Im new to CRM. Our user have an error when they try to view replicated documents from CRM. They receive this error:
"BUS1302 with Key 0050018202 is Not Available in System PRD 100 ECC Production"

we are trying to replicate Z fields in a SO to ECC from CRM. We have followed the following steps for the same, these are given in one of the threads in SDN:
1. Append structure to VBAK and VBAP in R/3
2. Extend the structure BAPE_VBAK and BAPE_VBAP in CRM
3. Implement BADI 'SALESDOC_MBDOC_BAPI' and implement code in method
'CRM_DATAEXCH_AFTER_BAPI_FILL' to fill the the above structures and move them into CT_BAPIPAREX that is passed as changing parameter to this structure
But corresponding fields in backend ECC table are not getting updated.
Please help me in resolving this.

Hello Hitesh,
What you've done up to now is making sure that the data is passed to ECC. But ECC doesn't know what to do with this extra data you filled in the 'CRM_DATAEXCH_AFTER_BAPI_FILL' CT_BAPIPAREX structure.
Look for a similar BADI in ECC (something with DATAEXCH), this BADI is called when data arrives in ECC. Here you will find your value in the CT_BAPIPAREX, fetch the data and write to the desired field in VBAP.
You just forget a step, that's all.

An Inquiry Document is to be created in ECC from CRM system

Hi Friends,
An Inquiry Document is to be created in ECC when an project opportunity is created and the phase of the opportunity is Quotation Stage in CRM system using Tcode CRMD_ORDER.
So the scenario is when i create project opportunity and save it in the CRM,while saving at the same time i need to create Inquiry document in ECC system using BAPI "BAPI_INQUIRY_CREATEFROMDATA".
So can any one suggest me where should i need to call the BAPI , what parameters i need to pass ,
It would be helpful for me if any one help me out.

Text Determination in ECC from CRM

Hi,
Text types procudres mainatined in CRM Order are not flowing to ECC. All daa are flowing from CRM to ECC.
Searched SAP notes but didnt get some useful info.
Please suggest what customizing settings I have missed?

I had teh similar requirement to pas texts to BI for reporting purpose.
You can use Function module " Read_text".
You will have to pass the values like text ID, object & retrieve the text.
CLIENT
ID
LANGUAGE
NAME
OBJECT
ARCHIVE_HANDLE
LOCAL_CAT
Once you are able to retrive them you will have to pass it to ECC.It might work.

Error in BDOC while uploading the pricing condition record to ECC from CRM

Hi all,
I have created a condition record for ECC pricing condition type (I have maintained all settings required for maintaining ECC condition type in CRM 7.0) in CRM 7.0. But theis condition record is not uploaded to ECC. I have checked BDOC, it is showing with error status for BDOC type "CND_M_SUP". The errors are as below.
1. sBDoc CNBCCPSAP005 does not contain structure CDBD_CONDREF
Message no. CND_MAST064
2. sBDoc CNBCCPSAP005 does not contain structure CDBD_CONDREF
Message no. CND_MAST064
3. Service that caused the error: CND_MAST_INT_DEEP_MB_TO_SBDOC
Message no. SMO8047Diagnosis
A service caused/ reported an error.
Can some one help me in fixing this issue please.

Hi,
sBDOCs are not used in ECC to CRM or CRM to ECC data replication scenario. You can either ignore the error or disable mobile bridge.

Unable to follow links in pdf document which use asynchronous pluggable protocol on Windows unless we disable extended security completely (Reader 11.0.7) - is there any other way round this?

We have a pdf document which contains links of the format appname://some/path.
This is using Windows Asynchronous Pluggable Protocols which we have defined in the registry so these links should launch the application with the path as an argument.
If we disable enhanced security in Reader 11.0.7 then this works - otherwise it just fails to do anything.
With enhanced security on, we get warning and select trust this site for all pdfs.
Adobe then stores the first part of the path i.e. for appname://some/path it will store path in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\11.0\TrustManager\cDefaultLaunchURLPerms].
Don't get warning after that but the application still doesn't launch if enhanced security is enabled.

