Unable to finish Creative cloud payment information

Are the Cloud membership pages still down? I still can't get past the payment form.

    I  got this email to update my Creative Cloud payment information, but when I follow the link they provided and instructions I can find nowhere in which to do that. i even tried the help menu & it is not there. Then when i tried sending a message to the so called 24/7 thing it wouldn't let me submit my question... so WTF! I'm really pissed now.

    Received email ..." During our most recent billing cycle, we were unable to process the payment for your Creative Cloud membership with the payment information currently on file. To ensure that you continue to enjoy the benefits of Adobe Creative Cloud, please review and update your payment information."  Verified my credit card information is correct and there are no issues with card.
    How do I correct this?  Tried customer care chat, but couldn't wait any longer for response.

  • Unable to install Creative Cloud

    Hello,
    I have an extra seat who needs to use Creative Cloud for his job. He cannot install the Creative Cloud application and when trying to do so afresh, he constantly gets the error "Unable to install Creative Cloud Please close all active Adobe applications and retry your installation" message via the dmg image installer file. There are no other or active Adobe application on his iMac and no Adobe application running anywhere on the machine.
    iMac OS X 10.8.5, 2.9GHz.
    The problem reoccurs even after navigating to the Applications/Utilities folder and putting the folders Adobe Application Manager folder and Creative Cloud to the Trash and emptying it. Then navigating to the Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder and renaming it to OOBE.old, then again downloading Creative Cloud desktop from the URL https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and trying again to install it.
    Despite all of this, the same "Unable to install Creative Cloud Please close all active Adobe applications and retry your installation" message prompt comes up and the installation of the Creative Cloud application is abandoned.
    This is a very frustrating experience. What is the workaround to get this appliaction installed so he can get on with his work as soon as possible?

    Sorry for taking so long but I was unable to access my pc. Now that I've got it here is the screenshot of the error. It's in italian:
    It says something like:
    "There has been the following errors: a possible problem with Creative Cloud desktop. Download a new copy of Creative Cloud desktop and install it again".
    As I said before even downloading it again I get the same file and the same error.
    Please let me know if you need any other information.

  • I am unable to purchase Creative Cloud?

    I've tried about 10 times with two different credit cards but for some reason I am unable to purchase Creative Cloud. I keep getting this error message......

    The billing information is correct and the debit/credit cards information is also correct.
    I also tried adding CLoud to my cart and purchasing it that way but I am still getting an error.
    Anyone have any ideas?

  • How can I download printable invoices for our monthly Creative Cloud payments?

    This is killing me. How can I have spent almost an hour and yet for the life of me, cannot find anywhere on the Adobe site that will let me view, print, download invoices for our monthly subscription payments? I go to My Orders, but all that is there is our initial Creative Cloud subscription payment. Can't find previous months payments anywhere.
    Why is this so difficult?
    Every month or so our accounts department is on my back asking for the invoices so they can match it up with the company credit card records. And every time, this is an issue.
    Most companies we work with send an invoice paid email with the invoice attached as a PDF. Isn't that better than the standard Confirmation: We received your Adobe Creative Cloud payment email that gets sent out? What good is it if we can't find any reference for such payment?
    Sorry guys, I'm just really furious that I am wasting so much time on such a menial task while I have deadlines looming.
    Also, it's been over 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for the 9 minutes web chat said it would take for an operator to get back to me.

    CS6 perpetual Mac is version 13.0.6 Windows is version 13.0.1.3 Subscription cloud version is 13.1.2.  If you have a cloud subscription and a perpetual licence you would not be able to have both version install at the same time on same machine. What does your Creative Cloud desktop application show and if you start CS6 if the flash screen shows or you can get to menu Help>About Photoshop what version i shown 13.0.6  or 13.0.1.3 or 13.1.2?

    I've downloaded, uninstalled, re-downloaded, uninstalled using the Adobe Cleanup Tool, reinstalled, and restarted ... but still am unable to open Creative Cloud. The icon shows up for a few seconds in the toolbar... then disappears.

  • Help - I'm unable to update my CC payment information

    I recently had to change my debit card, which happened to be the same card I use to pay my Creative Cloud subscription. I subsequently recieved an email from Adobe, saying that the information required updating. However, when I have attempted to input the new card info, it just times-out (or does nothing at all!). I've tried desktop machines, laptop machines and also from my ipad.
    This is particularly frustrating because when I attempted to find a number to call customer support, it was quite well hidden. Then, when I did eventually find it, the '24/7' helpline was closed! Apparently UK customers only get the '24/7' helpline between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. :(
    Anyway, does anyone know of a way I can get the payment info updated? I am unable to make calls during the day where I work.

    La primera vez que adquirí el producto se realizó el pago, el segundo mes me llegó una notificación que no se había podido efectuar el pago, así que revise mi tarjeta de crédito y había cupo disponible, sin embargo la fecha automática de cobro ya pasó, y continua en 31/07/2013. Mi abono de Creative Cloud pasó a versión de prueba y ahora solo me quedan unos cuantos días...qué puedo hacer? por qué no está funcionando el pago?

    The first time I bought Creative Cloud there were no issues with my payment method, but second month I recieved some notifications due to a transaction error.  I check my credit card and it has enough funds for paying Creative Cloud. During this period the automatic pay day, changed to 31/07/2013; now I'm trying to make again the payment but there is no way to do it manually, My Creative Cloud subscription is now in test mode, and I just have 3 days until the test mode period ends. How can I try to pay again manually? why is this not working?

    That enough information? After chasing around the Adobe Help system for an hour and a half today and not being able to contact anyone at all yesterday when this forst started occuring, I'm kinda getting annoyed
    Then getting on here and finding that my screen name (my own name, registered with Adobe and on the forums) isn't available, one could be excused for an excess of peevishness, I hope.

    I finally found a solution that worked!
    I had to find the adobe logs to understand what happened, and found this error "information not found in Media_db".

    And here's the answer copied and pasted from the page. I have windows 8 64 bit, but this solution worked for me. The downside was that it said many of my applications weren't installed in the CC app, so I had to hit reinstall on many of them, but everything installed and updated correctly after this.
    I had the very same problem, and I am using windows 7 too. After chat with the adobe tech support. He showed me how to fix the problem.
    Also, I tried the clean tool already. That didn't help.
    Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe   if you use 32bit system I think it would be C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
    Change 3 folder name.
    Adobe PCD -> Adobe PCDold
    backup -> backupold
    caps -> capsold
    Then run the setup file again.
    This method worked for me. Hope that would work for you also and save you some time.

    I just installed Mavericks on a iMac 21.5 2.8 Quad I7 computer. I also tried to install Adobe Creative cloud application and it errors out everytime.
    The error code is as follows_
    Exit Code: 7 please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example, ERROR: DF024
    error(s) Payload: adobeColorCommonSet CMYK CC 5.0.0.0
    Unable to preserve original file at "/Library/Colorsync/Profiles/Profiles" (seq 21)

    Perhaps something is either corrupted or off on permissions?
    Try running repair of permissions and see if it goes OK after that.
