Unable to Expand Drive
Hello,
I am trying to extend a partition on a server. The space is unallocated. To be clear this is a virtual machine on a VMWare ESXi box. I have verified that the server has more than enough storage space as I'm only increasing the drive by 10 GB and there are
333 GB available. I do not believe this is an issue with VMWare as much as it is with the VMs OS. I was able to expand a different VMs system drive on the same ESXi box. The OS version is Server 2003 Standard SP2. When I try the diskpart utility I get a 'disk
cannot be expanded' error.

System drive expansion in Windows 2003 server is not allowed with diskpart. You need to use some third party tool.

But I have a problem
1. I can expand the child links in tree structure when I comment the exporting parameter CALLBACK_USER_COMMAND in the function Module 'RS_TREE_LIST_DISPLAY'.
2 But when i uncomment the exporting parameter I am unable to expand the child links in output.
Please let me know if i have missed something in the code.

My MacBook Pro stated that it needed to be updated. I clicked yes to restart the computer and update but when it restarted it stays on the gray screen with the apple logo and then pops up, stating "unable to find driver for this platform." What do I do?
Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at the startup chime. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
Note: You need an always-on Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection to the Internet to use Recovery. It won’t work with USB or PPPoE modems, or with networks that require any kind of authentication other than a WPA or WPA2 Personal password.
When the Mac OS X Utilities screen appears, follow the prompts to reinstall the Mac OS. You don't need to erase the boot volume, and you won't need your backup unless something goes wrong. Hi All.
I get this error message when I try to get a connection to my Database:
oracle,jdeveloper.cm.CMException:unable to find driver:oracle.lite.poljdbc.POLJ...!
I installed BPEL PM (where JDeveloper is included).
Yesterday the Connection i made works fine, but today i get this error when I try to connect (open a SQL Worksheet) the same connection:
Has anyone an Idea what is happen because I am shure I doesn't change sth. in my configuration since yesterday.
It would be nice if sb. could give me a hint

I also need your suggestion please. I have inserted some BLOB data in the Oracle table. I will need to display the BLOB data to the end users. I plan to convert this BLOB data into string format so that my applet can display the same. Further the string will have to be edited by the end users. I will then convert this modified string back to byte array so that I can insert the same as BLOB.
Please let me know applet or the servlet? Which is better option.
Users are reluctant to use any kind of WebServer because it will introduce the additional layer of complexity.

It seems that Your IDE doesn't check the path to Your classesxxx.zip file.
Or Your classesxxx.zip file is corrupt.
We had this error after downloading the classes12.zip for Oracle versions
higher 8.1.6.
The original size of this file is 1.888kB.
Remember Windows FTP is downloading in ascii mode per default.
Or Your classpath isn't correct

HELP MY MAC IS BROKE AND WONT START (unable to find driver ACPI)
Someone please help. I was reinstalling a printer driver and my power cut off while it was installing. now the computer wont start and i get this message below... I read to use the install dvd but my CD drive is broke and wont take cds. I did manage to hook it up to my dads computer with target disk mode so i can access files. his computer is a windows though. i do have a copy of the Leopard install cd saved as a DMG on his computer and a 8gb flash to boot it but i cant format the flash drive to be mac extended journaled GUID from his computer.IS there a program to do this???I dont know what needs to be fixed or where i can get this acpi driver? can anyone help because i dont have any money to get this fix and i need my mac for college which im starting soon.

Someone please help!!!!I know this isn't what you really want to hear but I'd recommend taking it in to an authorized repair location or your local Apple Store to get the Superdrive repaired or replaced so you can do an install? I don't believe you will be able load from your Dad's Window's machine. However you might be able to from an external DVD drive.
Also I might recommend getting a UPS so if you have similar issues you will have enough power to do a proper shutdown.

Unable to expand tree in safari 5.1.7 for windows

I am using Safari v5.1.7 in Windows OS. There is a left navigational panel with tree structure in web content page. When I open web content in safari 5.1.7, I am unable to expand the tree. This happening with the pages which are carrying huge data. For the normal pages, I could able to expand the children of the tree.

Unable to Expand nodes under Migrated Content.

