Unable to find downloadable purchases mpeg2

I previously purchased the QuickTime pro and mpeg2 components but when I log into my account in the apple store the link to downloadable content is greyed out. Anyone else found this, and what's the solution.
What is the exact filename for the mpeg2 component so I can do a spotlight search.

I rang the Apple Store customer services (UK) and they told me they didn't have a record of my quicktime pro key (though they were able to see details of the order) and couldn't do anything about the mpeg-2 component. Whilst they didn't volunteer a solution, when I asked for a credit so that I could re-purchase them they did agree. They said it would take 3-5 days - I'm not quite sure how they're crediting me - presumably to my credit card because as far as I know the Apple Store doesn't have an account that can be in credit (it's not like the iTunes store where you can be in credit from gift cards or refunds etc).
By the way, I used the freephone 0800 number displayed on the Apple Store web site rather than the 0845 number.

I connect my iPad with USB cable to my iMac.
Launch iTunes and confirme that can access my iPad
I select Keynote in the left side list and click Synchronise button at the bottom iTunes window.
I can see in my iPad that it is loading but everything stops at about 60%
I have tried also deleting Keynote from the iPad by holding the app icon and select the X to delete it but it won't delete.
Really tried every possible solution out there. Nothing works for me.
I even deleted manually Keynote.ipa manually and downloaded again.
There seems to be a sync problem between the iPad and IMac.
The horizontal scrolling bar showing the evolution of the transfert to the iPad goes much faster than the small circle showing the download time.
When the syncing is finished in Itunes, there is about 40% left showing on the Keynote icon and it stops there.
Touching the icon, it changes to "pause"
Touching it again, it changes to loading but nothing happens.
I have put a lot of time into this annoying problem.
One more thing, my wife have a more recent iPad and no problem doing the update.

I had the same problem after the last update. Go to settings-iTunes store, sign out and then sign back in and you should see the rentals

You have to be in the UK store in order to purchase the app. You also have to have a credit card which is tied to a physical address in the UK. Assuming that you meet that criteria, my guess is that you are not logged into the UK App Store.
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store

Unable to find download link of patch p4505133_10105_WINNT.zip in metalink

I don't work in database. Specially I am working in Oracle ADF and webcenter suite areas. For webcenter suite installation purpose I need to upgrade my oracle 10.1.0.2 database to oracle 10.1.0.5 version. And for that I searched in metalink for p4505133_10105_WINNT.zip , because, my database is in win32 machine. And I have also searched with the patch no. 4505133. But, I am unable to find any download link for that patch no.. Also, the "patches and updates" link is not opening in two machines I have tried. It is giving the error "connection timed out". I have seen same problem one was facing in "doc ID 683549.993", but, that did not solved my problem.
So, may you please give the exact link of that particular patch set or it may be better if you can send it in [email protected] as there are some problem in opening the link from our machines.

Metalink is the only source for patch downloading. If you are facing any issue trying to download it I suggest you to raise a SR.

Hi, samsonkh. If you're still unable to find the file, let me further assist you with this. The file is an email attachment, right? On your email, you tapped 'Download all' and opened it by tapping the file, correct? If so, it should be visible under Office> places> email.
If you made changes to a file or want to change its file name, just open the file under 'email'> ...> save as. You can select where to save the file. It's either on the phone or to Onedrive.

Finding & downloading purchased apps across devices

Hi everyone,
I purchased Keynote v6.2.2 (4+) via the app store on my MacBook Pro (currently running OSX 10.9.5) a few months ago. I'm now trying to find Keynote in my purchased apps, but don't see it anywhere. I'm using the same Apple ID I used for the purchase, but don't see it showing up in the app store on any device. In particualr, I would love to download it on my hand-me-down iPad 2 (running 7.0.4).
It's possible I've misunderstood and need to pay for the iPad version, but if not, I'd love some help locating & installing Keynote on my iPad as well.

