Unable to Install Cloud desktop on my Dell Inspiron N7110 although I have PS CS6

I have been trying all day to download and install After Effect to no avail. I was on chat with technical support who even suggested that I create a new administrator profile on my laptop, which I did only to have the Cloud Desktop fail again. Has this happened to anyone? HELP!!!

First check: After Effects is a 64 bit only app.
Are you running a 64 bit computer and 64 bit operating system?

Every time I try to install the Windows 8.1 update it tells me that I must log onto an account that has "administrator privileges." I am the administrator on my computer. Any ideas how to fix this and get the 8.1 update?

From your screen image, it would appear that the file did not download correctly, or has some other error within it. Did you try again? Where, exactly, are you downloading from?

Unable to install Blackberry Desktop Manager on Windows 8

Hi Team,
Please help as I am trying to install Blackberry Desktop Software for my Blackberry Bold 4 (9900) phone,
I did not get any software CD with the phone hence downloaded the software from

Unable to install CC desktop

Initially I installed the update yesterday and it completely messed up my computer, permissions, skydrive etc... I was only able to save to CC not my skydrive, so I completely uninstalled and stared over and now I can't install CC at all and I am unable to install any new programs without it.

Windows 10, unable to install Skype Desktop Version - missing "Agree - next" button

Good afternoon Community,I got a a new tablette and upgraded streight away from Windows 8 to 10. I tried to install Skype Desktop but do not get further than the screen where to select the language (within the skype installer). In fact, I have an empty grey bar on the bottom of the install which usually contain "Read user conditions" and a bottom "agree conditions and next". As said, the bar is empty, no link for privacy statement and no bottom to proceed. Any suggestions how to solve the issue and install skype desktop (not the Modern Windows version from windows store)? Many thanks

With the setup running with the gray box, does anything happen when you use a real/virtual keyboard and press enter? I just upgraded my 10 inch tablet running Windows 8.1 with Bing to Windows 10 Home and I did not run into any issues.

I need help installing iTunes on my new Dell Inspiron with Windows 7.

When I attempt to install iTunes (downloading from the iTunes website) on my new Dell Inspiron with Windows 7, I get the following error message, "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

Have you tried to install other programmes on the same PC? If they have worked, your installer should be in working order, so redownload iTunes and try again

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

I've installed Windows Installer 4.5, but this does not resolve the problem, and I still get the same message. I'm running Windows XP SP3 (with all updates).
I've been struggling for some time now to get this installed successfully, but each time I get the same information block. Could you pse assist me asap?

That's quite the error you're receiving
First disable all start-up items in MSCONFIG. Go to start>run and type in msconfig
Disable all under start-up items. Then restart the computer.
Once back up try to install Desktop Software again.

I am unable to install Photoshop CC on my Dell E6410 Windows 7.

I downloaded Creative Cloud without any problems. But I've been attempting to download Photoshop CC and nothing happens. I tried downloading from CC on my laptop and on the webpage. No luck, even with the firewalls turned off.

I cancelled my subscription to photoshop, and lightroom as I could not install on my OS. Now that I have updated my OS can I try again.

If you cancelled your subscription I think you will have to buy a new subscription... but, I do not work for Adobe

Installing Solaris 8 on a Dell Inspiron 3700

Is this possible?

Dell portables seem to have a problem with Solaris 8. The Inspiron may or may not work. My Lattitude does not. There is a page on this at http://www.bolthole.com/solaris/x86-laptops.html
Options include:
use a USB keyboard - makes a portable not so portable;
use VMWare under NT or Linux - you need Linux version to do the install as NT won't read the CDs, but you can run under NT or Linux. VMWare is a neat program and very useful, but it costs since they dropped the $99 personal edition. Also, it presents an SVGA adapter that needs XFree86 or XiG ;
use Solaris 7 - but you may need XiG or XFree86;
buy a Toshiba Tecra that others report works well with Solaris - I have only used them with NT and Linux and they were good for that;
lobby Sun to get a fix out - and ensure problem is not carried through to Solaris 9.

My computer won't let me install a program. Says not enough space available when in fact it has 70 GB available. It selects Macintosh HD as the destination. It will not let me navigate to the Applications folder.
