Unable to install dev app

Did you get anywhere with this issue? I think I have the same thing happening. The dev app says "installing" on my iPad Air 2 / iOS 8.1 - I have tried deleting and syncing and re-adding to iTunes, selecting install. It goes through the install motions, and shows the progress installing the app - it just gets stuck at becoming active. The icon remains darkened not he iPad, and when you click on it, it says "installing". That what you have?

Branched to a new discussion, this was originally a reply to a thread from more than a year ago.
When this happens it is one of two problems:
1) The mobileprovision file you used didn't include the UDID for the device you are installing on
2) The certificate you used to sign the app isn't valid.

so you want to restore as new not from a back up and then try to download a application. the purpose for this is the fact that if you restore from a back you then your just putting the save soft ware back on your phone. and if soft ware is the issue then this step just got voided out. if that doesnt work or you did do that then it can be something hardware related and it can be replace through apple for free if your under the hardware warranty

Ipod is running iOS 4.2.1 and iTunes says that my iOS is the latest available. I am unable to install certain apps due to the message that iOS xx is needed (a higher version than mine). Can I get a higher (newer) version? (my model iPod Touch is MC086LL)

Are you saying that my iPod model too old to support greater than a 4.2.1? Seriously? It looks brand new and I have only had it less than 3 years.

2.   Were the Apps originally bought via the App Store?
3.   Have you checked if they are partially downloaded?

When i tried to install, it is showing waiting on my device and nothing happened.
I tried to install when my WIFI ON AND OFF.

N73 No certificates & unable to install java apps

If I select /tools/settings/security/certif. management I get nothing, just a time bar that says "processing" and nothing else.
Does anyone know why?
I also have problems trying to install a java application. I think is related to the above issue, but not sure yet. At about 90% of the progress it fails with message "unable to install".
How can I get more debug information?

You could try reseting your device;
Reformat - Type *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia default lock code is 12345). Warning! This reset wipes your C drive/phone memory! Also, on Symbian^3 devices mass memory gets wiped too.

HT4623 After installing IOS 6.1.3 I am now unable to install any app. I hit the "install" it asks me for my password and then is goes back to install.

After install iOS 6.1.3 everytime I attempt to install any app, I hit "install", it aks me for my password and then clocks for a couple of secs and then goes back to "install" without installing.

Have you tried a soft reset? Hold down the home and lock buttons until you see the apple icon appaer then let go. If this doesnt work, open iTunes, conect the handset to the computer and do a full restore.

Account Not In The Store
Your account is not valid for use in U.K store. You must switch to
the Indian store before purchasing.
For example: I tried installing "Facebook" app.
Is there anyone who is having the same problem ? . If anyone know about this issue please let me know.

Hi,
Try the following:
Step 1: Go to Settings, iTunes and App stores
Step 2: Touch your Apple ID, and say view Apple ID
Step 3: Enter your login credentials
Step 4: touch Country/Region, Change country to the country your registered location, in your case it's India
The country pointing to maybe India itself, but touch change country anyway. Once again, select same country, in your case, India and accept all the legal terms.
Step 5: Since, Apple has no official Indian iTunes Store, choose None as option for credit card payment information and skip.
Step 6: Your account is SetUp and you can download Facebook and other supported Apps
Caveats: This solution worked on my iPad for the same problem. Not sure about iPhone.

Unable to install purchased apps on other Mac devices

Did the App store policy recently change? When I purchase software on App store, I've always been able to install the software on my multiple Mac devices tied to my Apple ID. I purchased some software this morning on my MacBook Air, but now I can't install this software on my Mac desktop system. It says it's installed already, which is only true for the laptop.
Is one still supposed to be able to install Mac software on multiple Mac computers using the same user ID?....

Hmm...I'll check that out. But this is strange. I've only installed the apps so far on a completely separate computer -- my MacBook Air. My Mac mini upstairs doesn't have these apps installed already. Strange...I'll do some digging as I'm sure I'll get this figured out somehow when I have more time to research further.

Unable to install java app in 6500c through pc sui...

handset: 6500c upgraded to latest firmware v08.30
pcsuite: on xp upgraded to latest version verson 7.0.8.2
issue: coundn't install java app through pc suite application installer, but wap donwload installation is ok. When connected, I couldn't see installed java app in pc suite application manager. It used to work, but not any more after I upgrade both firmware and pc suite together. Other functions work just fine.
error message: operation failed when use app installer. file size too big when use drag and drop in pc suite.
I'm sure I have enough memory in handset.
I sent my handset back to Nokia customer support center. Their response is "it might be a bug in latest firmware". That's it.
Any suggestion or comment?

Look like I got a phone that is not supported right now. Need to wait longer. Don't get it.

I have purchased 20 copies of an app and imported the codes. However, when I try to apply and install that app on the devices it won't let me even check the app. And there is also a ! next to the 20 (the number of licenses I have). Does anyone know why?

Some testers are unable to install test App

Dear all,
We have created a test App and invited a couple of testers. Unfortunately some Beta Testers are unable to download the App and some are. We have double checked the UDIDs and they are correct. One tester chose "Reset All Settings" and it worked for him after.
Is there other better solutions other than getting my beta testers to reset their settings? We can't seem to pinpoint the issue.
