Unable to export a table

Hi,
I am trying to export a table using Datapump export utility but the operation is failing. Firstly, this is the table I am trying to export:
SQL> select owner, table_name from dba_tables where table_name='DEMO1';

I have searched for the error ORA-39166 but most of the results talk about either missing table or lack of privileges. I don't think either is the cause of the problem here. Any help is appreciated.

I think that with such a new release you should use DataPump (expdp/impdb) to
export Tables.
For exporting a complete Schema you may use the following syntax:
expdp {color:red}+user+{color}/{color:red}+password+{color} PARFILE=pfexport.txt_With pfexport.txt as bellow:_

Unable to export empty tables

I use this command:
exp userid=clix_db file=clix.dmp log=dump.log consistent=y
to export all tables from user "clix_db".
But when I take a look into the log file, I notice that not all tables have been exported. All empty tables are missed.
e.g. the table "LIC_REPORTLOG" does exists! OK, the table is empty.
But it is not exported. When I import the clix.dmp into another empty database, there is no table "LIC_REPORTLOG"
When I export only this table with
exp userid=clix_db file=clix_lic.dmp log=dump_lic.log consistent=y tables=LIC_REPORTLOG
I get an error message:
EXP-00011: CLIX_DB.LIC_REPORTLOG does not exist
If I take a look into the table "all_tables", everything is fine:
Enter user-name: clix_db
Enter password:
Connected to: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - Production

Am exporting html table containing images data into pdf and after exporting images are not displaying in pdf document.

Unable to export

Hi,
My client version is of Oracle 8.1.7 and the Server is of 8.1.6. However I'm unable to export the data in the server from my client. I have to go to the server to do it.
Every time I try exporting a table frommy client machine,I encounter
EXP-00008: ORACLE error 904 encountered
ORA-00904:invalid column name
The export command that I used is from the command prompt of windows
exp username/password@host file=exp.dmp log=exp.log

Unable to include VARI table in "Tables Excluded from REORG" No Edit options

I am trying to remove the table VARI from the automatic reorg in the dbacockpit.

Automatic reorg of the tables/indexes is done on the basis of result provided by script REORGCHK which runs on regular basis to analyse the table with huge growth and more fragmented blocks.
Since the default filter for reorg is set to size' 1,000,000 KB', table which has bigger size than the default value, needs to be reorganized as per the standard configuration.
To exclude table VARI, modify the filter clause, and update the policy using procedure Automaint_set_policyfile(). You then can verify again using automaint_get_policyfile(). The procedures are documented in the IBM DB2 InfoCentre. If you need assistance, please let me know.
I suggest to take the exported policy, and just add table VARI in the filter clause. The section could read as follows.

<FilterClause>TABSCHEMA NOT LIKE 'SYS%' AND (TABSCHEMA, TABNAME) NOT IN
(SELECT TABSCHEMA, TABNAME FROM SYSCAT.EVENTTABLES) AND (TABNAME <>

COMMENTS in DataManger unable to Export

I have issue ,I am unable to export the COMMENTS dta using the DM.I am looking to update the existing commnets based on some corporate chart of account changes.I need to export COMMENTS from an application,made modifications and then re-import these comments into the applications by overwriting the existing comments in the application.How to update more edective and efficient way to update COMMENTS? Hi,
Not sure if I understand well... but if you have now all your new comments on an excel spreadsheet, I would advise you to first backup your "Comment<yourapplication>" table to "BK_Comment<yourapplication>" table in SQL (in order not to loose previous comments), then truncate your initial "Comment<yourapplication>" table, and then reimport your excel sheet in the empty "Comment<yourapplication>" table, using the standard import tool provided in SQL Management studio.

Your DBA should export the EUL owner schema using the database command exp. This will export all the EUL tables and will enable you restore the tables if the upgrade fails.

XML export "unable to export the data."

Strictly speaking I am just using the GUI, not trying to do this programmatically. But this is related to a development project & I figure the dev forum will have better insight.
Attempting to do a simple export of a plain table from Access. right-click table>export>XML>"OK">checkdata only>"OK"
...unable to export the data.
A very unhelpful error message with zero indication of the reason or how to correct it. This is a single, simple table. Exporting other formats is fine.
What should I even be looking for as a cause for this? How hard is it to dump a table into XML with tags for <record> or <row> and tags for the column names?

What you call a simple export Access may not. What are the data types of the fields in this table? Can you post a copy of your table, with only some test data, to a public place like a free OneDrive account?
Surely I agree you should be afforded a better error message regardless.

