Unable to finalize viewing of agreement on iPhone 4s to get to apps! Get to finalize page 53 and button for Next is grayed out. Help!
I set up my Apple ID..I can see it and sign in. When I try to download an app, it asks me to verify that I read the Terms. I go page by page (even tried just downloading to my email) and get to page 53 of 53 then NO OPTION TO CONTINUE! I have tried several times. Help!
Yes! I definitely need that extra info because I don't know what each steps do. Alright, as first i restarted my router and modem as well as Resetting all settings and network too. Then, i tried connecting to my home wifi and after a few seconds, the login page pop out again which disables my wifi. So i try changing my SSID by adding just an alphabet and then changing my wireless channel to 1 ( it was auto earlier ) . I tried connecting to my wifi. It connects, and I am still waiting for it to drop while typing this reply. It still stays connected and hopefully it will continue to connect without problems anymore. If the problem is solved, will changing my SSID back to the previous one bring back the problem? If the problem is still there after an hour, what more should I do? Thanks fromsouth. I can't view my photos on my TV using AppleTV. This is because when I get to the iCloud Photo Settings page and turn on My Photo Stream,there seems nowhere else to go to look at my photos. I guess there is a simple answer! Can anyone help.....please

Congratulations on your new MacBook Pro. You'll love it.
In terms of your PowerBook G4, apparently your Hard Disk Drive has failed completely and I am not sure what else it wrong.
First, try this:
• Shut down the computer.
• Locate the following keys: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously later.
• Turn on the computer.
• Press and hold the Command + Option + P + R keys immediately after the startup chime.
• Hold keys down until you hear the startup chime for the third time.
• Release the keys and immediately hold down Shift key to start up in Safe Mode.
• Log in and empty Trash.
• Restart normally and log in.
If that does not work try Repair Disk
Insert Installer disk and Restart, holding down the "C" key until grey Apple appears.
Go to Installer menu (Panther and earlier) or Utilities menu (Tiger) and launch Disk Utility.
Select your HDD (manufacturer ID) in the left panel.
Select First Aid in the Main panel.
(Check S.M.A.R.T Status of HDD at the bottom of right panel, and report if it says anything but Verified)
Click Repair Disk on the bottom right.
If DU reports disk does not need repairs quit DU and restart.
If DU reports errors Repair again and again until DU reports disk is repaired.
If DU reports errors it cannot repair you will need to use a utility like Tech Tool Pro or Disk Warrior
If still no dice, try the procedure outlined in the article Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck.

Yes. Air runs OS X, iPad and iPhone run iOS - different operating systems
that required different versions of Pages, Numbers, & Keynote to run. Like
the iOS version, once you purchase the version for your Air, you may install
it on as many OS X desktops/laptops that you own. -

No it is not. iPhones, like all cell phones are not locked to countries. They are locked to carriers.
Only the carrier to whom the device is locked can unlock it. Contact the carrier. -

The standard Apple warranty is 1 year. I believe you can purchase AppleCare+, which extends the warranty to two years from the date of purchase. This extended warranty needs to be purchased within 30 days of the purchase date for the phone.
If you have the extended warranty, you may be able to get a replacement phone at no cost. You will need to make an appointment at an Apple Store Genuis Bar and have them take a look at the phone.
If you did not purchase the additional warranty coverage, you should be able to purchase an Out-of-Warranty replacement, which is $199 for the iPhone 4S.

My iphone 5 is no longer charging with a new apple cord and lint has been cleared. Please help. It just started happening this week and I have tried everything. Is this a software / driver problem? We all know the battery doesn't last a full day if you "use" your phone like a normal person. I am very frustrated! My daughters iphone 5 started doing this a few days later than mine as well.
Not much help I'm afraid but I use my iPhone 5 like a 'normal' person and it's battery almost all day. Perhaps there's a hardware fault somewhere? Have you tried the usual reset and restore?

I can't do anything with it and I don't have the serial number as it was as is when I got it. It will slide to unlock but that's it. It goes strait to mergecy calls and that's it. The seller said it was locked in. Itunes or something. Idk really aggrevated with it.
Restore the device using iTunes.
And you can find the serial number if you read the articel you linked from.

My wife and I have separate AppleID accounts. Ever since she updated to the iPhone 5c, for some reason when she tries to update her apps, it comes up with my AppleID and asks for my password. I cannot figure out why this happening and how to fix this. Please help!
I have had this issue lately.
I can only put it down to using the one computer to update all our IPads for me and my wife.
Some of our apps, although downloaded from both our seperate accounts on our IPads, are the same.
However after plugging her IPad into the computer when my AppleID is on ITunes, I think something strange has happened and when she then tries to update Apps on her IPad and I try on mine it now asks for the others Apple ID password.
The only way I have found to counteract this is to update an app one at a time, if that app asks for your wifes password then delete it and then reinstall it.
That has solved it for me.

HT4528 getting popup need to review new terms and conditions for icloud on the iPhone 5s
Getting a pop up when Iphone is activated that there are new icloud terms and conditions usually happens back to back and if on for a few minutes it pops back up. Gives options to view terms or not now. IF view now is selected it takes me to icloud settings but no way to view terms. Need to figure out what is happening and how to clear from phone. I updated to iOS7 this afternoon, before doing so I backed everything up and cleared off a bunch of photo's so I had space. Everything had been working fine.
A few months ago I'd updated my apple ID to my new email address and it had worked fine. Now, my old email is my Apple ID and it won't let me rest it (my DOB is apparently wrong and there is no email address it's now connected to). My iTunes is connected to the correct account but the iCloud ID is still the wrong one.
I've tried the 'find my friends' app and it gave me new T&C's but still, the old apple ID
I've tried the restrictions, but that didn't work either
I can't restore the phone until 'find my iPhone' is off, but I can't log in to do that
IT'S LIKE A TERRIBLE CYCLE OF STUPIDNESS
Can anyone suggest anything before I thrrow this stupid phone at the wall?? -
I recently upgraded from iphone 3gs to iphone 4s. Backups go fine, the device can be seen in Windows 7 and Itunes. Apps transfererred fine from old to new phone, however, Apps will not upgrade either over WiFi or by cable. I tunes diagnostics says "URL not found".
Anyone any ideas please?
