Dear All,
We want to generate Voice Gateways E1 Utilization report from CUSSM 8.5. I have configured CUOM 8.5 and CUSM 8.5 but i am unable to get the date for number of active calls and % utilization/PRI.

Well i have done a little reading and found out that CUSSM 8.5 gives trunk utilizaition but only for MGCP Controlled Gateways. Reverting back to version 1.3

Unable to generate a multiple field nVision report from a layout

Hi,
I have developed an nVision layout that lists the Budget Vs Actuals for specific Account nodes from an Account tree and works well . But as per the requirement, I am needed to include a second chartfield (CLASS_FIELD) in the report. In other words, the report needs to show the Budget Vs Actual amounts for all the Class Fields associated with each Account. For this , I have added column criteria for Budget and Actuals, and row criteria for Accounts , but I am stuck at adding the second Chartfield criteria at the row level , which is CLASS_FLD (for example, Labor and Other); i.e On the same row that I added ACCOUNT criteria, I have added additional Field in the Layout Defintion > Filter > Fields and Dimensions – added CLASS_FLD after ACCOUNT. When I run the report, the results show only the breakdown by Account but not with the additional Class field values.
I am aware we could achieve this by a Drilldown but the users are looking this in the original layout itself. Please advise. thank you!!

I face the some issue with you, I just run "Report/Report Launch Pad/Deivce/Interface Utilization"
and then I create a report for interface utilization.
But it display nothing when the report run finished.
I ask some guys in this forum, they said maybe it's a PI2.1 bug.

Unable to generate ADDM snapshot reports as the error_count is 1

errors while generating ADDM snapshots, was schedule for every 15 minutes,

Unable to generate Pdf report for crystal 9/10 in Windows 2012 (Standard) server with Times New Roman font. With same font, report getting generated in excel, text, csv format in Windows 2012.

For Times New Roman font in Windows server 2012 R2 (Standard), crystal 9/10 report in pdf format is not getting generated. When we change the font for specific report like Arial, Calibri , Cambria then pdf report getting created.
In Windows 2008 R2, same application worked fine to generate pdf report for TimesNewRoman font and there is no change done in the application which is being used in Windows 2012 R2 server.

Ok, thanks for the reply. You need to contact support or a forum for the Crystal software. Third party products don't usually include Adobe technology, they have their own software. When you contact them, you may want to expand "unable to generate" to give any specific symptoms including any error messages.

Generating Memory Utilization Report in HUM

Hello All,
I was trying to generate reports for devices in my network. I noticed that for most devices, the memory utilisation (no value for memory utilisation instances) was not polled though it's part of the variables in my poller configuration.

It's a VM.
I chose the Express-Plus profile even though I could technically have used the Express profile for what they're managing. I always try to err on the side of more resources when building a management system. Getting a customer to adapt their workflow to properly leverage a NMS is hard enough without it also being a drag to use due to system sluggishness.
We're also running it on a nice new shiny data center - UCS B240 series blade with fast storage on Netapp SAS disks and connected directly to the 7010 core (via the Fabric Interconnect of course).

Hi, I am unable to generate bug summary report in RME. Even I can not generate PSIRT report as well..LMS always gives error "incorrect cisco.com credential. enter correct credential" I have checked my credentials are correct... it gives me error no BTKT:0014
I am using LMS3.1 attaaching snap shot of my patch level and application version running on LMS...

Unable generate Barcode in XML publishar reports

Hi all,
I have requirement to generate Barcode in XML publisher Report in Oracle apps.
for that i did following things
1) donloded the free font "free3of9" and copied in Font folder in windows and added bellow code in xdo.cfg

<truetype path="C:\WINNT\fonts\fre3of9x.ttf"; />
</font>.
2) added that font in my to my templeate when i run this templeate in RTF it showing bar code when i run in PDF it is not showing.
3) in XML publisher administrator responsibility i caret font and uploaded this font and created mapping and added that to FOprcessing.
But still it is not showing on my report .
Can any one help me out ....

I have configured AAA on Firewall & i am successfully able to login into it using ACS username & password but unable to generate Accounting & Administration logs. Whenever i check either of these logs it shows me blank page. Below is the AAA config on Firewall.

