Unable to find 'weblogic' user in rpd
Hi ,
I have open the rpd in online mode and trying to set log level for weblogic user.
Manage-->Identity-->Select BIRepository. Click on Action tab-->Set online filter.
I have entered * button. By default online rpd is going to be closed. Can any one share your thoughts on it.
Regards,
Sri
Hi Sri,
First, I would like to understand the reason why you are trying to set the logging level to the weblogic user. Weblogic user is the Admin (Kind of Super Admin who has access to everything!!!! ;) and is used for managing the weblogic servers, domains etc.
If you are using the same userid for developing reports, I think you should consider creating another userid for creating analysis only (Just like BIAnalysisAuthor) and one for BIAdmin etc..
However, to answer the question, you should still be able to see this guy in Administration tool. From your message, I think your Admin tool is crashing here.
May be you want to try from some other client or can set the logging level with some init block as follows.
1. Create an session init block.
2. Set the target as "LOGLEVEL".
3. Write a query to initialize this variable. For ex: select "2" from dual
Hope this helps.
Thank you,
Dhar

I get this error when trying to access my Wild Tree web site

I can log in just fine to the main page, but then they make you log in again as you go deeper into the site for Security reasons. But when I log in the 2nd time, I get the above error. Unable to find Active Users Concurrent Program in Submit Requests Form
We applied a patch 9647331 on our development instance (R12.1.1). It completed succesfully. But when we are trying to submit ACTIVE USERS concurrent request, we are unable to find it in the Submit Requests Form.
However, we are able to submit the Active Users program using CONCSUB.
Not sure if the patch has done anything.
Please suggest.
Regards,
RA.We applied a patch 9647331 on our development instance (R12.1.1). It completed succesfully. But when we are trying to submit ACTIVE USERS concurrent request, we are unable to find it in the Submit Requests Form.From which responsibility?
Have you verified if the concurrent program is added to the Request Group which is linked to this responsibility?
Not sure if the patch has done anything. I do not think so. Was the patch applied successfully included all pre-reqs?
Thanks,

I used the below to search for all disabled users in the system. I have a disabled user in IDM but the queryResult is null in the log file. Do you have any ideas?
<Action id='0' application='com.waveset.session.WorkflowServices'>
<Argument name='op' value='queryObjectNames'/>
<Argument name='type' value='User'/>
<Argument name='attributes'>
<map>
<s>dis</s>
<s>true</s>
</map>
</Argument>
</Action>
dis is in the <QueryableAttrNames> list already. It's one of the predefined attributes in this list. I did not add it in.
ThanksI found the answer. I found it in the WFs, Forms and Views documentation for 7.1. This will find all users who are either disabled or partially disabled.
<Action id='0' application='com.waveset.session.WorkflowServices'>
<Argument name='op' value='queryObjectNames'/>
<Argument name='type' value='User'/>
<Argument name='single' value='false'/>
<Argument name='attributes'>
<map>
<s>lhdis</s>
<s>true</s>
</map>
</Argument>
</Action>
What I don't understand is lhdis is not defined in the <QueryableAttrNames> list. Below is the <QueryableAttrNames> list out of the box. Only dis but not lhdis. Even though I got the result that I want but I want to know how we can use lhdis when it's not in the <QueryableAttrNames> list???? Anyone knows?
<QueryableAttrNames>
<List>
<String>correlationKey</String>

<String>email</String>

<String>lastname</String>

Unable to find MSAD users in the projects- Planning app- Access contol re..
Hello,
I have configured MSAD and I could see all the users and groups. Not just MSAD but also native users
I was able to provision them and also access that application using that user.
But I don't see those user list in Projects ->PLanning app->Access control report or when I choose a member and try to assign access.
Could anyone please tell me where I am going wrong?
Do I have to do anything else to have them appear?
please suggest.
Thanks a lot.This is what I see when I tried to do as you said

