Unable to install sccm client from SCCM console install client option

Hi
Unable to install client on windows 7 64 bit enterprise from sccm console. The client is discovered in sccm console with status client = NO, so we want to install sccm client from console remotely.
We cannot enable push install. my id has full access on SCCM site server SCCM product also admin rights on workstations. I am able to access net bios path SMS_<site code> of site server then client path from client machine. machine is in domain and
is boundry of sccm .
Client push install in console is diabled

Examine the ccm.log located in <SCCM 2007 InstallationPath>\LOGS on the site server.

There are numerous ways to change the cache size.
You could deploy a vbscript to a collection of the devices.

Unable to obtain task sequence from SCCM 2007

Hi,
I have problem to deploy OS to one of my new model laptop due to no NIC driver in boot media CD. When running task sequence wizard, i encounter error " unable to find a valid network adapter driver" and I have google it and get the solution.
However the task sequence did not deploy to my new laptop in SCCM collection.
Step that i use to deploy OS for this new model
1. Download new NIC driver into USB drive, load it during WinPE and able to obtain IP address
2. Add the computer to SCCM deployment collection using tool "SCCM add Computer to Collection v.1.0.0.3" with new netbios name and i saw it inside the collection
3 Task sequence did not push to this new model and from SCCM server i unable to ping it , it display error
"Ping request could not find host xxxxxx. Please check the name and try again"
Is that the reason of the failed deployment?

did it obtain IP address from DHCP server? is DNS server address is configured in DHCP scope? can you ping using IP address?
if drivers are proper will suggest to update it in boot media & enable command line support to make it easy for deployment & troubleshooting.

For migrating the clients you can use any client deployment method that's available (see for planning your strategy: (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg712283.aspx).
During the client migration I would also start with migrating your boundaries. The most important thing is that you have no overlapping boundaries for site assignment when you are using auto assignment.

Unable to start Managed server from admin console using nodemanager

I changed the ip address and hostname of the server on which Weblogic Server 10.3.5 is running. After that I am unable to start the managed servers using Admin console. Is there any changes in the nodemanager configuration files which need to be done to start the managed servers from admin console.

Can you check the following configuration in Weblogic admin console ?
1- Check which listen address mentioned under the Machine configuration ( Environment > Machines > select appropriate nodemanager machine >Configuration > Node Manager ). If it is pointing to old host name, change it to new one.
2- Once you done with Step 1. Check whether the machine is reachable or not. ( Machine > [Your Machine] > Monitoring > status.
3- If still isuse persists.. Check the managed server startup log files ( for eg:- managedserver1.out under the path $DOMAIN_HOME\Servers\managedserver1\logs directory.

The problem is found.
We tried to startup managed server by running startManagedServer.sh script, but this script expecting to get parameters.
The NodeManager unable to send parameters to script that appears in nodemanager.properties file (StartScriptName).
So, I created a new script startPIA.sh, that calls to startManagedServer.sh and sends it 2 parameters:
./startManagedWebLogic.sh $SERVER_NAME $ADMIN_URL
Now, we can start and stop managed servers from admin console, BUT we still have an error in NodeManager:

How to remove disconnected client from admin console

Hi All,
I have developed a video chat application and during my testing, I found that if video chat is going on and in between the call if some one unplugged Internet cable then FMS admin console is taking too much time to disconnect as well as remove from list.
Is there any way to remove disconnected client immediately from admin console then please help me either by doing any configuration or logic.

You can set the AutoCloseIdleClients parameter for your application (simple), or write your own active detection method (harder).

OK to install some apps from 10.5 install disk into MBP w/ 10.6 installed?

I recently re-installed 10.6 on my MBP which originally came with 10.5 installed. I wiped the HD before loading 10.6. After I was done, I noticed I didn't have a lot of the apps that came with 10.5 so I loaded them off of the 10.5 disk using the Apple installer.
I'm just wondering, is this a good idea?

Absolutely no problem installing the 10.5 bundled software (i.e. iLife, Comic Life, etc). You already have the licence for them and they should all work perfectly well. It's really no different from re-installing 10.5 then running the 10.6 retail installer to upgrade.
If you need Rosetta for any legacy apps like Appleworks, note that you may need to install it seperately from the Additional Installations on the 10.6 disc.

Installing SCRIPT'S from SCCM 2012 R2

I am using SCCM 2012 R2 in my environment recently. I am able to install SCEP to most of my computers, but there are around 150 computers that are facing difficulty in installing SCEP because of old incompatible antivirus (Password Protected). The protected
password cannot be removed silently and the old antivirus server is already down. I have made a script which will uninstall old antivirus and installs SCEP, and it is running perfectly when installed locally. When i package it and deploy to my collection,
it is not installed on my clients. When i monitor my deployment the package appears in the error tab. I also searched some resources in the internet but of no use. Pls help

What product is the old antivirus?
All Configmgr is doing is running your script via command line using the local system account.
Download pstools
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysinternals/bb896649.aspx
run psexec -i -s cmd.exe from a command line.
This will open another window, check it's open with the system account by typing whoami.
Then run your script from that command line window and see why it fails.

Reboot require after install the application from SCCM 2012 deployment

1.exe and 2.exe , reboot is require after install every executable file. Please suggest me how can implement this.
Once reboot done (1st executable file installed and reboot), SCCM should start 2nd executable file.
