Unable to install 2.4Ghz receiver in Windows 7 64 bit (Lenovo E431)

I got a wireless mouse http://www.posturite.co.uk/penguin-mouse.html. It is supposed to use generic windows 2.4 Ghz adapter. However, windows 7 is unable to find any drivers. The screenshot of device manager is appended. I tried various other ways e.g.
take out other USB devices, reboot etc. I tried sfc /scannow . But the error persists. There is no usb.inf file in the C:\Windows
Please advise what can be done.

Hi,
Have you tried to update the driver according to below steps:
1. Open Device Manager. In the details pane, in the list of devices, locate the device for which you want to install driver software, and then double-click your device. The device
Properties dialog box opens.
2. In the device Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab, and then click
Update Driver. The Update Driver Software wizard opens. In
How do you want to search for driver software, do one of the following.
If you want to search your local computer and Windows Update for driver software, click
Search automatically for updated driver software.
If you know where your drivers are located on the local computer or your network, click
Browse my computer for driver software. The Browse for driver software on your computer page opens. Click
Browse to find and specify the folder location for the driver software, and then click
Next. The Update Driver Software wizard installs your drivers.
If you run the Update Driver Software wizard and the wizard does not find your drivers, it means that the manufacturer or vendor for your device has not added the drivers for your device to Windows Update.
In addition, I have check the link you provided:
http://www.posturite.co.uk/penguin-mouse.html
There we could see its compatibility is as below:
Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Mac OS X.
In this case, you must refer to your product documentation or visit the web site of your device manufacturer or vendor to download or request the correct drivers for your device.
Or install on another Windows 7 computer for test.

I've tried installing Oracle Lite 10g on my Windows 7 64-bit computer but I get a message saying "JDK is not installed on machine". I even have Java installed on my computer too.
Any ideas what could be causing the issue?
    Thanks

Oracle lite 10g is not supported on Windows 7.    The core issue is you are running on an unsupported platform.
You have may have to go in the docs and figure out what JDKs were supported, i think 1.4 and 1.5. and try
installing one of those and maybe you can get uninstall to work.   This is just a guess though.

Ok, I was having the same issues and tried uninstalling all Apple software. When I tried to uninstall the Apple updater it gave me the same message about something missing. So I right clicked on it in the uninstall window and clicked repair instead. I installed iTunes again and had no issues.
    Hope this helps!!

To clarify further....  It is important to note that Forms/Repors 11.1.2.x software (including WLS and JDK) must be of the same archetecture as the machine.  In other words, you cannot use the 32bit Forms/Reports 11.1.2 software on 64bit Windows.  If you are using a 64bit OS, you must install the 64bit software.  Again, this would include Forms/Reports, WLS, and JDK

I've installed three times with no luck. I downloaded the Creative Cloud Packager off the licensing site: https://licensing.adobe.com. I unpacked and choose my applications. The install seemed to be successful, but I don't so any of the applications anywhere.

    Hi,
Creating package doesn't mean it will install the product,
You will need to install the package now. Please follow the instructions mentioned in the below articles
Creative Cloud Help | Creating or editing packages
Creative Cloud Help | Deploying packages
Please let me know if it doesn't help.

Ninetynine percent of the time I don't want to go to the Itunes store ...
I want to sync my updated pocasts and updated apps to the phone and leave.
not half-sync my phone, crash and repeat until I get the timing right,

After numerous calls with Apple support, I finally got it working
For me, the problem was the following:
    1. Make sure that Internet Explorer is your standard browser for windows (if not...make it)!
    2. In Internet Explorer go to "Internet Options" then "Advanced"
    3. In the list scroll down to "Security" and UNCHECK "Check for server certificate revocation"
    4. Make sure that (a bit further down) "Use SSL 3.0" and "Use TLS 1.0" are CHECKED.
    5. Delete the "SC Info" folder once again...
    6. Run iTunes in Admin-Mode
After that, I was able to activate my computer and I changed my browser back to Firefox afterwards...
Hope that will help you too !!
    Cheers