Unable to find the User Named Account Name@Domain Name while Configuring Workflow Manager
Hi,
I have installed Work Flow Manager,Service Bus and its Cumulative Updates.
While Configuring Workflow Manger using Workflow Manager configuration wizard i am getting the error while creating a Service Bus Namespace.
I have provided the Service Accounts for both Workflow Manager and Service Bus as Domain\Account instead of
Account@Domain.
While looking in to the Power Shell scripts that are poupulated by the GUI i have identified that
Account@Domain is appended to the ManageUsers switch while creating a Service Bus Namespace and the GUI configuration is failing.
New-SBNamespace -Name 'WorkflowDefaultNamespace' -AddressingScheme 'Path' -ManageUsers 'Domain\Account','Account@Domain' -Verbose;
So i need to modify the Powershell script as below and need to run the Powershell scripts for configuring Workflow Manager.
Is this a bug in GUI Workflow Configuration Wizard or am i doing something wrong.
Please help.

Unable to find .so file for Apache proxy in Weblogic 92
Hi,
I'm trying to configure Apache as a proxy for Weblogic 9.2 cluster on HP - Itanium. Apache and Weblogic are installed, configured and running. I used the jar file installer to install Weblogic.
Now i'm unable to find the Apache plugin anywhere in my weblogic directory. Any ideas how I can get one ??
Thanks in advance,
Anup.Hi,
Thank you both for your help. Installed the plugins and now the proxy is running very nicely. Configuration was really very simple.
Would like to ask one nore thing. The system i'm configuring now is supposed to cater a very heavy load in terms of connections. We know the application can take it as right now the Weblogic HTTP proxy is what is failing and that's when we decided on Apache. Any recomendations on the Apache side ??
Thanks once more,
Anup. -

Hello,
I am encoutering a problem on Oracle Weblogic Version: 10.3.1.0 when trying to deploy a jax-ws webservice (stateless session bean).
When starting the ear i get the exception below. On an other version of Oracle Weblogic (10.3.3.0) the exact same ear deploys flawlessly.
I have no choice but to run on the "older version" so i hope there is a way out for this.
Any help is welcome.
Thank you.

What does this exactly means ?
I have recently installed the integration component of SAP 8.8

It was not working, SAP have replied to message about B1iP Control Center, IPO user and SLD

You need to log into the integration component to be able to see the SLD and the B1iC Control Center. This should be under Start > All Programs > Integration Solution.

Unable to find User,Roles,User Mapping under UserAdministra Role in Portals
Hi All,
I installed SAP Netweaver sneak preview 2004 full java edition with sp9

User Administartion Role in Portals.
only Identity management, Import, Activity reports are showned.
Can any one suggest me where i have to get this options?
Thanks & Regards
PhanikumarHi All,
Hi All,
I got the solution.
In the User Administration --> Identity Management, search the user or group or role then click on the result list item then you will get the details.
There you can find the following TABs for user/group/role.
1. General Information
2. Account Information
3. Contact Information
4. Additional Information
5. Assigned Roles
6. Assigned Groups
7. User Mapping for System Access
User Mapping is one of the TAB(7th). Click on that User Mapping TAB

Sometimes the code does not find the user from User profile. It simply checks the
profileManager.UserExists(userName[1]) and unable to fetch the user and executes the else part.
This issue is not regular. Most of the times it fetch the same user data correctly but sometimes fails.
What could be the possible reason of this and how to write it in the logs?
SPSecurity.RunWithElevatedPrivileges(delegate()
using (SPSite site = new SPSite(SPContext.Current.Site.Url))
//ServerContext object current site
ServerContext context = ServerContext.GetContext(site);
//UserProfileManager object to access MOSS user profiles
UserProfileManager profileManager = new UserProfileManager(context, false);
string[] userName;
userName = objUserUtility.GetCurrentUserLoginName().Trim().Split('\\');
WriteToLog(userName[1].ToString());
if (profileManager.UserExists(userName[1]))
WriteToLog("Entered Inside");
WriteToLog(userName[1].ToString());
else
lblUserExist.Visible = true;
lblUserExist.Text = "You are not configured in the Application";
Vishal GoyalVivek,
I am already using the below line code to fetch User Profile Properties.
UserProfile userprofile = profileManager.GetUserProfile(<userLoginName>);
Now this error comes User Not Found:could not load profile data from the database
Is this possible to track exact reason of this because this issue is not at all times.For same User the code works fine but not all times.
My organization is using Sharepoint 2007 SP1.