We have recently installed EP 7.0 and we have uploaded the Business Packages Specific to CRM 5.0.But under Migrated Content--> EP 5.0 I'm not able to drill down further.I'm able to see the Folders like Iviews, Pages,Roles etc..But I'm unable to expand these folders further.Like if I want to see all the roles present in the roles Folder i'm not able to do so.But the roles are present and I can see them if I search them in Identity management.
Can someone help me on this.

Unable to expand drop down by index UI element
Hi,
I have got one Drop down by index in my webdynpro form and I want to bind this to backend data. For this purpose, I created one adaptive rfc model and also did all this model binding, context mapping etc.
Now my context in view looks like this :- GetDropDown_Mn (parent node) , this has got child Output_DropDown which again has two value attributes Name and Text.
This is component controller code where you bind and invalidate

The readonly property of UI element is false. I have hard coded one value like " Please select from drop down list " and I want the backend values to come below this. For this, I have written code to append the backend values with the hardcoded value. Now the problem is my dropdown is blocked and not able to expand ( unable to click the arrow button), and I cannot see the other values in dropdown except the hard coded value.
Can someone please help me on this.
The cardinality of context node is 1..n, selection = 0..1 and I have set Leadselection = -1.

You can use the below code to add the please select in ur drop down in wdInit() method
wdContext.nodeVn_Node().currentVn_NodeElement().setVa_Attribute("-Please Select-");
please use the name of node as u have created in the context.
and after that please check if yoy are getting values from RFC call or not.
if you are getting the values then try to change the selection property of that node to 1..n and comment the lead selection line that you have written.

I now want to create an admin user that has restricted capabilities, one of which will be to view objects, such as tables etc..
(I will ultimately do this via a role to allow multiple users to have the admin capabilities, but for now have just created an admin_user userid).
However, when I connect to the database using this admin_user userid, I am unable to expand any object node.
I have played with different permissions, granting 'select any dictionary', 'select_catalog_role', 'select on dba_tables' but the user still can not view any objects via the appropriate node. eg. attempting to go to Other Users - username - Tables just shows nothing. (There are no filters).
However the admin_user can run a SQL command to view the tables. eg. Select * from dba_tables, will list all tables for all users within the database. So they DO appear to have the appropriate access.
So why can't they see the tables in the tables node?
Is there some piece of configuration within SQL Developer itself that I have overlooked?

Unable to expand permanent memory Error
Hi everyone,
When running the MIDlet I'm coding I get a java.lang.OutOfMemoryError with the fellowing message: "Unable to expand permanent memory".
I tried to raise the heap size of the WTK emulator but no change. And what is more annoying is that the debugger won't step into the offending method.
Do you have an idea on how to solve this problem.

The offending method is initializing some arrays and populating them.

i've just installed sqldeveloper 1.2.1-32.13 on mac os x 10.4.11.
it's the first install for me, first install on this machine.
when connected to a database, in the left column of the main window i'm unable to expand virtually all of those nodes (tables, views, ...):
click on the triangle next to "tables", it opens a dialog "loading tables..." which then instantly disappears. no tables are being listed, and the triangle i just clicked on also diappears. no more clicking on that node possible. same is for views, indexes, ...
the db connection appears to be fine, since i can type a sql select command (on the right) and get a valid result.
i have the J2SE 5.0 set as primary java application runtime version. i have 1.5.0_07 which appears to be the latest release for os x (?).
any idea what's wrong?

Kernel Panic: Unable to find driver for this platform
So, my 1 GM RM, 1.5 GHz Powerbook G4 (15 inches) has been behaving wonderfully lately. Until, this morning, it locked up -- as it sometimes does -- after inserting a 3rd party SATA card and waking it from sleep.
This is normally not a problem. A reboot gets things back on track. Not today. The reboot stayed on the grey screen with the white apple logo. I tried booting off of a Disk Warrior CD and an OS X 10.4 install DVD. I go this kernel panic:
Unable to find driver for this platform: "PowerBook5,6".
But...and here's the best part...if I boot into target disk mode and hook the computer up to another similar Powerbook we have, the similar PowerBook boots fine using my drive.
So, it seems to be a hardware problem with my PowerBook. Any ideas on how I narrow it down?
