Audition update fails, unable to extract downlaod files. (U44M1I210)

When I try to update Audition, I get the following error message: "Update Failed Unable to extract the downloaded files. Press Retry to download again (U44M1I210)"
This is on a PC, Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit. I have other CC application installed and they update with no problem (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge).
I tried updating again, several times, always got the same error. I uninstalled Audition and tried to install it again, but ended up with the same error.

The recent Photoshop CC update download, downloaded satisfactorily (50% of progress bar) but then I get a message saying "unable to extract the downloaded file). Error message U44M11210.

I just joined the cloud and was able to install the apps except for Illustrator, where I got the error message "unable to extract the downloaded file" (U44M1I210)

Try using the Adobe Clean tool to uninstall the software if you need to. Then reinstall

Unable to open RAW files after reinstalling Photoshop CS4

I recently did a system recovery to my computer due to downgrading to Windows 7; however, after I installed Design Premium back to my PC, I am not able to open RAW files in Photoshop. It prompted "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document." I tried to check for Photoshop updates but no updates are available. I tried re-installing Design Premium but the issue still persists.
My system configuration is as follows:
Windows 7 Professional x64 (Yet to install Service Pack 1, but I don't think that really matters)
Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium (Photoshop Version 11.0)
Canon EOS 50D (Firmware Version 1.08)
Anyone may have a clue on how to fix that? Thanks a lot!

When you reinstalled CS4, you went back to the original release.
Now you must apply all the updates to Photoshop and to Adobe Camera Raw manually.
You cannot rely on the Adobe auto updater to tell you that you are up to date. That updater was broken for years and years, and that was and is certainly the case with CS4.
Adobe didn't get their updater act together until CS6.
You also have to update the ACR plug-in manually.

Unable to extract ADBESTAMCS4_LS1 file

I used to have Windows Vista Profesional SP2 and I did a clean upgrade to Windows 7 (32-bits), now I need to reinstall my Creative Suite CS4, but when I come to extract the ADBESTAMCS4_LS1 file, I get an error message and it suggests that I download the file again, which I did and nothing changed.
What should I do?

You're running out of disk space most likely. Pick a different location for the extraction and check your temporary disc space as explained here:

Unable to extract SAR file

Hi all,
I was executing the command in dos sapcar -xvf librfc_72-20000252.SAR when i try to unzip the SAR file "I get an error saying SAPCAR' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Could any one suggest me a solution,I tried twice download the patch and
tried to unzuip it but no success yet.

Most probably, the path to the kernel is not set. Either you can set it or as suggested by others, copy the sapcar.exe (if it is windows) to the folder where you have kept your files to be uncarred and execute the following:
For Windows:
sapcar.exe -xvf <file anme>.sar
How to set the path (windows):
My Computer(right click)->Properties->Advance Tab->Environment Variables
Under system variables pane, define/modify Path variable. Variable value shoud be:
/usr/sap/sid/sys/exe/run
Click OK

When I try to do a CC update I get an U44M1I210 error message, "Update failed - Unable to extract the downloaded files. Press retry to download again. (U44M1I210)" - help please - re-downloading makes no difference, applies to latest Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop CC, others seemed to update without problems. I can see the disk image files in AAMUpdater folder but they will not open and come up with "couldn't be opened - resource busy" message.

Yes Jeff, I did all those several times to no avail.
I've included a small error snippet from two installs here. In Creative Cloud when updating the Apps, all 3 get to 50%, then the failure occurs. Retrying starts at 50% and fails the same way each time.
This first one is a segment from the Indesign updater - I have always had the all hard drive folders with read and write privileges allowed and I checked again, this is still the case so I do not know why this particular error message is arising. The second snippet if from the Illustrator update.

I am running Photoshop CC 2014 on iMac OS X and have recently had to reinstall the OS following upgrade to an SSD. I cannot update Photoshop as it says it is unable to extract the downloaded files (U44M1/2010). Should I reinstall Photoshop and Bridge from scratch or is there an easier way?@@ !

Sounds like you transferred programs from another drive? This isn't a very good way to do it. Yes, re-install the Adobe apps.

Attempting to update Bridge CC and Photoshop CC 2014 from the Creative Cloud program generates error "Unable to extract the downloaded files. Press Retry to download again.(U44M1I210). I am running Windows 7. Previous traffic on this topic has not helped my situation.

Please clean AAM cache By deleting following folder contents:
For Mac:
· /Volumes/%Volume Name%/Users/%Username%/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/1.0
For Win:
· C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0
Then try running Updates.