Keynote for the Mac doesn't run on the iPad. So you will not find a purchase made in the Mac App Store in the Purchased list in the iTunes App Store. And vice versa.
Yes, you will need to buy the iOS version.

Unable to find Download for Flash Player 10.1

Just updated my older MAC (IMAC G5-Power Mac 8.2) to the Leopard operating system (Mac OSX 10.5.8) and did all the updates. I understand from previous discussions that Power PCs are no longer supported and that the latest version of Adobe is "Flash Player 10.1." Adobe site for downloads allows the option for "Mac OSX 10.4 - 10.7" and "Flash Player 10.3 for MAC OSX 10.4-10.7 (intel)." If Flash Player 10.1 is available elsewhere I would love to know the secret to getting it. Thanks.

I created Purchase info record(ME13) and Source list(ME03). But when I run MRP then purchase requisition is creating ,But
when I check in ME57,Purchase requisition unable to find the purchase info record for that material.

In source list you are only entering the vendor not the info record, if you are entering an outline agrrement either contract or sched.agreement in the source list (in the agreement column) ,then yu will get the agreement number in the p.req.
But you are entering just vendor mane in the source list so yu will get the vendor name only in the p.r
create a sourcelist for the material ,in that enter any agreement name and save ,then run MRP you will get the agreement number in the screen

It is std.sap procedure, if you are creating a p.req manually you will get the info record number in the item detail.
Bur via MRP you can only get the fixed vendor because in the source list you are entering only the vendor name ,you are not menttioning the info record number.
But incase of outline agreement you are entering the agreement number in the sourcelist.
MRP is ceated purely based on what you have entered in the source list. hope you clear.

Just read and carry out carefully the "Note: Very Important Instructions" on the web page and all will
go well. After you get beyond that "Note: Very Important Instructions" part, you will have the opportunity
to click on the two needed files shown on that web page (File 1: the .exe and File 2: the 7z the actual program).
I am suspecting you are missing the .exe file which is prone to problems with Firewall(s).
If you are not already, be sure to be selecting files the files that correspond to your computer operating system
including 32 or 64 bit.
Bottom line: If you want, try again in what you are doing with antivirus and firewalls disabled. If that
does not work, then use the web site mentioned to get tryout Premiere Elements 10 installation files
into which you insert your purchased serial number.

Not sure if that same Application is designed for Mac Os x, Search for Applications on App Store instead of iTunes on your Macbook Pro, as Applications available on iTunes Store on a Macbook is designed to work only on iOS Device like iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch and whatever is available on App Store on Mac is designed for Mac Os x.

Is the app still in your country's store (if it isn't then you won't be able to redownload it), you haven't changed countries since buying it (content is tied to the country as well as the account), and it isn't hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 ?
If the app is no longer in your country's store then do you have a copy of it on your computer's iTunes library and/or on your backup of your downloads/library ?

If I understand you, you either want to re-download your Books or can't find them in the 'Purchased' section of iTunes.
To re-download your books connect your iPhone/iPad to iTunes via USB cable and open iTunes. click 'PURCHASED' from the 'QUICKLINKS' section on the far right hand side of your iTunes screen, select BOOKS from the menu bar and then select the book/s to download from the list and click DOWNLOAD.
If you can't see the books listed on this page then check you have 'ALL' selected from the ALL | NOT ON THIS COMPUTER options which are located on the top right hand side of the page.

Just in case we're dealing with file/disk damage here, try running a disk check over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you delete the SCInfo folder now?

Your question/statement makes no sense.
"Unable to download purchased audiobook. The book says it was downloaded" What book is saying this? Is the audiobook talking to you?
"Can't get to spot from iTunes to insert password" This makes no sense to me either.
If you are trying to download a previously purchased audiobook, you can't do that. You get one download of an Audiobook and then you must purchase it again if you delete it or do not have it in your iTunes library to sync back to the iPd.
If you can't find the audiobook, look in the More Tab of the Music App.
