't have much hope, but the technician worked on it and after some time fixed it. It requred installing Windows Live Mail, but don't know what all the technician had to do to figure it out. Unable to export photos attached to emails to iPhoto (Mountain Lion op.sys)

I am able to right click on photos in Mail and see the drop down menu thta includes "Export to iPhoto", but when I left click on that, nothing happens. the only siolution is to save the photo as a separate file and then import to iPhoto. I never had to do this before I upgraded to Mountian Lion (and the latest update to that whcih was released last week).

I thought the problem I have may be with iPhoto. However, I have just updated iPhoto '11 to version 9.4 and the problem persists.
I now have the latest software and updates in my MacBook Pro...and I still cannot export photos attached to emails directly to iPhoto..as I could do befroe I upgraded to Mountain Lion.

I have noticed other VZW customers posting that they have already received a shipment confirmation email several hours ago, I have not. Should I be concerned? I have already agreed to sell my current phone and my need to delay the transaction if I can no longer expect deliver by 9/19. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I wouldn't panic just yet. You may get a shipped email soon. Even those of us with shipped emails can see when tracking our package that a delivery request has been submitted by VZW meaning that technically we could expect delivery on Monday if FedEx was able to honor the overnight shipping being used but with the delivery request the packages will be delayed. I'd guess most whose packages are shipped won't actually receive them until Wednesday or Thursday. That's what usually happens during the preorder. I've always received mine before the "official" release day but only a day or two in advance.

Go into iPhoto's Accounts preference pane and delete the email account that's there. Now add it back and try again.
A more reliable method is to set Mail as the email Client for iPhoto in iPhoto's General preference pane. The Mail client is more reliable, gives you better access to your Contacts, gives you a sent copy and has photo themes similar to iPhoto's in its stationary section.

PSE8 crashes when I try to email photos using Adobe Email Service

The PSE8 Organizer crashes when I attempt to email photos. In the 2 months that I have owned this program it has crashed several other times, but the current problem with emailing photos always occurs at the same step in the process. I have read all the Help topics related to emailing from this program and it appears that my computer is set-up correctly. The email client is selected as Adobe Email Service. I have received a "verification code", although I have never gotten far enough into the process to enter it. I'm able to go through all the steps to create the email (selecting the photos, typing a message, and selecting recipients). A preview of the email briefly appears, but the program crashes before the hourglass goes away - so I never get to click on "send".
Is there a bug in the program? Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

and characters which I presume is the ingredients

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
Changing the rescue email address requires supplying two of the answers. They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Unable to access Photo Stream from email invite

I have been invited to a photo stream by a friend via an email to my Gmail account. When I click the 'Join this photo stream' link it takes me to a page telling me that I need OSX 10.8.2, iPhoto 9.4, be logged in to iCloud and press the 'Join this photo stream' link again. I have fulfilled all of this however it just keeps returning me to this page instead of allowing me to join the photo stream. Does anybody know how to solve this? Thanks.

When I want to send an email from a website, the link will not connect to my email program. It does from Safari and other people's Firefox. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it. It still doesn't work. HELP!

What email program or email site do you want Firefox to fire up to send the message?
In the Preference dialog, you might be able to select the program from a list. In some cases, you need to take extra steps to add it to the list.
Firefox > Preferences > Applications
In the search box above the list, type '''mailto''' and then pause to let the list filter down. Does the drop-down control on the right side let you choose your preferred email program?

The AppleID you are using to buy the book, must be tied to the location of the store where you are ordering the book from. Is your AppleID associated with an australian address? And are you placing the order at the Australian store? The Canadian store will not shiptoAustralia, see these policies: http://www.apple.com/internetservices/terms/sales_policies.html
Also set the "Region" in the language & Text preferences to "Australia", while you are ordering.

Are you on Win 7 and see the email window freeze? In such case, please follow the link.
Also in case you are not finding Windows Mail listed (in PSE preferences) as a client in PSE then it might be because Windows mail is not configured on your system. First you would need to configure it and then it would show up in PSE Organizer Preferences>Sharing.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you boot, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

I don't understand the ONE AT A TIME lament, as it's pretty easy to email more than one at a time. Have you tried to and been unable or didn't know that you could?
As for no one receiving, well .... first, review how you're trying to do it and, as a check, email some to yourself. That will be a good first check.