Using a variable not in the Export,Import, table Parameters in USER EXIT

During the Invoice Creation, I need to add an entry in the VBFS table, so that it will be displayed in the system log. In the FM 'RV_INVOICE_CREATE', the structure corresponding to it is XVBFS. There is a user-exit CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION '002', in this FM 'RV_INVOICE_CREATE'. But the import, export or Table Parameters does not have XVBFS.
How can I use XVBFS inside the User exit?..

Error while exporting a table - EXP-00091

I am doing an export of a table. The table has 1000838 rows. After the export is completed,
when I checked the log - it said

I looked in the Oracle error messages document and found this out ---
EXP-00091 Exporting questionable statistics
Cause: Export was able to export statistics, but the statistics may not be useable. The statistics are questionable because one or more of the following happened during export: a row error occurred, client character set or NCHARSET does not match with the server, a query clause was specified on export, only certain partitions or subpartitions were exported, or a fatal error occurred while processing a table.
Action: To export non-questionable statistics, change the client character set or NCHARSET to match the server, export with no query clause, or export complete tables. If desired, import parameters can be supplied so that only non-questionable statistics will be imported, and all questionable statistics will be recalculated.
And this how my export command looks like -

Ofcourse, I am using the query clause because I really need to and it has always worked when we were in the Oracle 8i environment. We recently moved to the 9i. And this happens in this 9i version...
And I certainly do not want to specify the import parameters to ignore the questionable statistics as no changes are desired in that area...(my hands are tied..).
What could " a fatal error occurred while processing a table " mean? And how can this be traced and troubleshooted ? Or how can I find out if any row errors occurred ? And if required, how do I check the character sets and other likes ?? (I have no idea in this area)

What version of Oracle 9i are you using? Do you have a standard 'NLS_LANG' environment variable set on client's machines? Or do you set it to different values on different machines?
Here is one of way you could get around it.
Could you specify the export parameter 'STATISTICS=NONE' while exporting the table data?
Try this and see.
If this is successful, you could use the import utility as usual. You could always compute or estimate statistics on the table after import.

BI 7 : Command to export a table structure of SAP R/3 into a script/text ?

Greetings.
Am New to SAP R/3 system. And request help.
We are trying to pull data from SAP R/3 thro Bussiness Objects Data Services into Oracle.
For now : we create a target oracle table looking at the table structure of SAP R/3 from SE 11.
In BODS, We then do the query transformation, and use the oracle target table created by us manually.
This works absolutely fine.
We would like to know the command by which we could export the table structure of any existing table
in SAP R/3 into a script / or to text file,
which we could use to create the same table structure in oracle.
Rather than manually typing some 200 field names for each tables.
Can anyone advise on this.

The problem is caused due to the spaces in your directories
C:\SAP Dumps\Core Release SR1 Export_CD1_51019634/DB/ADA/DBSIZE.XML
Replace the spaces with underscores and restart the installation from from scratch.

5、Where the access crashed I used the ODBC trace to get the trace log of the ODBC API.
The ODBC API called by Access before it crashed are the follows.
I also ansysised the log,and I did not find any Abnormal.

6、I also did the test with the Access 2010,and with the Sql Srever/Oracle.
The results are the follows.
1) With the Access 2010(X86 or X64) and Access 2013 X86,it successes when I export the table to the DB Symfoware.But only with the Access 2013 X64,the Access crashed.
2)With the Access 2010(X86 or X64) and Access 2013(X86 or X64),using the Sql Srever/Oracle,it always successes .
According to all the descrived above, I wonder if it a bug of the Access2013 .
Could anyone can help me ?

I have already install
the latest patches of the Office 2013.But it doesn't work.It is down also too. And ODBC
drive of Database Symfoware is the newest driver of the Database Symfoware. Now I wonder that
if it si a bug of the ODBC
drive of Database Symfoware,I should fix the bug,but I have analysised the odbc trace log and I do not find any wrongs ,so I think maybe it is a bug of the Access .
I have see many situations about the Access down on the internet .

R3trans not exporting all tables

I am creating a control file to export SXNODES table

delete * from 'SXNODES'
select * from 'SXNODES'
When I export, using R3trans, I get 0 entries exported. I used to be able to export this table until we upgraded to ENHP4

Hi Prashant,
The error clearly says 'FAGLFLEXA-MANDT - is not a key field'
RCLNT is the key field for client for FAGLFLEXA table.
Also, as you already mentioned client=200 in the control file, there's no need to give a where clause for client.
select * from FALGLFLEXA will do.
