Unable to install BB Desktop SW

I was trying to install the bb desktop sw from the weblink in my laptop and desktop. Unfortunately following error is displayed. I have win 7 in both the OS.

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

Unable to install Blackberry Desktop Manager on Windows 8

Hi Team,
Please help as I am trying to install Blackberry Desktop Software for my Blackberry Bold 4 (9900) phone,
I did not get any software CD with the phone hence downloaded the software from

Unable to install CC desktop

Initially I installed the update yesterday and it completely messed up my computer, permissions, skydrive etc... I was only able to save to CC not my skydrive, so I completely uninstalled and stared over and now I can't install CC at all and I am unable to install any new programs without it.

Windows 10, unable to install Skype Desktop Version - missing "Agree - next" button

Good afternoon Community,I got a a new tablette and upgraded streight away from Windows 8 to 10. I tried to install Skype Desktop but do not get further than the screen where to select the language (within the skype installer). In fact, I have an empty grey bar on the bottom of the install which usually contain "Read user conditions" and a bottom "agree conditions and next". As said, the bar is empty, no link for privacy statement and no bottom to proceed. Any suggestions how to solve the issue and install skype desktop (not the Modern Windows version from windows store)? Many thanks

With the setup running with the gray box, does anything happen when you use a real/virtual keyboard and press enter? I just upgraded my 10 inch tablet running Windows 8.1 with Bing to Windows 10 Home and I did not run into any issues.

I've installed Windows Installer 4.5, but this does not resolve the problem, and I still get the same message. I'm running Windows XP SP3 (with all updates).
I've been struggling for some time now to get this installed successfully, but each time I get the same information block. Could you pse assist me asap?

That's quite the error you're receiving
First disable all start-up items in MSCONFIG. Go to start>run and type in msconfig
Disable all under start-up items. Then restart the computer.
Once back up try to install Desktop Software again.

Unable to Install Cloud desktop on my Dell Inspiron N7110 although I have PS CS6

I have been trying all day to download and install After Effect to no avail. I was on chat with technical support who even suggested that I create a new administrator profile on my laptop, which I did only to have the Cloud Desktop fail again. Has this happened to anyone? HELP!!!

First check: After Effects is a 64 bit only app.

Try a more recent version of my advice. The "for older video cards version" may work when the default version doesn't.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

I am unable to install the latest update to iTunes, I get constant error messages, even when I attempt to uninstall iTunes completely and start afresh, iTunes is still listed in my program files on my hard drive and the shortcut is still on my desktop!?

It sounds like you are unable to open iTunes after installing a recent update. I would recommend the troubleshooting in the following article:

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

Unable to install v 4.6 desktop software. error:installing sonic update manager

I have tried to instal "Desktop Manager 4.6.0 B15 - With Media Manager" but unable to instal sonic media manager on separate computers. Problem occurred with roxio manager continually trying to install and forming constant 'loop' which I couldnt escape. Operating system was windows xp with SP3. Ran sonic isum_hotfix.exe and then used windows installer clean-up. Presently, have been unable to backup handheld (Bold) and same problem on two separate computers. Any help would be appreciated as I am a computer novice.

First download the latest USB BB drivers from the following link"

Perform the clean install of 4.5 without MM from here

This will eliminate MM from the problem and give you a fresh 4.5 and new USB drivers.

Unable to install Adobe Story desktop app on OS X

Hey everyone. I'm a recent owner of the Retina MacBook Pro and subscriber to Adobe Creative Cloud.
I'm having trouble installing the Adobe Story desktop app on OS X 10.8.2. When I go to the Story Plus web app and try to install the desktop app, the Air installer says something along the lines of "...the installer is damaged. Request a new installer from the developer."
Now on my previous MBP, this had never happened, and the app installed the first try. I've tried a multiple times to get this to work, but no avail. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me get Adobe Story running as a desktop app.
Also, one more thing: attempting to log in to the Adobe support forums sends me into a redirect loop on my notebook. I ended up having to log into here on my iPad. Not sure if that's a bug or something on my side; thought it I should point it out.