Apologies was mislead - it's not enhanced security which is causing the issue, it is protected mode.

Link between Service Order / Confirmation in CRM and Purchase Order in ECC

Does anyone knows what the possible link is between a Service Order / Service Order Confirmation in CRM and a Purchase Order in ECC ? I heard that this could be found somewhere in the document flow of a Service Order ....
How do we get the Purchase Order number from ECC in the Document flow section of an Service Order in CRM ?
We need the PO number somehow to be able to create a Goods Received document in ECC from CRM.

Hello Abjuh,
As of CRM 4.0 (with Service Industry extensions), you can automatically create ECC Purchase Orders from a CRM service order.
It is possible to track the status of the individual service order items with the document flow.

Hi,
Check if any of the condition types which has the account is having a tax code.. That tax code shouldn't have defined as EC tax code.
When you double click on the line item condition type which will be posted to accounts, you could see the G/L account and tax code. Ask you FI consultant to check how that tax code has been defined.

Credit Memo replication from CRM to ECC

Dear all,
We need to create credit memo to refund the customer payment.
Credit Memo needs to be Released / approved at item level and Credit Memo Request has to be created in ECC.
Credit Memo release is based on different levels of Rules.(can we user Multilevel Categorization at item level?)
Credit Memo need to be created in ECC system based on a set of Rules
For all released line items system has to create credit memo requests automatically in ECC system.
Please suggest me that, how can we configure this functionality in SAP CRM?

Error in ERP system while copying the document from CRM system

I have created a CRM sales order in CRM Web Ui or Gui. I am getting this Errors.
Diagnosis
Errors occurred while transferring the document into another system. To view the error messages, see the enclosed log.
Transmission log
u2022     Product cannot be recoded for ERP System (Notification E CRM_ORDER_MISC 015)
u2022     Product cannot be recoded for ERP System (Notification E CRM_ORDER_MISC 015)
u2022     No customer is assigned to business partner 417283 (Notification E CRM_BUPA_MAPPING 002)
Please give suggestions what can i do for this.Please specify clearly the required steps to debug this error

with respect to first error ,I tried to replicates the product from crm to ERP system in COMMPR01(Send to ERP Option), but it has given this error.

Hi Sunil,
You are getting error in the Sales Order is because of Master Data.
Sales Documents will flow from CRM to R/3 when master data is consistent in R/3 & CRM side.
Please maintain the master data in R/3 side & download into CRM Side.
For Customer use adpater object CUSTOMER_MAIN & for Material object is "Material"

Outbound Queue in ECC with CRM Destination

Dear experts
In ECC - t-code SMQ1, outbound queues R3AD_SALESDOxxxx in destination to the CRM system are in SYSFAIL.
I think those queues are created when an ECC user changes or creates a sales document in ECC. But we don't synchronise sales documents between ECC and CRM.
What are the settings to avoid this outbound queue to be created?

TBE31 (Application components by Publish & Subscribe interface)
- The following entries must exist for a successful data exchange:

POD flag set up automatically after BP replicated from CRM to ECC

Hi Experts,
we are working on CRM 5.0 and ECC 6 as backend system.
*Requirement :*We will create a BP record in CRM and the same will be replicated to ECC.For the BPs which is replicated to ECC from CRM , the "Relevant for POD "(Proof of Delivery) flag should set up automatically.
Note: we have done the following settings
1) Created a Reference Customer in ECC in which we have set up a flag "Relevant for POD ".
2) Initial download Reference BP from ECC to CRM by going to TCode:CRMC_BUPA_CONSUM in CRM.
3) Maintained relevant Sales Areas for the BP.
Question:
In CRM we dont have field called "Relevant for POD ".How can we populate the field "Relevant for POD " for the Business Partner that is Created in CRM and replicated to ECC?
For any helpful answer points will be awarded.

did you find a solution to make this work ? We have the same problem with other fields that are only available in R/3. We are thinking of adding a FM to fill these fields in table COM_BUPA_CALL_FU. Did you find another way ?
