Unable to enroll in iOS developer program

I am having troubles signing up for the iOS developer program:
I'm starting at the developer.apple.com site and hit "enroll now". It takes me through two more pages and then asks me to either sign in with my existing apple id or create a new one. I sign in with my existing one. It asks "individual or company" and I hit "individual". Next, it opens up the regular apple id sign-in screen, where I sign in and hit return. I end up at my "manage Apple id page", but without any instructions, so I'm unable to continue from there. I checked my apple id and found no problems, I have name and address, paying information and everything set up like I always had, but there is no indication as to what I'm supposed to do on this page, so I leave and try again, but I always end up at my manage page, instead of being able to enroll at the iOS dev program.
Am I being completely stupid here or is there a sudden technical problem on the Apple site?

I too am unable to purchase and register for the iOS developer program in Australia due to the fact that it defaults to United States and doesn't allow me to change it to Australia.  Has anyone figured out how to get past this yet?  Thanks.

    Hello there,
    I've been trying all day long to enroll the iOS developer program, but I keep getting the same error over and over again.
    I've double-checked my details multiple times, I've confirmed my email and everything they request, my Apple ID is also confirmed and active.
    Here's what happens:
    1) I get to step #3 of the enrollment process ("Review and Submit"). See screenshot:
    2) When I click on the CONTINUE button, I *always* get the following error:
    In short: I cannot get past from step #3 ("Review and Submit") into step #4 ("Agree to License"). I always get prompted the same error no matter what. I've been trying all day long.
    Any ideas?

    Apple just denied my enrollment for ios developer program. Apple denied my application because they could not verify my identity but still went ahead with charging my card. Apple did not even explain why they could not verify my identity so i could fix it

    Further to my earlier post, I have just read an entry noting that if you already own a domain name, and ask your hosting service to forward and mask your iWeb '08 created, web.mac.com site to your personal domain, chances are that due to the masking of the site on web.mac.com, Safari browsers interpret the masking as being the end of the site, and as such, just return a blank page?
    This may explain the problem. However, call me old fashioned, and possibly a little naive, but surely this cannot be the problem?? It's OK in Firefox!

    Yes you do. It is only $99.00 USD. You get a lot of milage out of your money with the Apple Developer Program. You have to agree to allow Apple to take 30% of your sales. That is a little when you consider that you are using Apple's advertising power and name to push your applications! They also will answer two code level questions for you.  I hope that helps.

    My credit card was charged for 99 dollars and at the bottom of the Invoice letter I've found the confirmation line:

    Please, tell me what I need to do for receiving my iOS developer program membership?

    Hi guys, I tried to enroll in the iPhone Developer program, but I got this message when trying to activate it via the link in my email.
    We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program membership because we are unable to successfully verify your identity. Please contact us and reference Enrollment ID# ******** for further assistance.
    Apparently according to the member centre "Your credit card and enrollment information do not match."
    This doesn't make much sense to me as the only difference is that my name on the credit card is all in caps, while my enrolment name isn't!
    Any ideas?

  • Not letting me sign in with Apple ID to set up iOS developer program

    I have an apple account and registered for the itunes connect member center, but when I try to do the iOS developer program add on it asks me to sign in and when I do, it just refreshes the page.  It doesn't say my password is incorrect (if I type in the wrong password it tells me), it just refreshes the page.  I can't get pass this screen..  Can anyone help with this issue?

    Instead of pressing the Sign In button at the login screen, I press the Register button. The next screen says I have already registered. I press the Continue button. At the next screen, I do not select the Programs and Add-ons menu bar option but instead select the Your Account option. Now at the Account Summary page. In the Apple ID Summary view press the Account Details button. Now at the My Apple ID screen, it says Sign in to Manage your Apple ID, and I am presented with the login dialog AGAIN! Enter password and sign in and voila! the ugliest and least useful page you have laid eyes on in 25 years!
    Apple - I need to be able to login - and then to get my "Enrollment Pending" issue resolved - so I can move forward in my app submission.

    iOS Developer Program is only for those who wish to develop iDevice apps. Mac program is for those only developing Mac applications. If you wish to do both, then you need to enroll in both programs.

    I purchased the iOS Developer program on Saturday, and it's now Monday, yet I still have not received the activation code. I've checked the order status and it is marked "Electronically delivered", but it has not. I've emailed them twice now, and no response whatsoever. I understand they may be backed up from the recent security breach, but it'd be nice to know before hand if that it would take this long.
