Unable to find AP transaction journals in GL

Hello,
I have a situation where AP transactions (invoices/payments) are accounted for in AP and appear in the Posted Invoice/Payment Register, however we are unable to locate them in GL (Period-May). This happened right after month end close (May) and it is not clear whether these transactions were accounted for before or after the month was closed in AP. Now June is still not open in GL and we are unable to find the journal entries in GL May. Could someone explain what may have happened here?

Transactions "unable to find channel"

Hello,
I have made two test channels on my server - but doing a "rug channels" on
my clients gives a "No channels available" message (and performing a
transaction fails, giving an "unable to find channel" message).
I followed instructions in the ZLM Admin docs while setting up, the clients
both work fine with red-carpet.ximian.com, I was able to add the service
for my local ZLM server fine, and they both activated fine with a test
activation key I made, but for some reason they can't see any channels on
this server.
I'm at a bit of a loss troubleshooting the problem - can't figure out what
I might have missed! Any suggestions? (I'm using ZW6.5 on SLES8-SP3, with 2
clients: SLES9 and SuSE-Pro-9.1).

Unable to find transaction to remove

Hello,
I'm having a problem when passing through a project workflow in BCC. Everything seems to finish the right way, the project is actually approved and the changes are persisted, but when I look at the logs, the following error occurs:

It does not seem to have an impact on the application, and it began to happen on the 10.2 version of ATG.
Anyone have an idea of what could be happening and how to fix it?

We are also seeing the same problem.
Version : Sun One 5.2 Patch3 , on solaris 8
Configuration : 1 supplier , 1 consumer
The problem is happening on the consumer. It is creating tens of log files in couple of minutes. Each log file is 10 MB , therefore the file system is filled up pretty quickly.
This problem started happening rather suddenly.
the circular logging parameter was set to ON but to no use.
Any input is appreciated.

Unable to find an Output Post Processor service to post-process request

Hi experts,
Users complaining that they could not able to generate the PDF.
User Complaint:
The program does not generate the PDF. The program just generates the XML output. The logfile shows that “Unable to find an Output Post Processor service to post-process request 25852905.”
EBS: 12.1.2
OS: RHEL 5.5
DB: 11.1.0.7.0
Steps that we tried:
1. Increased the OPP process to 16
2. Increased Concurrent:OPP Response Timeout to 750
3. There is no issue in manager log file.
4. Concurrent Requests Fail Due to Output Post Processing (OPP) Timeout (Doc ID 352518.1)
5. Restarted CM. Ran CMclean.
6. Re: Output Post Processor
7.Unable to View pdf Output File Created by XML Publisher
But we dont find any solutions over the above.

Unable to find security data for sender

Hello, does anybody know what this message means. The problem appear when I send an Idoc to XI. Other interfaces (Master data) are working properly. My question is, do I need to make some extra settings for the transactional data interfaces (SHPMNT)?

HELP MY MAC IS BROKE AND WONT START (unable to find driver ACPI)

Someone please help. I was reinstalling a printer driver and my power cut off while it was installing. now the computer wont start and i get this message below... I read to use the install dvd but my CD drive is broke and wont take cds. I did manage to hook it up to my dads computer with target disk mode so i can access files. his computer is a windows though. i do have a copy of the Leopard install cd saved as a DMG on his computer and a 8gb flash to boot it but i cant format the flash drive to be mac extended journaled GUID from his computer.IS there a program to do this???I dont know what needs to be fixed or where i can get this acpi driver? can anyone help because i dont have any money to get this fix and i need my mac for college which im starting soon.

I know this isn't what you really want to hear but I'd recommend taking it in to an authorized repair location or your local Apple Store to get the Superdrive repaired or replaced so you can do an install? I don't believe you will be able load from your Dad's Window's machine. However you might be able to from an external DVD drive.
Also I might recommend getting a UPS so if you have similar issues you will have enough power to do a proper shutdown.

Hi,
IT usually means that you are uploading a transactional data with some entries which are not maintained in master characteristics objects.
System tries to check the sid's which are not there due to unavailability of that master data entry and hence gives the error.
Make it a habbit to upload master first and then transaction data .That should help.

I have a very simple composite applicationexposing a web service. When I deploy the application I get:
There was an error deploying the composite on soa_server1: Deployment Failed: Unable to find a WSDL that has a definition for service {http://soa/sf/login}bpelprocess1_client_ep and port loginPort_pt. Please make sure that the port attribute for the binding defined in the composite file is correct by checking the namespace, service name, and port name. In addition, check that the WSDL associated with the binding namespace is imported and currently reachable (check the import nodes at the top of the composite file). Finally, validate the HTTP proxy settings for the server.
However the build process shows no errors. The entire application was built using Jdeveloper 11.1.1.5 using a pre-constructed WSDL. The SOA suite is 11.1.1.5

Hi,
I don't see a loginPort_pt port in the wsdl, but it is referenced by the composite...
There's only ports login_port_11 and login_port_12 defined...

