Unable to install/update apps in IPhone-4s after updating OS to IOS 6

Hi ,
After updating to IOS 6 i'm not able to download/update apps on my phone. It says
Account Not In The Store
Your account is not valid for use in U.K store. You must switch to
the Indian store before purchasing.
For example: I tried installing "Facebook" app.
Is there anyone who is having the same problem ? . If anyone know about this issue please let me know.

Hi,
Try the following:
Step 1: Go to Settings, iTunes and App stores
Step 2: Touch your Apple ID, and say view Apple ID
Step 3: Enter your login credentials
Step 4: touch Country/Region, Change country to the country your registered location, in your case it's India
The country pointing to maybe India itself, but touch change country anyway. Once again, select same country, in your case, India and accept all the legal terms.
Step 5: Since, Apple has no official Indian iTunes Store, choose None as option for credit card payment information and skip.
Step 6: Your account is SetUp and you can download Facebook and other supported Apps
Caveats: This solution worked on my iPad for the same problem. Not sure about iPhone.

Problem solved. The issue was that the app had not properly installed. I Connected the phone to computer and uninstalled the app and installed again over itunes. Works just fine.

Unable to Install Purchased Apps on iPhone 5

Apps I have previously purchased are not showing as available to install on my iPhone 5. I have successfully loaded all the apps from my previous phone on to it and they appear to be working okay. But the ones not already on it show I would have to repurchase. These same apps are showing as available to install on my iPad 2 (iPhone apps).
Any thoughts on what I can do to resolve this?

I very much appreciate this suggestion as I had not tried to just do in iTunes. It did work there and I could see previously purchased apps. Hopefully after they work out the bugs in IOS6 some of these quirks will be fixed.

If you did the update through iTunes, try going into the Settings App on your iPhone and doing the Software Update in there. The same thing happened to me, and the wireless update worked.

I have exactly the same problem. iPhone 4S, never been jailbroken. Not behind a firewall and it happens whether I am on my home compute (iTunes) or directly thru Settings_Update.
Looks like loads of people are having the same problem - and as far as I can see, Apple's sole reply is jailbreak or behind firewall/ security settings/anti-virus. None of those apply here!

Unable to install updates via App Store or Installer.app

Ever since updating my 2008 Mac Pro from Mountain Lion (+Server.app) to Mavericks (10.9.3+Server.app) about a month ago, I have been unable to install updates on that system in any way, shape, or form. Fixing permissions did not fix the problem, and reinstalling Mavericks also did not fix the problem.
When trying to check for updates in the App Store, I run into this error:
I have researched this problem extensively, and found no solution or workaround. I also could find little in the way of relevant log entries for the problem.
So, now I'm trying to install 10.9.4 manually, from a downloaded .dmg. As you can see from the screenshot below, I started the installation of 10.9.4 over five and a half hours ago. One message happened almost an hour after kicking off installation, but still nothing has happened. The logs are included inline here for your convenience.

Why am I unable to install some apps updates from the app store?

Why am I unable to install some apps updates from the app store? Does anybody know why? I need help!!!

1.   Are you using the right signing in details?
2.   Were the Apps originally bought via the App Store?
3.   Have you checked if they are partially downloaded?

HT4623 error installing IOS 6 in Iphone 4 "unable to install update"

i was able to download the iOS 6 update, then i go to Settings>general>software update>install now, but after i agree to terms it says: "verifying update" for a few seconds, then i get this error

I don't understand what you did. There are 2 ways to update. Nothing to download. If you downloaded something you did it wrong.
1. On the phone go to Settings/General/Software Update. Follow instructions on the screen.
2. Connect the phone to iTunes and click the Update button on the summary screen in iTunes.
There are 2 situations where these won't work. 1. The phone is jailbroken. 2. You have the beta iOS 6 on your phone. For that you need to get the update from a developer.

Even I got same mesage but after restoring the phone using itunes, it worked for me. First restore and update your phone again using itunes.

What model iPad and what version of iOS is it currently running?
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

IOS 6 Error - Unable to install update

I downloaded the IOS 6 update and clicked on Install Now. and click to Agree. It says verifying update and then I get the error "Unable to install update. An error occured installing IOS 6." I get a choice of Close or Settings. Both take me back to IOS 6 update screen. It does say it's downloaded.
I've tried turning the new iPad off and then back on. My current OS is 5.1.1 ((B206)

Not sure if this will help on iPads, but I was getting error message when I tried to "Install Update" on my iPhone 4s. Every time I would hit the Install button and agree to the terms I would get the pop up message that the "Software update not available at this time. Try again later." What I did was turn off wifi and went back to install and it worked! Well, it is currently off with black screen and apple logo with upgrade bar so we'll see. Hopefully no futher issues arise. Good luck everybody!
