Unable to generate report for size of KM folder

hi all,
i want to generate report for size of folder in KM.I am havingthe following roles content admin,content management,system admin,home, are these roles sufficent to generate report or any roles are needed?
And other issue is after going into Content management role I am clicking reports workset but I am unable to see "Folder Size Calculation" option, any full access are needed to see it.
I am following help.sap link plz don't send it ,give me any other Material.
After starting the Km report in Resource Statistics its showing size as zero.
help me in sloving this issue.

You could find all KM reports to the given navigation
try all these paths...I am unable to findout your issue definitely permission related
System Administration -> System Configuration -> Knowledge Management -> Content Management -> Related Topics -> CM Repository Reports

Unable to generate report for a specific user

Hi all,
I have a simple report in Agreements screen. The report is working fine when i Use another developer's id. But when i login using my Id and click the reports icon, it throws the following error.
" SBL-DAT-00382: The same values for '<?>' already exist.
If you would like to enter a new record, please ensure that the field values are unique. "
i have tried generating the report for the same agreement id. The report throws the error only when my login id is used and succesfully generating for other ids.
Pl help me understand.

I followed README.html document to load the logs files to generate reports for Portal Performance.
First of all while running loadlogs.pl I keep getting the following error. I even tried adding -nodirect but still gets the same error. Don't know why. But it looks like there is some data loaded in OWA_LOGGER table

I tried running some other scripts also but somehow I don't see any reports being generated as opposed to what is said in the README.HTML document i.e. "A sample web page (reports.html) is included which provides links to the generated reports.". How really I get to see the reports, where are the reports generated, is it something else that I am missing. No matter what script I run I don't see any report being generated. Hi!
You have to change to directory
ORACLE_HOME$/portal/admin/plsql/perf/scripts
(you can find reports.sql in it) before you run reports.sql script!
It will produce several .txt files.
After running the script just open reports.html, that will point the generated files.

In a nutshell:
1 - You will have to have the portal database schema as your data source.
2 - You will have to design a target database schema with the target data bjects (tables, dimensions and fact tables - cubes) where the data will be loaded for reporting purposes.
3 - Then you will have to model the loading process by defining mappings (mappings will translate into generated code for the load process) and process flows to run the mappings in the right order etc.
4 - You will deploy the sources, targets and processing entities to the target schema.
5 - You will run the deployed code periodically as needed and maintain the source, target and loading entities which might change with time.
One observetion - OWB does not produce reports. It creates and maintains the data infrastructure for a reporting/analysis system (a data warehouse, data mart or an operational data store). To produce reports (for example, the top-10 report mentioned by you), you will have to run a reporting tool on top of the data structures created and maintained by OWB.

Internal Error - Unable to generate SQL for this Scheduled Workbook

I am encountering the following error when loading the results of a Scheduled Workbook;
Internal Error - Unable to generate SQL for this Scheduled Workbook (If you scheduled this workbook using a previous version of Discoverer, please reschedule and re-open)
This only happens for one of the scheduled workbooks and I am struggling to find an explanation to the problem. There are no reference to database links in the workbook so I can rule that out as a cause.
Does anyone have any suggestions to what might be causing the problem?

Hi,
The version is OracleBI Discoverer Plus Version 10.1.2.48.18. Do you think this has anything to do with it?If you are on this version, then you have the recommended patches applied.
Did you try to reschedule the workbook and see if this helps in resolving the issue?
I would suggest you enable server logging as this may help in collecting more details about the error.

Unable to generate spool for two tables in report output

Hi,
I created report with two custom containers displaying two tables in output. When I execute the report in background spool is created only for one table in top custom container.
What should be done to generate spool for both the tables in two different custom containers.

Unable to generate statistics for the table

I have got a staging table of more than 600 columns which has got range portioning. Size of the table is 4GB. The average size of the row is around 3 MB. I have created a Functional index on one of the column ABC VARCHAR2(50) and it has only number values. Now when I try generating statistics for this table through ANALYZE or DBMS_STAT, it gives Invalid Number error but when I drop this index and try analyzing, it works.
Executed TO_NUMBER(ABC) query on the table and it works fine.
I have got Functional Indexes on other tables also but I don't get such problem with those tables. I tried dropping the index and re-creating it but it didn't work out.
I was suspecting DATA BLOCK CORRUPTION so checked ALERT LOG and TRACE FILES but found nothing.
So what is this magic called?

I am using TO_NUMBER on the column.
I have checked the MetaLink for the same problem but could not find anything on that. I still suspect datafile error which I am unable to get in ALERT LOG or TRACE FILES. So I am going to try it this way:
1) Create new Tablespace with New Datafile
2) Transfer the table from existing Tablespace to new Tablespace
3) Create the functional index in the same new Tablespace
4) Try generating the statistics.
5) If it works then create seprate Tablespace for data and Index.

Unable to generate reports in Cisco ACS 4.2

I have configured AAA on Firewall & i am successfully able to login into it using ACS username & password but unable to generate Accounting & Administration logs. Whenever i check either of these logs it shows me blank page. Below is the AAA config on Firewall.
I have installed Cisco ACS 4.2 on windows 2003 server.

I had the same experience. I even reinstalled Remote Desktop on Leopard, which caused all the passwords and machines I had registered were hosed and I could build up the user/password database again.
Look in your console log. If you see something like:

It means that the postgresql database that is started for collection this information can startup. It will try several times, and then fail. The way to fix this
-Apple supplies their postgresql with some sensible memory settings for the trivial task they are asking postgresql to do
-increase the memory settings from the complete system. In Leopard you do that by creating a file called /etc/sysctl.conf
and add something like this:
kern.sysv.shmmax=167772160
kern.sysv.shmmin=1
kern.sysv.shmmni=32
kern.sysv.shmseg=8
kern.sysv.shmall=65536

Unable to generate report from standard cubes of R/3 in BEX

when iam trying to generate report from R/3 standard cubes of HR in BEX ,it is showing an error in hirarchies given below:

Can someone help me to setup or config my teststand software for getting details of failed results for both main-seq and sub-sequences.
I can get the report for Limit test result OK if using in main-sequence however if I have all my Limit Tests in sub-sequence then calling it from main-sequence the report only indicated where is FAILED but not actual Test results.

The default behavior of teststand is to do what you are asking for, so perhaps you have disabled results in the subsequence or have otherwise made changes to the default behavior.

How can I get delivery reports for mail enabled public folders? Would I search the related public folder mailbox?

When you track messages using Delivery Reports, you can only choose user mailbox when you select mailbox to search. Under the option "Mailbox to search", there is no mail-enabled public folder listed there for you to select from
the address book.
But you can search messages sent to or received from mail-enabled public folder.

Unable to generate output for Ship Docs.

Ship confirm docs.

Commer Invoice ,
Bill of lading
Are not picking xml Templates.The OUTPUT is unpublished.
But when they run as independent request output is correctly generated .Please suggest if any one has same problem

they are Customized Reports. Created new Doc set for Ship confirm.
When Sales order is Ship confirmed and when we are are printing these docs.They are not picking XML templates in Layout.

Generate report for employees on leave for a given period

Hi,
I want to know how can i extract a report of a list of employees who are on leave for a given period of time?
For instance i want to a list of employees who are on vacation / leave (any kind of leave) for the period of April 2010
Is there a standard report to generate this info? or any other way of doing it?