Hi Venkat,
Did you configure for Central SLD? Try restarting the Java engine from SMICM.
Check the status of SLD by running SLDCHECK transaction.
Login to SLD and under Technical system of type Process Integration - you should be able to 6 components. Check whether all the components exists
1. Adapter Engine 2. Domain 3. ID 4. IR 5. Integration server and 6. RWB
If anything is missing, please follow the note mentioned above.

Error - Unable to find the cube in catalog in Webi Report

Hi All,
We have a WEBI report built on SAP BW OLAP universe. The report is accessible from a user who has SAP_ALL authorization. However, a User role created to access and refresh the same report is giving the error message as below.
'' Unable to find cube <Multiprovider> in catalog $INFOCUBE (WIS10901)''
I have added the authorization object for BW workbench object Multiprovider and provided authorization. The same was tested in BW environment as well. However, the report could not be refreshed in BO WEBI.
SAP BW 7.01 and BO XI3.1.
Anybody who can help me on this? It could be that some authorizations are missing . But not sure how to trace what are missing.

Try searching for the InfoProvider/query in the transaction MDXTEST with the test user, you could get more detailed error messages there.

Hello Kuki,
Are you using MS Office 2003?
Unfortuantely the delivered macro is not comaptible with MS Office
lower than 2007.
To solve the problem could you please download the macros.zip file
attached to note #1532866 and extract the file.
Then in transaction SMGENDOC01 upload the solarblueprint.dot from
the extracted files as mentioned in the note.
Please test afterwards to create the blueprint once again.

Hi Samir,
In version 2007 use the table for journal entry lines, JDT1.
You will find the fields BalDueDeb and BalDueCred which indicates if there is an open balance, meaning, has the posting been fully reconciled or not.
There is no reconciliation field saying yes or no.
It is easy to write a query to find the results. However, as most GL accounts are not reconciled there will be many, it might be an idea to separate between BP postings and GL accounts postings.
Query:
SELECT Account, shortname, TransId, Debit, Credit, BalDueDeb, BalDueCred FROM JDT1 WHERE BalDueDeb - BalDueCred != 0
To remove all accounts just add in the where part 'and shortname != account' or to remove all BPs 'and shortname = account'

Unable to find matching navigation case from view ID. Error 404

Everything looks good but when I click the Edit Button, I am encountering an error. What I did was I change the logging mechanism into a FINER in my WLS and from the logs,
it prints below messages.

XI - Unable to find channel ID

Hi Vincent,
Here are a couple of suggestions which normally works.
I guess you should check your receiver agreement, i.e your receiver channel.
RWB --> Component monitoring --> Adapter monitoring --> your receiver channel (it should be green).
If it is not, then thats where the problem lies.

Also check your Pipeline URL in SLD.
Business System ->Click On -> Pipe Line URL
It should be

Also Double check your port(for the second URL). It should be the HTTP port listed when you go to txn SMICM then Goto->Services. The port you have there looks like the J2EE port.
If nothing works, Just try to restart AFW and AFxxx services (from Visual Admin)
Steps to restart AFW and AFxxx services are:
Start the Visual Admin tool. Connect to your XI J2EE Engine (640).
Go to Server->Services.
Try to restart such services as "SAP XI AF Messaging", "SAP XI AF Core", "SAP XI Adapter: XI", etc.

Unable to find Idoc in XI

Hi,
Idoc -> XI -> File
I am trying to send an Idoc (ZANSO_MT) from R/3 side to XI.
Status of the message is green in we05 in R/3 but I am unable to find it in XI. I have checked in idx5, we05.
All the RFC connections are working fine with authorization test.
Althought, I was successfully able to import Idoc metadata in IR but I have an error in idx2 "Basic Type ZANSO_MT is unknown". This IDoc is released in R/3 side and I am successfully able to generate and send it.
Pls let me know where to check.

RFC destinations are working fine as mentioned in my first post.
I have done connection test and also authorization test.
I can see the IDoc successfully sent in we05 in R/3.
I have also changed the port name in idx1 in XI same as in R/3 but still no success.

Check smq1,2. Both are empty. I can import Idoc metadata for ORDERS03 or WP_PLU03 from R/3 but not ZANSO_MT.
I created this custom Idoc in R/3 and I am able to import it in IR.

I have released Idoc in R/3 with transaction we30, we31 and we82. I am successfully able to import this Idoc in IR.

I have created this basic type in R/3 and able to import it in IR.
The problem is that in idx2 when I try to import it, it doesn't work but other Idocs like orders etc are getting imported successfully.

I can see some errors for this Idoc in sm58 in R/3 but many ZANSO_MT Idocs are successfully processed and their status is green in we05.
