Unable to get Sky deal - SO FUSTRATING!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Hello My Sky account has been cancelled and I am unable to get a new one. I wanted to let someone or anyone know what happened. Firstly I applied for your free broadband plus sky talk half price for a year and £100 bill credit deal a few days ago. I registered my interest and got a code which went live on Friday 19/06/2015. After receiving the live email I went online and entered all my details as requested. During this time I entered online that I was looking for an additional line and not main line take over as I rent a room in a house but when the confirmation receipt came through it said I had selected main line take over which was not the case. I called first the customer services team (which took 15 minutes of being on hold to get through) and then I called the broadband team (which took 25 minutes of being on hold). After speaking to the broadband team the agent was surprised the main line option had been selected and there was NO associated phone number on the confirmation receipt. The agent advised this was very unusual and he would have to cancel the whole order as he could not switch to the option for a additional line. I advised the agent of the deal I had selected and advised him I had received a special code via email for this deal. The agent advised The code I used was no longer valid as it had been associated with the cancelled deal and I would have to apply or a new one. I said ok, the agent cancelled the deal, refunded my £5 upfront payment and over a hour of being on the phone later, the deal was officially cancelled. I then went back to apply for another code online and found all the codes had been used, I got the message "no more codes available". I wasted 2 hours of my life trying to join sky only to be left with a 2 hour phone bill and NO broadband or Sky talk. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any customer services department. Can anyone help??

Was thinking of joining Sky, infact to my knowledge I had joined, but sadly the story goes on and becomes a nightmare... I even paid Sky's sub-contractor in Glasgow up front the £10 fee to instal the package I agreed to, until I woke up today to an email saying Sky had attempted to contact me unsuccessfully and has canceled my contract to join.  I then sat on an 0800 number for 30 minutes (and still counting...) to resolve the problem, leaving work early in order to do so... Still no luck.  I think I'll go back to BT.  What a horrific experience!