I had the same experience. I even reinstalled Remote Desktop on Leopard, which caused all the passwords and machines I had registered were hosed and I could build up the user/password database again.
Look in your console log. If you see something like:

It means that the postgresql database that is started for collection this information can startup. It will try several times, and then fail. The way to fix this
-Apple supplies their postgresql with some sensible memory settings for the trivial task they are asking postgresql to do
-increase the memory settings from the complete system. In Leopard you do that by creating a file called /etc/sysctl.conf
and add something like this:
kern.sysv.shmmax=167772160
kern.sysv.shmmin=1
kern.sysv.shmmni=32
kern.sysv.shmseg=8
kern.sysv.shmall=65536

Unable to generate output. No data found in PRM

I am not able to see CPU Utilization and overall CPU Utilization report in PRM eventhough I have loaded Kernel reader (simple) module. System is running over 48 hours. There should be data for these reports.

I have install the EBS R12 on RHEL 5.5 64bit. All run fine some days but one day after restart there is a issue on database we rectify that DB issue but after that we are not able to get the login page. ALL application/DB node process are end with exiting with status 0. we have tried adautocfg.sh with status 0.

XML Report completes with error due to REP-271504897: Unable to retrieve a string from the Report Builder message file.

We are in the middle of testing our R12 Upgrade. I am getting this error from the invoice XML-based report that we are using in R12. (based on log). Only for a specific invoice number that this error is appearing. The trace is not showing me anything. I don't know how to proceed on how to debug where the error is coming from and how to fix this. I found a patch 8339196 that shows exactly the same error number but however, I have to reproduce the error in another test instance before we apply the patch. I created exactly the same order and interface to AR and it doesnt generate an error. I even copied the order and interface to AR and it doesn't complete with error. It is only for this particular invoice that is having an issue and I need to get the root cause as to why. Please help. I appreciate what you all can contribute to identify and fix our issue. We have not faced this issue in R11i that we are maintaining right now for the same program which has been running for sometime. However, after the upgrade for this particular data that the user has created, it is throwing this error REP-271504897.

If you cant reproduce the issue on other instance, apply the patch on the test instance and verify all the funcionality related to the patch works OK. Then move the patch to production. Or you can clone the prod environment to test the patch.

REP-0002: Unable to retrieve a string from the Report Builder message file;

Hi,
I've a custom report in which i need to display a large string, of more than 4000 characters. To cater to this requirement i've written a formula column which displays string upto 4k characters and for a string of size beyond 4k i am calling a procedure which uses a temp table having a clob field.
For a small string the report runs fine but whenever a large string requirement comes into the picture, said procedure gets triggered and i get REP-0002: Unable to retrieve a string from the Report Builder message file.
OPP log for the same gives an output as under:

Searched for the same on metalink and found Article ID 862644.1, other than applying patch and upgrading version of BI Publisher is there any other workaround to display a comma seperated string as long as 60k characters, If any please suggest.

REP-00002 Unable to retrieve string from message file
REP-01439 Cannot compile program since this is a runtime report
Running the same report using the *.RDF file is successful.
You are running the report with a stored procedure,
OR you are running against an Oracle instance other than the one developed on,
Or, you recently upgraded your Oracle Server.
Solution Description
1) Check that the user running the report has execute permissions on any stored
SQL procedures called. <Note:1049458.6>
2) Run the report as an .RDF not an .REP , that is remove or rename the .REP
version of the report. <Note:1012546.7>
3) Compile the report against the same instance it is being run against.

Ct uses Oracle AAD and are valid.
Ct had the same offset account processed in other transactions and posted to GL, but some others have not been processed.
The period close subledger exception report show that 17 events are unprocessed with error 0:
0 Intercompany balancing was unable to generate the intercompany account. Please check the intercompany balancing rules setup.
Offset 037.0249.1350.6005500.0000.8888.000000.000000
Please advise how ct can process these 17 events in error.

Unable to access the file, which is uploaded to SR.
Please provide some of the error in Create Accounting file along with journal entry.
Check whether the code comabination of intercompany journal line, which create accounting is trying to create to balance the balancing segment is valid or not.
