Unable to install/upgrade/update two purchased apps from App store.
An iOS newbie question. I hope it is not one of those malware attacks my client ran into too!
He currently has two installed iOS programs on his iPhone 4S that have updates:
Zillow Real Estate v5.2 (5/25/2012)
Faith Comes by Hearing v1.9.2 (5/25/2012)
However, both have/show greyed out "Installing" button that last forever. How does one fix this?
FYI, this iPhone 4S is not jail broken. Thank you in advance.
First, before you make yourself look even more foolish, is the fact that we're users here, NOT APPLE. This is a USER TO USER technical support forum. You're not addressing apple here, just making yourself look shall we say, not smart.

Second, did you bother to Google 0xE800801C error, or to look this up on Apple's support site? In less than 10 seconds of searching, I have come up with multiple helpful articles.

IWork upgrade when not purchased originally from App Store?
I have iWork purchased originally on a disc from BestBuy in 2011 with my MBP. Now when I try to upgrade to the new Pages, Numbers and Keynote, it tells me that they were not purchased in the App store, so I would have to buy them. Is this true? I do already own them, why should it matter WHERE I purchased them?

Unable to download or update apps from mac store
I am unable to download ANY apps from mac store. It was working just fine but some two weeks ago mac store stopped updating and downloading apps. i tried clearing the temp folder, deleted the appstore temp files. But still i am getting the error. My itunes version is the latest 11.1.5. Any idea why this error wont go away?

I can't install any app from apple store. The install button is not working now. Before it was working perfectly had installed many app and I had purchased many app from i-store
If you installed Leopard that is why you can't install Mt Lion. The system Must be running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 to upgrade to Lion or Mt Lion.
If you only erased the Macintosh HD partition then you left the Mt Lion Recovery HD partition in tact on that system. At startup hold down the Command+r keys to boot to the Recovery HD Partition. From there erase the Macintosh HD partition and then select Reinstall Mac OS X. It should then download Mt Lion and ask you for the Apple ID that was used to purchase Mt Lion.
The Reason Snow Leopard might not be installing is because of the Recovery HD partition. To get rid of that you must First Re-Partition the drive As One Partition. Then install Leopard then SL (Or Snow Leopard from the start) and then update it to 10.6.8. Once that is done you should be able to log on to the Mac App Store and Re-Download Mt Lion. -

can I re install logic after I purchased it from the app store? They say you can, but it won't allow me. Finally got logic pro 9 loaded. I recorded a test session,saved it,closed logic and when I went to re open logic the next day. My Logic icon was different ( it was the application icon not the silver record icon ) and I am unable to open my session or go to the app store to re install it. I can't find logic pro anywhere in my folders other than the application icon and that won't open.

I iMac, Mac OS X 10.6.8 Lately it does not update the program. Writes the following: "Unable to install the update iTunes. An unexpected error occurred." What you need to do that right, that programs can be updated again?
you will have the most up to date itunes available for your os 10.6.8. to get a newer version you will have to upgrade to a newer os.

I can't install my purchased apps from App Store
I can't install my purchased apps from App Store on iPad. I push the Install button, but nothings happen.. Any advice?
1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo.
3. Try App Store again -

ATtempt to power off your device and power it back on, if that doesn't work reset all settings should resolve it for you

Unable to install the updated version of iTunes
Hi All.
I am unable to install the updated version i.e. 10.7 iTunes. I have downloaded it and while installing process it moves until the last and rolls it back.
I have uninstalled itunes and tried again. Could not downloaded. Sowhow I have donloaded the version 10.1 which is no more compatible for my iPhone 4S with iOs 6.
I have read through many threads on the same topic but did not help. Please help here with any suitable idea.

I cannot purchase apps from itunes store due to my Apple ID has been disabled. I was trying to reset my ID password, I managed to reset but still unable to purchase apps from itunes store. Any good suggestion to resolve this issue? Thanks

A dialog will continue to appear on both my iPhone 4 and iPad (1st Gen) when downloading an update or purchasing a new app from the iOS app store. The dialog stats that "Example app and 11 others could not be downloaded" and then once I tap "Ok" it will allow me to continue updating or purchasing all applications including the example app listed. My iTunes Store (Apple ID) account is fine and I've tried resetting and restarting but not restoring. I'd like to resolve the issue without a restore if possible. I'd like to get the dialog to cease. As I mentioned it is not tied to one device but my account when updating or purchasing applications.
