I'm checking follwing datasources in rsa5 and rsa6 in r/3 sides but unable to find it out

2LIS_01_S261
2LIS_01_S260
2LIS_01_S263
pls guide me from where to find

Hi Rubane,
these are the old LIS structure and you are not suppose to use these. look for new structures like 2LIS_11, 2LIS_12... which have replace these.
Also have a look at LO Cockpit Web log by Roberto to understand it better -

I have successfully created a source system in BW and have activated the business contents but I am unable to find the data source contents in infosource. I have replicated the metadata also but uanble to get? are there any steps to transfer the data from datasource to infosource.?

after the replication, you'll only see the datasources under the node datasources. you need to map a datasource with an infosource (3.5). in bi7 this is not necessary anymore...
but for these kind of basic questions, you should really search the forum before posting a thread.

Unable to find, Business Content Extractors for PS Module in RSA5

Hi All,
I'm unable to find the standard Business Content Extractors for PS module in RSA5.
Like : 0CO_OM_WBS_1, 0CO_OM_WBS_2, 0CO_OM_WBS_6, 0CO_OM_WBS_8.
Is anything to be installed?
Sorry.. these datasources are present in different module ' Overhead Projects '.

Unable to find Business Content related to Live Auction Cockpit

Hi
I am refering to this link (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005/helpdata/en/6f/91f438157cae47e10000000a114084/frameset.htm) for Live Auction Cockpit & there are 5 standard queries. However I am not able to find them in my metadata repository.
Where can I find them or is is that the names have been changed.
Please guide.

what are your SRM release & BW Content levels ?
Reporting for LAC is new with SRM 5.0 and available in NW04s BI Content Add-On 2 (which was released on 24.October 2005 for Ramp-Up customers).
SP04 has been released on 25 Apr 2006.
SAP NetWeaver2004s BI Content Add-On 3 was released on 24.April 2006 with Support Package 1 for NetWeaver/ERP Ramp-Up customers.
But there is no change for SRM on this Add-On 3.

Unable to find activated 2LIS_02_ITM datasource in BW system.

Hi,
I am trying to extract data for 2LIS_02_ITM extractor. I have activated data source in R3 and can see the records in RSA3. When I try to assign data source in BW system it does not show me 2LIS_02_ITM in corresponding logistic system (R3 system).
Please let me know what is the problem? How can I see activated datasource 2LIS_02_ITM while assigning data source?

to make sure you have done the replication for the right system source go to transaction rsds in your BW system in order to make the replication in a single manner type in the name of datasource 2LIS_02_ITM select the R3 or ECC Source system from where you have activate it, the source system should be listed in the match code then with the menu in the top select replicate datasource sure it will work.
And other thing if you work on bi 7 a confusion araise is that when you go to datasources in the modeling window in the workbench you have to select in the top for which system you want to see the datasources and by default it is the BW so select the appropriate hope this could help you Sir.

Unable to find Update rules in BI content

Hi All,
We are unable to find the update rules for the datasource
2LIS_03_BX
2LIS_03_BM
2LIS_03_UF
in the Business Content for the cube 0IC_C03
But we can find the update rules for the datasource 2LIS_40_S278 for the cube 0IC_C03
The BI content was of Release 703 (level 0011) in our system.
What might be the reason for this ?

How are you collecting the BI content.
In BI content select the datasource and collect data flow afterwards. You will get update rule in it.

Just place the cursor on SAP folder and press the + button.
Then once done try to search the datasource as mentioned above.If it is still not available check in BW system as well and not in R/3..It is shown as BI content as

Unable to find data in RSA3 for particular fields2lis_04_p_arbpl datasource

I am working with datasource 2lis_04_p_arbpl to construct Yield Report. I have a field GAMNG(Target Quantity) in the table AFKO, so I added it to the communication structure and activated it. I also want the field IGMNG(confirmed quantity) which is available in the table AFKO but not appearing in the pool tables of ARBPL datasource, so I have done datasource enhancement and obtained the field in the datasource. When I am checking for the data in RSA3, unable to find data(zero values) for both the fields.

Hi ,
Please make sure that you are doing the extractor check in Update mode 'Full' .If the setup tables are filled then this should pick the data for the 2 newly added fields .
check and update accordingly later .

Take your pick.
With install of Acrobat 9 the Help PDF is installed also.
From the this PDF's Bookmarks expand Chapter 5's bookmark and select "Convert PDFs to Word".

Where to find info on 4.71 Business Content (datasources mostly)

Our R/3 system is still at version 4.71, and we likely won't be upgrading soon. I've tried looking online for standard BW business content (datasources), but all I seem to find require a higher version of the R/3 system.
Our BW system is on 7.0, however it appears much of the 7.0 content can't be used with our current R/3 version. Is there someplace on help.sap.com, or elsewhere, that would have content for 4.71?

Unable to find Transfer Rules and Data Source for 0PERSON Info Source

I'am working on SALES ANALYSIS Configuration with the help of SAP Best Practices.
I'am trying to load Master Data Attributes/Texts/Hierarchies.
I'am able to load for allmost all the InfoPackages which i created for particular DataSource.
Now i need to load master data for 0PERSON InfoObject under that Person (Attributes) and Person (texts) are there,for this 2 Transfer Rules and the DataSource has to be defined by default as it is defined for other Attributes/Texts/Hierarchies.But i'am unable to find a DataSource and Transfer Rules to create a infopackage for PERSON Attributes and Texts.
Please gudie me with a solution in order to get these Transfer Rules and DataSource for this Attributes and Texts.

Hi,
Install the corresponding master data objects from Business content. Go to data source find out the needed datasource, replicate it. If you want you can migrate it also.
If still you are not getting 0person masterdata object datasource & transformation structure, then you have to create the transformation, Infopackage.
Hope if you will install the business content again, it will solve your problem.

Unable to find analytics reports in bi publisher 11g

For ne one who is interested,
we figured what went wrong in our configuration.
We are using oracle as backend but driver for the datasource under consideration is given is the driver for reference cloudscape database. Once driver is changed to oracle's OCI driver problem got resolved
